A gift from my sister. Herb Kane is an amazing story teller as well as artist from Hawaii. He tells the story of Hawaii - pre Hawaiians, pre-contact, and post contact with all dem white folks. The book is filled with many of his vivid of hawaii. A must read for anyone interested in art and the history of Hawaii.
