Wow, a very intense suspense!
I couldn’t sleep with all the anticipation and action-packed twists in the story. Once I got to the end, I’ve realized that I want more – more of romance, more of suspense, more of the characters I’ve got to know and love!
Can’t wait to get started on the next story in the series.
Highly recommend.
I received an audio copy of this book; I was not required to write a favorable review. All opinions in this review are my own.

Main character is terrible

These are mostly decent stories. Sadly the main character, Lana, is not even remotely believable. 3 books in and her "extensive martial arts training" hasn't done her any good as she is constantly getting her butt kicked.
She has a chip the size of Mount Everest on her shoulder. One would also wonder if it's her multiple per book concussions or being beat with the stupid stick that causes her stupid and careless behavior.

Clean romantic thriller

This series has me hooked from the first book. This author writes with such clarity. The characters, the plots, the twists and turns, all make for an excellent read. I will be somewhat saddened when finishing the last book. But I will look forward to reading more by this author.

At last...another author who knows how to write!

I'm pretty picky about the books I read. I need them to be well written, lots of action, and a little romance thrown in is always a plus. With the exception of one questionable word in the second book of this series, I was highly impressed with the author's ability to write a Christian-based story without sounding overly preachy and yet still pack in the action that kept me reading all three books in two days. The only thing I found a little unbelievable was how many times the heroine was attacked and knocked out...maybe a little too often to be a believable U.S. Marshal with martial arts training in three different areas. But all in all, if you like action and a good story, these books will definitely entertain you. I'm glad I finally found another author that kept me glued to the story!

AWESOME!!

I waited until now to rate the last book in this series because I honestly didn't know how I felt about the first one. When I finished reading the first book, I felt as if I been led to a cliff and dumped off! I am certainly glad when I realized it was just the first in a series. I honestly still don't know what o think of the second book; it felt as if I had been dropped into the middle of an entirely different story from what I expected. It took me a little bit of reading to catch on to what was going on. But the third book tied everything into a neat little bow for me excellent writing and planning!! I haven't read a series with such planning and forethought in I don't remember how long!!!!!!

Nice conclusion

I did enjoy this story, but not as well as the first 2. There story line wasn't as tight. It seemed like it was just a story to get Lana and Nate together. Lana is constantly getting beat up despite multiple black belts, and losing her gun despite being a US marshal. And it definitely is not a stand alone story. The only reason you want the HEA for them is because of their relationship development in book 2, because they really have no chemistry in this book.

This is definitely a can't put it down book.

The final book in this series leaves nothing out romance, suspense, gutsy and all the fire power of the good guys working together against the bad guys.
