*ARC REVIEW*

This is one of the most beautifully written stories I've read this year and one that I don't think I was fully ready for as it broke my heart time and time again. I was rooting for Tori and Noah throughout and fell in love with their love story, as tragic as it was. I haven't stopped thinking about this book and the fact they got their HEA made all the heartache worth it!

Conclusie

Saved By You is een verslavende, emotionele en zinderende pageturner. Het biedt de perfecte balans tussen een meeslepend plot, intense romantiek en een flinke dosis drama. Een absolute aanrader voor fans van rauwe, emotionele contemporary romance met een scherp randje.

Favoriete trope: He heals her / She tames him, angst, emotional rescue.

I genuinely loved reading this book - a story of love, loss, longing and healing your soul on such a difficult journey that so many people experience in real life. This is an emotional military story that is a rollercoaster and there is real sadness and grief and the feeling of loss and in the end most of all hope of new love and healing in a way like no other with someone so special by your side.
Noah and Tori are such adorable characters in this story and they are both so fragile going through so many raw emotions and feelings and experiences after a big loss in both their lives but from different perspectives. Being there and supporting someone through grief when you are also in the thick of it is truly something special and this story is powerful. The build up of their relationship and it's messy it's not straight forward love story that is for sure but there is SPICY romance and it is gorgeous and so natural and fits perfectly into this story. About discovering yourself all over again after the loss of a loved one and becoming a new you and finding your true happiness - what a journey they both have. This is in the always and forever series I have now discovered and need to put them on my TBR.
This is my honest review of this book.

“There was before Trent, with Trent, and now an after, and I don’t think anyone would expect me to remain the same.”

What a beautiful emotional journey this was!

The story follows our FMC, Tori, who loses her partner in a military mission gone wrong, far too soon before their future together had even begun. The amount of loss she experiences throughout this story is absolutely heart-wrenching. I’ll leave out the details to avoid spoilers, but I truly felt every emotion while reading.

We also follow our MMC, Noah, the best friend of Tori’s lost love. Both Noah and Tori are navigating overwhelming grief, guilt, and the complicated feelings that come with falling for each other while carrying the weight of their shared loss.

Tori and Noah’s relationship is beautifully written. Their journey of healing, growth, and finding happiness again felt authentic and heartfelt. The spice was the perfect addition—present enough to enhance their connection without ever overpowering the story.

I’m so glad this story gave them both the HEA they deserved. ❤️

Definitely one of the most emotional books I've read so far.
A beautiful story about loss and heartbreak, longing and healing and, in the end, very simply, love.
The road Tori and Noah are forced to go is for sure not an easy one, full of a whole mixture of feelings about their past, present and even their potential future, that makes finding their way to each other so very difficult.
A beautiful story of finding yourself again after tragic loss, finding trust in family and friends and, finally, allowing finding love and each other.

Okay first of all, this book made me sob! The writing is so beautifully done that you yourself can physically feel the characters emotions. The grief that these two had to experience is so raw and emotional. It’s written in a way that sort of reminds me of the Dear John book, so if you loved that, you will definitely love this! I could not recommend this book more!! The love the hope the raw emotions is so worth reading!!

I enjoyed this book more than I thought i would when I started reading it!
The writer reminded me of Brenda Jackson. I thought the way time was shown was beautiful, and I loved the yearning. A beautiful quick read!

ARC reader 😊
This story is an emotional one but wow it’s good! The characters get the HEA they deserve but oh my god, the journey to get there is filled with sadness, trauma, healing and want.
I really enjoyed this book, thought the plot flowed well and was written well enough to make me cry in parts!
Added to my favourites pile!
