Robin is a prolific writer, and publisher from Compton, California. She has been writing for four years and publishing for three years.

Robin's first published novel is called Rap Star (Published November 2012). When Rap Star was released, it stayed in the top 20 on Amazon for months. After Rap Star debuted, Robin wrote and published her now Top Rated street literature novel Straight from the Gutta (Published March 2013) along with part two and three. Jasmine has been through it all!!!
This book made me pity her and not like her at the same time...she's a very confused girl that makes terrible decisions...The book was good...but I wasn't really able to connect with the characters because it didn't really go into detail about anyone else besides Jasmine...Overall it was a good story and I'm looking forward to reading part 2

Definitely Worth Reading!!!

I really enjoyed this book from beginning to end. I felt like Jasmine's story was well written & I was able to get so into it that only put it down when I absolutely had to (bathroom breaks, & sleep) lol #djm. I finished it in less than a day & can't wait for the next installment. Thanks Robin Channel I look forward to reading much more from you in the future.

Excellent

I really liked this story about Jasmine. This book takes you from her beginning to her present. Jasmine had a tough upbringing but she managed to make it through. She has some really good friends who helped her along the way. Jasmine was human. She won and she lost. This book makes you feel that you are on the journey with her. Great job Robin Chanel. I highly recommend this book because it's been a minute since I gave a book 5 stars.

This girl has been through so much,homeless, beaten by her father ,raped and prostitute d by her so called boyfriend will she ever find love does she want love? Have to read part 2 to find out
