It is one of the few books in medical science by an Indian author which I enjoy reading. One of the reasons is probably that it follows a more ‘western approach’ to book writing where each chapter has been written by an expert in the field who have poured some of their own perspective into the text, rather than simply picking up excerpts from foreign texts.
