I finished the book and couldn’t leave it sitting on my nightstand for long.
The chemistry between the main characters really jumps off the pages. It’s the kind of book that makes you read with both hands because you can’t stop. Tension, glances that say it all, sizzling moments… that’s what makes it so great.
The characters aren’t one-dimensional or “perfect”: she’s a strong woman with a strong personality who’s learned to protect herself; he’s younger, but not at all immature—determined, loyal to a fault, and with a devotion that melts your heart. I love that she doesn’t let anyone walk all over her and that he falls in love first—and hardest.
The pace is brisk; there’s action, secrets, and twists you don’t see coming… it hooks you from the start and is hard to put down. It’s perfect for reading in one sitting over a weekend.
The mafia setting—forced alliances, enemies who become family—offers plenty of material and creates a very compelling atmosphere.
Sometimes the dialogue or intimate scenes get a bit repetitive in tone, and you might find yourself thinking, “Okay, we’ve seen this scene before.” A little more variety wouldn’t have hurt.
Some plot twists are predictable, others keep you on the edge of your seat, and certain secrets take a while to come to light.
In short: it more than delivers on its promise—to entertain you, thrill you, and leave you eager for the next brother’s story. It has heart, it has suspense, and it has characters you care about. 🖤 You have to read this book! Seriously, don’t miss it. 🥺✨.

Eva is a brilliant hacker whose life completely falls apart after she gets betrayed by Daniel and ends up taking the blame for a crime she did not commit. After prison, she is forced to work for Dmitri because of her brother’s debt. Things change when she meets Wolfe, another brilliant hacker who knows more about her than she expects.
Eva and Wolfe begin working together against Dmitri, while trying to keep their own secrets hidden. The chemistry between them was honestly one of my favourite parts of this book.
I absolutely loved Eva. She is smart, strong, independent and definitely not someone who needs saving. Wolfe was such a fun mix of morally grey, protective & completely gone for her. Their slow-burn connection had me smiling so many times.
I also loved how the story was not only about the romance. There was hacking, mafia drama, secrets, betrayal and plenty of tension to keep things moving. The emotional side of Eva’s story made her character feel even more real, especially her struggle with trusting someone again.
The romance was definitely my favourite part, but I also loved seeing Eva slowly find people who actually stayed. That found-family feeling towards the end was so wholesome after everything she had been through.
This was such a fun and addictive read for me and I genuinely enjoyed every bit of Wolfe and Eva.
And now I am definitely excited to read Cillian and Luna’s book because I already need more of this family.

Oh, Wolfe Molloy. This sweet, glasses-wearing, heavy-metal-listening hacker quietly calculated his way straight into my heart. 😂🖤 I expected the morally gray hacker and obsessed protector, but I was completely unprepared for how much I would love his analytical, slightly awkward personality and the softer romance hiding beneath all the danger and mafia chaos.

Eva Moreno has already paid an unimaginable price for trusting the wrong man. Fourteen months in federal prison for a crime she didn't commit taught her that trust is expensive, and getting her freedom back doesn't exactly mean getting her life back. She's forced to use her incredible hacking skills for dangerous people to protect her brother, until she catches the attention of Wolfe Molloy.

Wolfe is unlike any mafia hero I've read in a while. He's ridiculously intelligent, quiet, direct, fiercely loyal, and constantly analyzing everything around him. His brain runs through systems, numbers, possibilities, and contingency plans like it never has an off switch. He might be the Molloy family's resident "Nerd," but don't underestimate him because this man can absolutely be a badass when necessary. And the Clark Kent glasses? Yep. I was done. 😂🔥

What I loved most about Wolfe was the way he loved Eva. His feelings for her were intense, but his devotion never erased the softer parts of his personality. He notices everything. He plans for everything. He would move heaven and hell to protect Eva and her brother, yet somehow he can't figure out how to simply say what's happening inside his own heart. Watching this analytical man completely short-circuit over one woman was EVERYTHING.

Eva was absolutely his match. She's smart, strong, stubborn, and incredibly talented in her own right. I loved having two hackers at the center of the story because Wolfe never needed to diminish Eva's abilities to protect her. She could challenge him and understand his world while still refusing to let him make her choices for her. And after everything she had survived, I appreciated that trusting Wolfe was never treated casually.

Their emotional connection really got me. ❤️ Eva understands Wolfe rather than expecting him to change who he is. After a childhood where being different wasn't always easy, he finds someone who accepts the way his mind works. Even his brothers notice how different he becomes around her. This man whose brain never stops calculating finally finds the one person who can make everything go quiet, and there was something so incredibly sweet about that.

Of course, this is still a dark mafia romance, so their road isn't easy. There are secrets, betrayals, dangerous alliances, twists, hacking, and plenty of moments that had me wondering what was coming next. When Wolfe's secrets finally collide with Eva's history, her reaction carries so much more weight because trusting the wrong person has already cost her her freedom once before.

I also LOVED getting more of the Molloy brothers. Their loyalty, teasing, favorite foods, and the little keepsakes from their late mother gave this family so much personality and heart. They can organize mafia business like nobody's business, but apparently everyone also needs their preferred snacks. 😂 I am already ridiculously curious about each brother and what is waiting for them.

Shadow of Sin gave me exactly what I want from a dark mafia romance. It was suspenseful and dangerous without allowing the darkness to overpower the love story. Wolfe and Eva had intelligence, chemistry, vulnerability, obsession, trust, betrayal, and an emotional connection that made me genuinely care about them.

But Wolfe? Sweet, sweet Wolfe. 🥹🖤 The man built a contingency plan for losing the woman he loved before he could figure out how to tell her he loved her. How was I supposed to stand a chance against that?!

Shadow of Sin is the second book in Kristen Luciani’s new Deadly Sins series, centred around the five Molloy brothers. If you prefer your mafia heroes a little less alpha and a lot more awkward, then Wolfe Molloy will be right up your street. Think Clark Kent, complete with the slutty glasses. He’s the computer expert of his family and, being on the spectrum, he likes his life predictable, structured and very much within his comfort zone. So, when he falls for someone, it’s hardly surprising that he becomes just as obsessive about her as he is about everything else. The object of his obsession is Eva, a highly skilled computer hacker whom Wolfe has been watching…...OK some would say stalking for the past couple of years. He knows her every move and has uncovered her all secrets. Eva has plenty of problems of her own. After trusting the wrong person landed her in prison, she’s now being forced to work for the Russians to protect her gambling-addicted brother. While she is doing their dirty work, Wolfe continues to watch, knowing exactly what she’s been up to. Now he offers her a way out - one that could keep both her and her brother safe from the Bratva. The problem is, trusting Wolfe means trusting the Irish mob, and Eva has already learned that trusting the wrong people can come with a pretty high price.

Overall, Shadow of Sin was a solid mafia romance, one had a lot of the things I look for in a mafia romance - danger, twists, betrayal, family drama and plenty of tension - all wrapped around a plot involving computer hacking, which gave it something a little different. There was enough going on to keep me turning the pages without the story becoming overly complicated. I was particularly intrigued by the idea of a neurodivergent hero who initially gives off some serious stalker vibes and how he would cope with a strong, capable and fiercely independent woman like Eva. Despite their differences, though, they worked really well together, even if Eva sometimes came across as more of a badass than Wolfe - at least on the surface. There was never any question about the depth of his devotion to her, which made up for what he lacked in the traditional alpha-hero department, while Eva accepted him for who he was and gradually encouraged him beyond the safety of his comfort zone. I also liked that, as hackers, they were evenly matched when it came to their skills, meaning there was no real power imbalance between them. They were both strong characters who were fiercely loyal to the people they loved - Wolfe to his family and Eva to her brother. But with both of them having such strong family loyalties, the question remained: if it came down to a choice, would they put their respective families before each other? And then there’s the secret Wolfe has been keeping. When Eva finally discovers what he’s been hiding, will she be able to forgive him and move forward, or will his betrayal ultimately drive them apart? Once again, though, one of my favourite parts of the book was the Molloy family dynamic. The brothers clearly have each other’s backs, and I loved seeing them interact. Their banter, loyalty and incredibly close family bond have been one of the highlights of the series so far, and I’m looking forward to seeing more of them as the series continues.

Wolfe is a ridiculously intelligent, slightly awkward, glasses-wearing neurodivergent hacker who eats cereal for dinner, lives by his routines, counts and calculates everything, analyzes systems and plans, and notices even the slightest change around him, as if his brain is constantly processing the world like a computer. 😂 The Clark Kent vibe? The glasses? The nerdiness? Somehow, he was ridiculously sexy without even trying. He is the “Nerd”… or is he? 😏 Because Eva is definitely his “Nerdette.” I’ll let you guess who is who. 😂

Eva has learned some hard lessons in life, especially not to mix business with pleasure, which got her into trouble in the first place. She knows that trust is expensive because she trusted the wrong man once and paid an enormous price (prison) for it. So when Wolfe becomes the only way to end the blackmail and protect her brother, she chooses to trust him, even before she knows anything about him. And I loved that. She doesn’t blindly trust people anymore; she makes a choice, knowing exactly what trust has already cost her... but then the truth comes out...

Wolfe would move heaven and hell to keep Eva and her brother safe. But what really got me was how much he changes because of her. The changes are so obvious that even his brothers notice and tease him about them. 😂 This man who calculates everything, analyzes every system, notices every tiny detail, and whose brain never seems to switch off somehow finds the one person who can shut it all down. Eva is his calm. ❤️ Their emotional connection was so beautiful... She understands him, accepts that he’s different (which led to a sad childhood) and somehow gives his constantly calculating mind a place to rest.

The suspense, betrayals, mafia danger, twists, family dynamics, and hacking plot... Wow! And then there are the Molloy brothers and their dynamics. We get to see so much more of them in this book, and I absolutely loved how supportive they are of each other and how well-organized they are despite all the chaos around them. I cannot wait for each brother to get his story! Also, the fact that each brother has a favorite food... 😂 I loved that. And their keepsakes from their late mother? Such a sweet, emotional touch.

This was the best kind of dark mafia romance, intense without being overbearing, with smart characters, real emotional depth, danger, obsession, slow-burn tension, and a sweet, sweet romance.

Wolfe Molloy? Obsessed. Quiet, brutally intelligent, socially awkward, completely consumed by his own mind—and somehow even more consumed by her. The fact that he’s been watching her for TWO YEARS should probably have me running for the hills… instead I was sitting there like, sir, please continue. 😂

I loved the hacker × hacker dynamic because she isn't some helpless heroine waiting to be rescued. She has a backbone, serious skills, and has already survived hell. Wolfe doesn't take away her strength—he becomes the person standing beside her when the world comes crashing down. And that “touch her and die” energy? YES. Give me all of it. The forced proximity, the tension, the secrets, the betrayal, and the mystery surrounding her past kept me turning pages because every time I thought I had things figured out, another layer was revealed.


And the romance? The way this man looks at her like she is the one problem his genius brain can't solve? I ate that up. 🥵 There are some seriously dark moments, but what really worked for me was the emotional side of their relationship. Beneath all the mafia danger and morally grey choices, there's this incredibly intense feeling of two damaged people finding someone they can finally trust.
And when the betrayal hits… 👀
Let's just say Wolfe had some serious grovelling to do.

If dark romance is your weakness and you crave stories that blur the line between obsession, danger and love, then The Deadly Sins series by Kristen Luciani deserves a place at the very top of your TBR. I thought book one had already set the bar impossibly high, but Shadow of Sin completely shattered my expectations. Wolfe and Eva's story is darker, sharper, more emotionally charged, and utterly impossible to put down.

Wolfe is the kind of hero who quietly steals your heart before you even realise it's happening. Dubbed "Clark Kent" by Eva, he's the brilliant IT hacker of the family—a man whose mind processes everything like a computer. Logical. Precise. Detached. Emotion has never been part of his programming. Until someone manages to breach the one thing no one ever has: his system. And that someone is Eva.

Eva is every bit his match. A gifted hacker herself, she's spent eighteen months in prison for a crime she didn't commit. Now free, she's thrown straight into the dangerous world of the mafia, determined to protect the only family she has left. Falling for Wolfe was never part of the plan. Wolfe and Eva completely consumed me, and if this series continues to get better with every book, I honestly don't know how Kristen Luciani is going to top this masterpiece.

Eva and Wolfe have a brief chance encounter that leaves a lasting impression on Wolfe. Two years later and the two of them find themselves in a situation: Wolfe gives Eva an offer she can't refuse. They end up working together because they are both realllly good hackers and what needs to be done requires those skills.

Wolfe:
Wolfe is my first neurodivergent mmc and I will protect that Cheerio eating man at all costs! He's so gentle, technical, to the point, a straight shooter and says what he means... in *such* an endearing way.
Eva:
She's such a badas$, I want to be her when I grow up. She's such a capable, sassy fmc who won't back down when a challenge comes her way.

This has got to be one of my favorite ARCs I've ever read! I devoured this book. I *cannot* wait for the rest in the series!

What I loved:
-One of my favorite things about this book is the dialogue between the characters. In some books, by authors ,we can be TOLD, in this book we are shown, which makes all the difference. We can see by there interactions how well they work together, how great their chemistry is together (because that chemistry though!? 🔥🥵) and how they fall in love.
-I love good side characters and this book ✨delivers✨. Eva's brother Sal is amazing and I need more of him. I love the relationships Wolfe has with his brother's and it makes me super excited to hear the rest of their stories.
-Eva and 👏🏽Wolfe👏🏽 (obviously). Wolfe, being his cute neurodivergent self, has to figure out what he's feeling and it was SO FUN to read and watch him go through that journey.
-Amazing balance between spice, plot, drama and dialogue.

Shadow of Sin completely pulled at my heartstrings. Emotional, compelling, and beautifully intense, this was a story that drew me in and kept me invested from beginning to end.

Wolfe Molloy is the kind of hero who is impossible to forget. Quiet, brilliant, neurodivergent, morally gray, and completely obsessed with his heroine. I loved his unwavering devotion and the way his feelings for her were evident long before she was ready to trust him. The “he falls first,” “touch her and die,” and “who did this to you?” elements were executed so well.

The heroine, Eva, was equally compelling. She had been through hell, but she never lost her strength or her backbone. Watching her navigate betrayal, trust, and her complicated feelings for Wolfe made her journey incredibly emotional.

What really stood out to me was the emotional depth of this story. The secrets and betrayal genuinely hurt, and the consequences felt meaningful. And then came the grovel. Completely unexpected, but absolutely perfect. It wasn’t what I anticipated, but it was exactly what the story, and these characters, needed. It made the emotional payoff that much more satisfying.

This was so much more than a dark mafia romance. It was a story about survival, trust, vulnerability, devotion, and finding someone willing to stand beside you when you’ve been given every reason not to trust anyone.

With dual hackers, forced proximity, a fiercely protective and obsessed hero, a strong heroine, morally gray choices, betrayal, and an unexpected but perfect grovel, Shadow of Sin delivered everything I look for in a dark romance, and still managed to break my heart along the way.

I was hooked after reading Marriage of Sin and couldn't wait for Shadow of Sin to come out and read Wolfe's story.

This is the second book in this impressive series, and this is Wolfe and Eva’s story.
Eva is wrongly convicted for a crime she did not commit after trusting the wrong man, now after 14-months she is released, and a Russian gangster is using her brother as leverage to hack for him. Wolfe is quiet, intense, and an obsessed, neurodivergent tech genius for Boston’s most powerful Irish crime family, who does not do small talk or charm, and has a brain that never switches off, and he has been watching Eva for 2-years. Wolfe knows everything about Eva, her name, alliances, and conviction, but he says he wants to protect her and her brother, and he needs her skills to take down the man who control her. Eva knows he is hiding something, but what will happen when she finds out his secret?
This is a well written action-packed story, with family, friendships, emotions, tension, obsession, secrets, hidden identity, betrayal, strangers / lovers, touch her and die, dual hackers, morally gray, survival, revelations, making choices, undeniable chemistry, and love, which leads to an entertaining, twisted, and unpredictable, dark mafia romance.

I was hooked on this book right from the beginning.

I loved Wolfe; his neurodivergent traits, his strict routines, his cereal-eating habits, and the way his calculating brain worked made him such a refreshing MMC to read, and his kick-ass fighting was enough to make me swoon even more.

Eva was the perfect heroine for him —sassy, capable, and fiercely protective of her brother. After everything life put her through, she still carried on, determined to keep protecting him. She was the calm to the chaos inside Wolfe's mind. They had amazing sizzling chemistry, you could feel it on every page.

I loved the tight-knit Molloy family dynamics (especially Cillian's relationship with Wolfe). I haven't read #1, but I heading back to read it.

The story was addictive, and I cannot wait for Cillian and Luna's story next!

Omg! It's been a while since I've enjoyed a MMC so much. Wolfe Molloy is the tech mastermind behind the Molloy Irish mafia. He's the brother in charge of safeguarding all aspects of the Molloy and DiMicheli family assets, so when he discovers someone breached their systems "to look around", he goes digging and finds a talented hacker, Eva Moreno. He puts a plan in motion, without tellling his brothers, to find the out who she's working for. He vows to free her and her brother from the blackmaiing Russian who is coming after his family. With Eva, he appears to be an unassuming tech nerd with glasses, not realizing that underneath all that, he's a trained Irish mobster.
I loved both Eva and Wolfe, and the way they worked together. She's scared but not afraid to go nose to nose with Ronan, Wolfe's eldest brother and head of the Molloy mafia. Because of the way Wolfe's mind works, he shares an insightful perspective on each of his brothers and the dynamics of their relationship, which I found entertaining. I know Cillian's story is up next, but I can't wait for the youngest Molloy's story!

When I saw this I knew I had to get my hands on it. I really enjoyed the last book and I was excited to see where this series was going next. Even more intriguing was the fact that it was Wolfe and I couldn't wait to see how this author was going to approach his neuro-diversity.

And I have to say that Wolfe was perfect. His neuro spicy personality shone through so beautifully and made him a really unique character. Watching him fall for Eva and discover that he was capable of those feelings and emotions despite having to fight his own brain to understand and express it.

Eva was perfect for Wolfe. She had her own hyper fixations and such an analytical mind that she could appreciate all of Wolfe's quirks. And after everything that she had been through she was so strong and independent while also being a little bit broken.

The story had so much going on and watching the brothers working together after everything they went through in the first book was great. I think you could absolutely read this as a standalone but I highly recommend reading it in order.

This is book 2 in the Deadly Sins series and I wasn't expecting to love it as much as book 1, but it was fantastic. Wolfe and Eva were such fascinating and likeable characters.  They have both overcome so much in their lives, which has had a huge impact on the people they have become.  The author wrote such rich and diverse characters that I was entranced and enthralled from beginning to end.  Their growing connection was beautifully written and the depth of feelings for each other, and chemistry between them, was magic.  The author absolutely excelled at bringing these beautiful characters to life within a backdrop of deception, violence, danger and fierce families.  Wolfe was absolutely divine - I could not get enough.  My advice?  Just read the book!.

I loved Wolfe and Eva’s story, it was awkward, nerdy, and their love story was an absolutely perfect roller coaster of emotions. Eva, trusted the wrong person once and she won’t be fooled a second time, but life sometimes has other plans. Wolfe is different from his bothers but in the best way possible and he misses nothing, as long as it involves a computer and a calculation. Eva is one of the best hackers around and has a felony conviction to prove it, but she knows her worth. Wolfe, who has been watching and waiting for the right moment discovers that Eva is so much more than lines of code on a computer. These two together are unstoppable and they’ll need every skill they possess to stop the destruction picking up speed that’s heading straight towards the Molloy family, and some of that destruction is far closer and deadlier than imagined. Thanks to the author Kristen Luciani for the opportunity to read and review this well written story.

This was a good time. It’s a steamy, emotional, mafia driven story with betrayals and heartaches.

I loved Wolfe. He is so unique and coded on a level that few understand. But Eva understands him. And accepts him and allows him to become the better version of himself. Wolfe allows Eva to relax and feel safe in a way she never thought she would again.

There was so drama, of course, but it only adds to the story. The Molloy brothers are amazing. I love how unique they all are and the strengths they all have. They really compliment each other as a whole unit.

I enjoyed this book. And really look forward to what comes next.

Wolfe Molloy has met Eva two years earlier & he couldn’t get her out of his head, like a puzzle that needs solving. Eva has recently been released from prison for a cybercrime she didn’t commit—now the only way to earn money is to do it illegally. People want to use Eva for her skills & no one sees her as a person, except for her brother—and now Wolfe. So many things I loved about this story—Wolfe’s neurodivergence (& the why of him trying new foods & textures), Eva’s survival attitude shifting to doing the right thing (in a morally grey kind of way!), and this secret that the reader knows is going to be discovered and the tension this creates. Immersive story, interesting characters, great found family finish.

Shadow of Sin is a suspenseful story that is book three in the Deadly Sins series.

Eva worked as a hacker. Her boyfriend Daniel was the reason she went to prison. She didn't commit the crime and her trust was betrayed. Her brother has debt so she has to work for Dmitri. She meets Wolfe who is another hacker. He is extremely intelligent and looks at things differently. Eva and Wolfe work together against Dmitri. They have amazing chemistry together.

I loved how strong Eva was and how she worked to get through prison. I loved how good she was with Wolfe. He was such a brilliant person. I loved how he protected Eva. Their story is filled with suspense and twists. I look forward to the next story from this talented author.

Book two of the Molloy family series is just SOOO goood!!

Wolfe is different from his brothers in many ways, but absolutely just as dangerous. As with many neuro-divergent people, routines are his life blood and he's confident in his abilities to keep his family safe by gathering and processing digital information and threats.
He is absolutely one of my top 10 heroes in this author's works! So strong, capable, sexy, self assured and loyal.

Ava trusted the wrong person, did jail time because of the betrayal, and now finds herself working for a criminal who's threatening her brother’s life. Poking around spaces she shouldn't be in puts her on Wolfe's radar... and she doesn't even realize it until it's too late!!

The intelligence affair (and respect) between these two hackers spins into an unexpected emotional connection, and the addictive chemistry between them had the pages flipping. Ava's acceptance of Wolfe's idiosyncrasies kept me smiling, as did the sweet relationship he has with his brother, Cillian.

I loved how Wolfe was all-in and how attached he became to her and her brother. This has all the drama, intrigue, betrayals, bloodshed and addictive banter we love from this author, and I highly recommend this series.

Okay, Wolfe was definitely a character! 😂 I really enjoyed this one. I loved the hacker storyline and the fact that both characters were so good at what they did. Wolfe was intense, obsessed, protective, and completely gone for her, while she definitely had enough backbone to handle him.

The mystery and betrayal kept me interested, and I loved watching everything slowly come together. Definitely a fun dark mafia romance if you like an obsessed hero and plenty of “touch her and die” energy!

Eva was jailed for a crime she dodnt comit and when shes released her brother Sal is being used as leverage by the bratva to keep her inline, but no one could have forseen Wolfe, neurodivergent, tech genius and working for the irish mob, hes been watching her for 2 years and knows all about her past and present dilemma but can Eva let her walls down for him? Or will the one thing hes kept hidden be the catalyst for their undoing? Well written the story and characters draw draw draw with with desires, steamy scenes, drama action and more.

Shadow Of Sin is book 2 in the Deadly Sins series and is Wolfe and Eva's story. This couple is completely perfect for each other. Eva us the calm to his chaos and she quiets his mind. Physically, mentally and emotionally these two compliment each other and ground each other in the most beautiful way. The twists, turns and surprises in their journey definitely keeps you on the edge of your seat and the suspense and intrigue keeps you flipping the pages to see what's next. As always with this author, Shadow Of Sin is a fantastic must read.

A broody, overprotective neurodivergent main MC, yes please!!! I fell in love with Wolfe from the start and he seemed to just get better and better as the book went on. Eva was very guarded and cautious and I loved how she and Wolfe just seem to gel as different as they were. This was a great story that flowed well, full of lots of twists and turns and had great secondary characters. I could read about this group for many many books. I loved book 1 in this series, so was super excited to get this as an ARC. Once again, this instalment was such a fun and heartwarming ride.

Our heroine, Eva, is a hacker who gets framed for a corporate crime and spends 14 months in prison. When she gets out, the Bratva immediately jumps on the chance to blackmail her into working for them. Enter Wolfe. He’s been hunting a hacker who breached his family’s systems. He finally tracks her down, breaks into her setup just to prove he can, and then shows up in person with a counter‑offer: feed him whatever intel the Bratva demand from her, and he’ll protect her and clear her brother’s debt. So now she’s working both sides.

I really didn't think anyone could beat the hero from book one, but Wolfe might have done it! He's such a unique hero. Hyper‑logical, socially awkward, struggles with emotion, but absolutely obsessed with Eva. Their interactions are adorable, especially once she drags him out of his cereal‑only diet and into her brother’s restaurant.

But danger keeps closing in, and the Bratva are going to find out she’s playing both sides, so it's only a matter of time before it all falls apart.

I've been loving this series so far, so will definitely keep reading and I encourage you to, too!

“I can’t. I’ve tried. Really hard. But I can’t stop noticing you. It’s a problem I haven’t figured out how to solve yet.”

Eva is a top-notch hacker just trying to regain some kind of normalcy after being in prison for a crime she did not commit while also trying to protect her brother. Her system is locked up pretty tight, so imagine her surprise when someone else hacked her system for 49 mins without touching anything. Wolf is the tech genius Molloy brother. Coming across a system as intricate as Eva's wasn't something he could ignore. He knew Eva's skill set could benefit his family in more ways than one but falling for Eva proved to be something he never saw coming.

Nerd and Nerdette!! I couldn't put this book down. Wolf is a neurodivergent MMC who has been beaten down by his father. He learned pretty quickly how to watch and read people. He is watching Eva so closely most days that he doesn't even realize that she is watching him too. Every shoulder touch, knee bump, EVERY BRUSHING OF THE HAND! I mean the tension felt like this soft but very strong thing. And I love nothing more than a groveling man. When Wolf sees that he fucked up, the way he grovels for her brought me to tears.
