A grimly realistic epic, Norland Rex masterfully blends dark myth with political savagery. Cleon Feldric, a bitter, ale-soaked brigand, seizes power through pure terror, bypassing honor completely. However, his brutal rise leaves an unstable kingdom for his vulnerable sons to defend as an ancient war looms.
