Rate this book
"Dr. Don Woodard has given us an excellent book of encouragement and enlightenment on how to cope and handle the many difficult seasons of life . . . and has shown us from the accounts of Joseph, Job, David, Mary and Martha, and Jesus Himself that there is purpose in what the Heavenly Father allows to come into the lives of His children."
—Dr. Tom Wallace

Eventually everyone is touched by heartache.
When hardships come our way, such trials can either make us bitter or make us better. Tragedies can either completely defeat us or they can teach us to be a blessing to others.
The end result of these trials, tribulations, heartaches, and the bitter cups we receive in life is often up to us. We do not always have the power to choose our circumstances, but we do have the power to choose what we do with our circumstances and even more so, we have the power to choose what our circumstances do with us.
In When the Will of God is a Bitter Cup , Dr. Don Woodard, a pastor and evangelist, shares practical, down to earth principles on how to cope and handle the many difficult seasons of life, and using an abundance of Scriptures, Woodard offers hope for the wounded spirit and encouragement for the brokenhearted.
