About the author

Queer fiction author Roe Horvat was born in the former Czechoslovakia. Equipped with a dark sense of sarcasm and a penchant for Czech beer, Roe traveled Europe and finally settled in Sweden. I quit at 32% but already skipped the gang banging, it was not for me.

I LOVE Roe Horvat's earlier work, enjoyed many of his erotica and omegaverse romances. I loved that despite the insta attraction/love and lots of sex there was always a believable connection between the MCs. Sadly I don't click with his latest releases anymore, don't feel anything. Especially with this story I know it's better I quit now.

It's still awesome that he found his place in this niche corner of omegaverse/fanasy/erotica where everything is possible if it's consensual.

This one was strange. I struggle with the rating, mainly because of the specific kink Oswald had. It bummed me a little, because he wanted 18 year old virgin and that is legal yeah I know, but can we like not lusting after that. I should clarify Valentino is incubus, super old creature, but throughout the book he made himself virgin…it was weird, it was uncomfortable. But in typical Roe Horvat fashion it was undeniably hot.. the wedding night Jesus f Christ it was amazing, written perfectly. Also the night where Valentino broke into lingerie shop 🫢 there are lot and lots of horny traps in this book, but plz let’s for the love of all that’s holy or unholy stear clear of anything virginal and 18. 2,5 ⭐️

Several other person x main character spice scenes in this after the MCs meet, including one at the end so be aware!

Also the phrase "flappy ass lips" should be banned.

But I did enjoy a lot of this! The dynamic the MCs have is great, very fun back and forth banter with great chemistry between them, and most of the spice is really good with lots of different spicy options for you to enjoy including roleplay, fully shifted fuck, good dirty talk (when ass lips aren't being mentioned), exhibitionism and one particularly great over the desk scene which I think included some corporal punishment.

Overall I struggled with the other person scenes and felt like the romance could have developed a little more naturally (it seemed to go from 0 - marry me), but I appreciate this is a novella and for the page number a lot was fitted in.

If it hadn't been for one of the MCs being repeatedly described as looking barely legal as a positive/turn on, and the final group sex scene which didn't include one of the MCs and was based around "don't tell my husband" (the husband in question knew but it just had vibes I didn't like) this would have been a four star read.

Tino is an omega incubus that’s always on the prowl for his next meal. When he meets Oswald, an older alpha, he lets things go farther than usual, and can’t get Oswald out of his head. This novella is 99% erotica with lots of k*nk and almost no plot, so if you’re into that, you’re going to like this.

This book has crazy content like:
-incubus MC that f*cks basically everyone that appears on page (and Oswald is chill with that)
-insta lust
-omegaverse lingo and anatomy
-kinky stuff like exhibitionism, f*sting, role play as a younger man, etc.

To be honest, when Roe Horvat drops a new book, you know it’s going to be extremely horny omegaverse fun. This was no exception. However, I do felt that it missed a lot of the more sweet and loving aspects that most of his books have. The “I love you let’s get married” came out of literally nowhere, and the actual romance aspect was not believable at all.

But if you’re in it for the smut menu? Enjoy! Haha

Wow, well I knew what I was getting into and I got way more than I was planning for. Roe does Omega-verse better than anyone and adding the super human element always takes it up a notch. Sir Oswald isn’t particularly likable and surprisingly that made me like this story so much more. This is a meeting of two minds exactly where they are. They aren’t the good guys, they aren’t the bad guys, they live in the gray area and love each other for it. Crazy spicy and short and not one I’ll forget reading.

Whew this is another scorcher by Roe so even though this is a Novella it packs a punch 🥵🫠 Now this is on the thicc side for a Novella at about 135 pages so you do get a bit of plot mixed in too! Zero angst and HEA of course 🖤

Valentino is an Incubus but Sir Oswald is not aware of that when he takes Tino home with him. Tino gives him a night for the record books and then is gone, but in the light now...Sir Oswald knows something was different about him.
Tino tries everything (everyone) he can think of to get Sir Oswald out of his head, in the thousands of years he has been alive this has never happened. So when a last ditch "party" (😉🥵) fails he goes back to Sir Oswald. They strike up a deal and now Tino has access to Sir Oswald and what transpires from there is one spicy adventure!
I was a bit caught off guard IN A GOOD WAY at how cute the ending to this was! Sir Oswald wants Tino for keeps 🖤 Tino has never been wanted before outside of how he looks or what he can provide but here Sir Oswald is wanting Tino as is 🥹 little incubus and all!
This is a great example of why I love Roe! You get some feels with little or no Angst and ALLLLL the spice you can ask for! Roe's stories are just ones you can get lost in for a bit. Definitely recommend this if your looking for a change of pace and just a good time 😉🖤

I always love me some omegaverse from Roe Horvat - I know it's going to be steamy, very spicy, and charged with emotion. This one is a bit different in that the omega is also an incubus and can change his shape and "persona" at will.

Tino finds himself intrigued by Oswald and how filling his sexual feeding is from him. They both play together and indulge in fantasies, which turns into more as they continue meeting up. This one is definitely high heat, more erotica than romance, for me at least.

I did feel at times that there was a little something missing....I don't know, like love as the defining and driving emotion was not a focus in this one. Roe always combines high heat with romance and schmoop so so well, and this felt a bit different. Which is fine! But I would have loved a bit more thrown in to make it more emotional than what felt like possession? Osward says multiple times how he "owns" Tino, and that marriage was him owning his own incubus. I feel like Tino has the power here since he IS an immortal? demon vs a normal human alpha, but who knows LOL.

Overall, another steamy solid read from Roe. I always look forward to his books and what will be next! Keep giving us fun and different omegaverse!

Phew! This was a super hot novella focussing on an utterly insatiable incubus and his chosen human. It's pretty different from most of Roe's other books though the spice is, as usual, off the charts. What's different is that it is less emotion driven in the character's plotline - there's not the level of love and connection I'd usually expect from Roe's MCs (even the monstrous ones, or even especially those) and there's as (minor spoiler incoming) as much sex, if not more, between one of the MCs and other people than there is between the two MCs. That said, Tino and Sir Oswold are hot hot HOT and though non-monogomy isn't usually something I'm comfortable with in books, as usual, Roe makes it good.

Valentino is something far more dangerous and mysterious than he first appears, and Oswald begins to question who or what he has invited into his life. A romantic novella about an insatiable omega demon and the human alpha he chooses, blending charm, danger, and supernatural allure.

This was an enjoyable novella, especially watching Oswald slowly realise there was something very strange about the omega he’d slept with — and that he wasn’t entirely sure who was actually in control. The dynamic between them had a sharp, intriguing edge, with Valentino’s mysterious nature always just out of reach. There wasn’t much exploration of emotions and feelings, but that’s mostly due to the shorter length of the story. Even so, the tension, the supernatural allure, and Oswald’s growing unease made it a fun, fast read. This was an MM story with mature content and set in the omegaverse.

1,5 stars. I’ve read a few other books with this author and I liked them well enough. But this one was very kink specific with the virginal stuff and calling him a boy and I had a bit of a rough time with it. Like I get that he’s an incubus and he’s like a 1000 years old, but making his body to be a virgin over and over again cause the alpha has that kink? Felt wrong, but that’s just me and I guess I found a kink I don’t like reading about.

The incubus love didn’t feel like love, it felt like obsession. And the alpha wanted to own him and control him cause he was otherworldly. He did say he loved him, but I couldn’t really see that either.

It was such a short story, but it felt like it dragged on anyway, like I couldn’t get into it and ut felt very surface level with everything and the sex scenes were.. well I didn’t really care for those either and they’re a big part of the story. And maybe that’s just me, every book will not be for everyone.

As someone who grew up reading vampire novels this is a delicious treat, a incubus that feeds off of sexual pleasure……holy hot damn!!! Tino(Valentino) is the perfect shapeshifting sex incubus, he can become anyone and feeds off the desires of men. Then Oswald comes into his existence, a cocky man with wealth and power who was just looking for a good time, little does he know how good of a time he’s about to have. How does a relationship between a human and an incubus look when that incubus has to feed on sexual desire? HOT!!! It looks HOT!!! HOT in ways that are what you expect from a Roe Horvat book.

I loved that Valentino got his own novella - it was such a steamy and fun read!

What happens when an incubus becomes sort of infatuated with a human? After spending a night with Sir Oswald, Valentino found himself feeling an unexpected draw towards the alpha, and it didn't take long before he found his way back into his bed again. I loved how Sir Oswald quickly figured out and understood Valentino's nature, and didn't have unrealistic expectations about their relationship.

The roleplay was hot, and there were a lot of spicy scenes in this one. It was fun to see Valentino work out his own way of helping / 'taking care' of Sir Oswald's enemies, creating leverage that his husband could use against them. While they both knew that it was Valentino that easily held all the real power in the relationship, Valentino just wanted to see his alpha happy and was more than willing to hand the control over to Sir Oswald.

His Incubus Husband was a steamy and sweet read. It had the usual well written spicy scenes (with a bit of kink as well) that are expected in a Roe Horvat story, and I pretty much read this in one go. A great choice for the next time you want a spicy little treat!

A fantastic take on omegaverse from Roe Horvat that introduces a touch of the supernatural into a contemporary world. Oswald, a powerful and influential man who has everything, is bested by a mysterious omega who he soon realises is not quite human. Oswald isn’t used to be scared of anything but Valentine the incubus is a frightening, if seductive prospect.
I really enjoyed how Roe made us sympathetic to Valentine’s plight as a supernatural creature dependent on sexual pleasure to survive, and how he made the romance between these two predatory creatures believable and sweet. I also appreciated the sly comparisons with current society.
Unusual, insanely hot, and a hugely entertaining read.

Valentino is insatiable, he needs lots and lots of cum. Sadly the next morning Valentino was gone.
Only, Valentino can’t seem to get enough of Oswald, it’s mutual.

Oswald tried to understand who or better what Valentino was. Until, there was the moment-supreme when he understood.

Another wonderful erotic story coming from this author. The scenes were scorching hot, the romantic side of this story was absolutely adorable. Oswald and Valentino were fabulous!

Roe Horvat sure knows how to write spicy omegaverse 🥵

Tino was insatiable until he met Oswald. He was the only one who could fulfill his needs in a way that left him fully satisfied.

Oswald was supposed to be a one time thing but his inner demon wanted him for more than just one night. Tino never expected that he’d go from a one night stand to a husband.

Even after learning who the real Tino was, Oswald still wanted him. He became addicted to Tino and wanted to keep him as his own personal pet to give him pleasure and one he couldn’t be without. They were seriously hot together.

Sir Oswald Sandoval is an impressive man, and Valentino thinks that he’s a tasty snack. What the omega didn’t count on is that some snacks are addictive! Valentino’s resourcefulness fulfills all of Oswald’s desires.

I love Roe Horvat’s Omegaverse books, and the idea of an Omega Incubus was very intriguing!

Had to read in short bits rather than finish in one sitting like I thought I would. This just wasn’t for me. My least favorite of roe’s work I would say. It doesn’t always have to be lovey dovey but the kink in this one just wasn’t for me. Not interested in long descriptive scenes of the incubus gang b@nging other people. And gross people at that. And Oswald using it for blackmail and wanting Tino’s body to be “virginal” all the time. It was just mostly ick imo.
But that’s just me. Still gonna read whatever he puts out

Great book

Another great book by Roe Horvat. Roe Horvat writes many types of books but I do enjoy a good erotic story, with a bit of demons thrown in. I had read a bit of this story on Roe's Patreon account. I loved that we got more details and a HEA. I highly recommend this book. Enjoy!
