This is kind of like a clip show. This book contains extracts from Master Ni's many other books. It is a great little omnibus. I recommend it to anyone interested in the subject matter.

I do enjoy this book. If you need a guide to conscious, thoughtful living then this is a good choice.

Having bought this book more than 15 years ago, I understand it more now I've had 30 years as an adult.

Perhaps in another 15 years I'll understand its messages with more clarity. A keeper, that's for sure.
