STOP WITH ALL THESE TAMPON SCENES!!! Is nothing sacred anymore?!?!?!?
June 16, 2026
Oh sweet monkeys in a wheel barrow, I was not prepared for how addictive this book was going to be and let’s just say, I’m okay with that!
Annabelle (Tinks is her nick name and I love it) has lived through hell for the last four years, and not one single moment was easy for her. She had no one who could compare to her struggles! Until the night she meets Ethan!
Now we learn they have a bond and quickly form one, however Ethan has his own secret. Two to be exact!! He’s one of 3! That’s right!! Triplets!! And while tink thinks she got one man, she really has three!!
It doesn’t take her long to catch on and well, you just gotta crack this one open to find out the rest.
Read your triggers as always and be prepared for withdraws thay Eve is known for!!

PLEASE READ THE TWS!!!
Annabelle’s mother was murdered years ago, and she is now just going through the motions. She is disappearing slowly. Then one night she decides to go out and drown her sorrows. Enter Ethan. He’s hot and protective. He wants to look after her. Bring her back to life. And Annabelle will let him. But she notices there are inconsistencies in his behaviour and manner. But then he’s back to caring. She must be imagining things, right?
This is dark, stalker reverse harem romance at its finest.

Plot: 4/5 • Spice: 1.5/5 ➡️➡️➡️ Well this was a clusterfuck.
Annabelle is barely living. Surviving, not thriving. After the loss of her mother and no closer to her murder she’s become a shell of a person. She meets Ethan and has, what she thought, a one night stand. However, Ethan has been watching her for a while. He knows her story. He sees her. He wants her.
Ethan, Callan and Aiden are identical triplets. They each take a turn with Annabelle. Not like a tricycle ride 😉 but each pretending to be Ethan. Eventually the truth comes out and she is not okay.
she wants them. she hates them. they lied. she’s trying to mend herself. They care too deeply.
They’re a key to solving her mom’s murder. It hits way closer to home than expected. (kind of predictable) She gets even more angry when they drop another bomb on her about their father.
Ends on a cliffy. Lots of questions.
Identical triplets - imposters - fake identity - depression - suicidal ideation - touch her and die - stalking - murder - OOT MMCs - they fall first - mental health issues - stalking

Oh My-Lanta
Oh My-Lanta
This book, this book this book.. it had me nail biting, eyes wide, unable to put it down if my life depended on it.
Tinks (whose real name is Annabelle) started out as not my favorite FMC honestly. BUT she was going through alot and she had serious growth through out the story.
Our MMCs are triplets (yum) and they do the switching places thing for a while, but I loved the fact that they are all so different that she is able to figure out something is wrong and they have to tell her about themselves.
(Currently Aidan is my favorite brother but we will see in book 2.)
I lived for the plot in this one. The relationship building was a part of the plot, not a side quest, and the end.. that cliffhanger made me literally shout at 3:45 am in my house, and wake up everyone. I am counting the seconds until book 2.

Such dirty little liars! These triplets are without a doubt just chock full of them. I do understand why they were but it didn't build a lot trust within their dynamic with Annabelle (FMC). Ethan, Aiden and Callan certainly let their red flags for high in this book and to be honest I was definitely here for all of it. Obsession and possession are also major factors throughout. The object of that - Annabelle is living a pretty much solitude life with the anxieties that she has that stem back from a major event in life. The triplets basically crash into her life and shaking it up a lot. Bringing with them all sorts of steaminess as well as other things.
A great start to this duet and with that WTH cliff-hanger ending in dying to see where the next book will lead?

Review of advance copy received from Author
Twisted Surrender pulled me in immediately and I didn’t put it down once I started.
We meet Annabelle on a rough anniversary, drinking alone and clearly not doing well. She’s not taking care of herself, she’s barely eating, and she spirals fast when things feel off. Then she meets Ethan, one of the triplets, and everything shifts from there.
The triplets were super distinct, which I really appreciated. Ethan is the oldest and very controlled and protective. Aidan is reactive and explosive. Callan is calm, steady, and the most grounded of the three. I never felt like I was mixing them up, they all felt like their own people.
I also really liked how things started. After Annabelle meets Ethan, the other two have to carefully step in so they don’t overwhelm her, which made their dynamic feel more interesting from the start.
There’s also a bit of action where the triplets end up having to protect Annabelle, which added another layer to their dynamic and made their protective side feel even stronger.
One thing I enjoyed was that the focus stayed on building the relationship rather than creating unnecessary jealousy between the brothers. I felt like it gave more time for everything to develop, and it made me even more invested in all of them.
And honestly, the spice was amazing. The chemistry was there from the start and it just kept building.
This is a true reverse harem and it fully delivered on that dynamic for me. I was emotionally invested, I binge-read it, and I cared about all of them more than I expected to.
If you like reverse harem romance with protective MMCs, distinct personalities, emotional connection, a bit of action/protection, and really good spice, this one is absolutely worth picking up.

A must read for those who love their romance dark and filthy!
The triplets are coming for her and she is one lucky lady!
For those who like their MMCs grey, their love dark, their romance even darker and their characters to be adults.
Annabelle has gone through hell and back for the last 4 years and not one hour has been easy for her, she's in the depths of a living nightmare and no one to turn to, no one to help her and no one to empathise with her nightmare.... Until she meets Ethan
I loved each and every single main character
Ethan the one who loves things to be near and tidy - including crime scenes.
Aidan who will show his love by cooking for you then going out to make sure the demons stay away.
And then we have Callan, the deepest one of all, he is definitely on the spectrum and he doesn't like to be touched - not even by his brothers, it makes his skin crawl and he has given up trying to touch anyone ,..... Until Annabelle
Annabelle thinks she's seeing one guy after a one night stand, not realising straight away that it's 3 identical men, until her mind starts to notice the little things that are different between them.
Loved the way she worked things out, loved the way she didn't take their shenanigans (even though it was for a great reason) and love the way she gives the DI a piece of her mind. She might be down but she's not out!

Good Book with some flaws. (I will still read the second book.)
Twisted Surrender had me hooked with its mix of mystery, suspense and romance. I really enjoyed the characters and found myself invested in uncovering the truth right alongside them. Watching them work together to solve the crime kept the pages turning and there were plenty of twists that made me eager to see where the story was headed.
That said, there were moments where the pacing felt a little rushed. I would have loved more character development and more time to watch the relationships grow naturally. While the fast pace does make sense within the context of the story, I still found myself wishing for a few quieter moments that allowed the emotional connections to deepen.
My biggest complaint is the ending. It finishes on a major cliffhanger and I’m not usually a fan of those. Thankfully, the next book is already available, so I don’t have to wait to find out what happens next.
Overall, I don’t think this is a book I’ll revisit, but I did enjoy the story enough to immediately continue the series. If you enjoy suspense, mystery, romance and characters working together to unravel a crime, this is definitely worth picking up. Just be prepared to head straight into book two when you finish!

Good and twisted
The FMC is drowning in grief and the three MMCs pull her out. What I love is that even though she was to the point of wanting to end it all, she didn't stay that way for long once they dragged her into their world. They have seen her as a shell of a person, but I'm betting it's going to surprise them all to see who she is on the other side. Now for the three guys. These boys are pure red flags, but seem to be doing what they are for green flag reasons. I can't wait to learn more about each of them. We know their mom was killed, and who their father is, but most of what we've learned is surface level. I'm hoping in book two we get the nitty gritty of who they are. I also love that Margaret doesn't fall for their act, she's protective of Annabelle, which is something she needs outside of her men. Now to talk about the writing, it is engaging and well written, though I did see several editing mistakes. Not enough to pull me out of the story, but still noticeable.

3.5 stars
Tbh I was hoping for a lot more, whether that is spice or something else.
I thought rh yes, triplets yes, tragic back story yes, stalkers yes.
But it just didnt deliver. It was a lot of dialogue and her going back and forth about trusting them even though she let a man stay after 1 night.
I would have loved more about the triplets, more history.
They are ment to be triplets who have the same tattoos but Callan says that hes always alone. And that ethan and aiden are close. Doesn't sound like that.
The whole period sex thing just felt like filler to get readers.
I dont know if im gping to read the next tbh.

Unapologetically dark, twisted and completely addictive. Predator possessive triplets circle the female lead and take care of her through her darkest days. Annabelle is raw, volatile, and impossible not to root for. Ethan, Aidan, and Callan are intense, each brings a different edge of control, obsession and protection. Together they blur the line between saving her and owning her. Mystery and suspense seamlessly with dark romance, keeps you on edge as secrets unravel and danger closes in. In true Eve Newton fashion she leaves us on the cliff and excited for the next installment. Surrender yourself to the truly twisted ride.

Where do I even start?? I believe this may be one of the darkest books Eve has written!!! The story hooks you by the throat and keeps you there, all while you enjoy every second of it. Annabelle is super relatable! Her mom was killed and the cops haven't found anything in 4 years. She's at her wits end and actually contemplates ending everything. In strides Ethan, and let me tell you! 🔥🔥. He and his brothers, Aiden and Callan will collect her, and become exactly what she needs. This is a deliciously dark, morally grey, fantastic read!! I can't wait for book 2!

Twisted Surrender
Annabelle is suffering a tragedy and decided to go out and numb the pain. She meets one of the brothers who have been watching her from the shadows. What started out for her as a one-night stand turns into something else.
This is a dark one, and please read the trigger warnings before you start as it's not for the faint of heart, that said, the storyline will draw you in and make you want to know more. Annabelle is going through a lot, so give her some grace and don't give up on her.

This story was dark and twisty, and I absolutely loved it. While certain elements may not be for everyone, the triplets were a particularly striking aspect understandable, but still disappointing in some respects. At present, I have a love-hate relationship with them, though I am certain they will ultimately prove to be epic. Our girl experienced remarkable growth throughout the book, enduring significant challenges, and I eagerly anticipate seeing her rise to the top like the strong, capable boos babe she is destined to become.

Very interesting plot and with a heck of a cliffhanger. Good thing the next book is already out! I do feel bad for Annabelle. She's really been through it. I think the depiction of simple tasks and interactions taking a lot out of her due to her depression is extremely accurate. As someone who also deals with depression I resonate with this very much. Very much agree that it would definitely be easier if someone (or three someone's) would handle everything, so I wouldn't need to think or plan or do the many tasks that are needed to survive in today's world.
On to the next book!
On to the next book!

did not finish
I really wanted to like this because the trope had a lot of potential but Annabelle is just awful. I hung on longer than I normally would because I really liked the potential the whole triplet thing had but the FMC being such a helpless cry baby was just too much. It never got any better and I eventually had to DNF about half way through. If damsel in distress to the 10000% degree is your thing then this might be the book for you but if you like your FMC to have a little more oomph then don’t bother with this one.

‘Nuff said. This book had me in its GRIPS from the word go. The FMC grew on me and dug her claws in deep and the MMCs made me love to hate em sometimes! but in the end I loved every ounce of this story! I love how this author weaves a story and dynamic relationship ships that are so cohesive, I don’t even remember I’m reading sometimes! I love a book that fully immerses me in the world. Highly recommend!

I freaking loved this story. Loved main character Annabelle. Plus triplets. Need I say more. Hot triplets. Ethan, Callan and Aiden. I cannot pick a favorite yet. Loved reading this book. I mean I was all into it. Right from the start this storyline sucked me right in. This one was so good. Definitely cannot wait to read book 2. I needed this book in my life. Thrilled I was able to read it. Highly recommend.

Oh my word. I thought I knew what I was getting but this just takes it all! Can I change my favorite book from this author to this one? It is perfection. With the triplets and their games. How they pull in Annabelle. She had a life controlled by anxiety which I can understand due to the trauma she suffered. Now her life is controlled by three very different guys. It is how she figured it out as their characters are different. Need more for sure after that cliffy.
June 22, 2026
This was EXACTLY what I was looking for and so much more. I have been craving this type of book. Ethan, Aidan and Callan are everything I needed in a book boyfriend. Going into this I didn't know what it was fully about (I like to go in blind) and I'm so happy I did. The suspense and the Daddy Dom treatment was perfection. I love how each character is different and I can't wait to see what's next from Eve Newton.

poorly written
I tried so hard to finish this, but I had to give up. I managed to get 60% of the way through.
This was poorly written. All tell, no show. Nothing flows, events occur rapidly, the characters are all shallow, and there is absolutely no character development. This book could have been good, the potential for the plot is there. However, it’s just another book that uses poorly described sex as a crutch for horrible story telling.

Just OMG!
This story keeps you engaged and on the edge of your seat. I wouldn't have put the book down if life didn't get in the way! You meet Annabelle- mother was murdered and she is just existing, until Ethen, Aiden, and Callen swoop in and try to save her..but will it be enough?? This is a MUST read!

Ugh! The FMC in the beginning of the book was rough. I honestly don’t understand how anyone could be that far gone to let all of that happen. This is the second series I’ve read by her and I’m just thinking it’s not my cup of tea. There are so many books out there so you should really enjoy what you’re reading.

can’t wait to see how this story ends AMAZING BOOK 1
Love the cliffhanger ending …I loved all the characters so far and the story is great too. Can’t wait to see how it all ends. Starting book 2 ASAP (very glad I didn’t read this before book 2 came out. The waiting would have been terrible 😊) ❤️

4.5/5

Yep… throwing my kindle and screaming! This book hooked me from the start. Dark, possessive men and the woman who is so broken and just existing calls to their souls. I can not wait to watch Annabelle blossom.

I hate cliffhangers but I love this story! I'm especially liking that this woman is going to get a backbone right when she needs it! And her three fellas? Oh my word! They are hot, hot, hot! I can't wait for the next book woohoo!

Twisted Surrender definitely lives up to its name. The daughter of a murdered woman, whose life is not the same after her mother’s death and three brothers that will stop at nothing to get her to surrender to them and protect her. And let’s not talk about that ending.
