Snowbound With The Bear is set in Bear Creek and can be read as a standalone story, but does contain characters from other books in the Bear Creek Clan Series
Fiona is on the run, worse she is trapped in a snowstorm and freezing to death on the side of a mountain. With no hope, she lies down thinking this is the end, but then her mate finds her. Only her mate is a bear shifter.
Fiona is a wolf shifter from Wolf Valley. A place where things are not going well. They have no alpha and the pack is unstable. Her cousin wants to do a deal that involves Fiona, a deal she wants no part of, so she runs. Right into a snow storm.
With the temperature dropping and her life fading, her only hope is the big bear that saves her. But when they discover they are fated mates, can a wolf and a bear really make things work?
Hal lives on his lonely mountain for a reason. But when he finds Fiona, he has to act, even if she is a wolf. Some how he has to get her back to his isolated cabin and warm her up. And we all know shared body heat is one way to keep warm.
But when they try to fetch the supplies he dropped when he rescued her, he has to save her once more. Because the wolves are not willing to give her up that easily.
This book contains sexual scenes and is suitable for adults only.

Loved this quick short love story ! Lighthearted romance, emotional and deep characters, interesting shifter tale. Hal (werebear) is an awesome lover and mate for Fiona (werewolf). Fiona has escaped from her horrible cousin and is near freezing to death when Hal finds her in the blizzard. He can't leave his mate to die, so he takes her to his cabin. This story is sweet, romantic, and suspenseful, with super hot sexiness, too. ENJOY !!!

Wow! What a wonderful, heartwarming story! Snowbound With The Bear is the fourth offering in the Bear Creek Clan Series by Harmony Raines and is a stand alone novella with no cliffhanger. Without a doubt, it is one of the sweetest and most touching of all the stories so far. I absolutely loved it! The story is exciting, heartwarming, endearing, captivating, sweet, romantic and oh so dreamy. The dialogue is intelligent and well written. The characters are sweet, sexy and engaging. The combination of these elements gives us one great read! Bear shifter Hal was not like most of the bears in his Bear Creek Clan. He enjoyed a life of peace and solitude. He purposely lived high in the mountains and avoided people and other bears. He had never even attempted to seek his mate - until he caught her scent returning from a supply run to Bear Creek. He could almost taste her, even through the heavy snow. The blizzard was quickly becoming deadly and time was not on his side. He must find her before she froze to death and it was too late. That is what he wanted - right? Hmmm......Yep, he may not have ever seen her but he knew he had to save her. He knew he wanted her but she could never love a sad, lonely recluse like him. Could she? But why would she be this far up the mountain in this terrible blizzard. It could only mean one thing - she was a shifter of some type, and she was running from someone or something. But what was she and why was she running? Freyja Silver Wolf had no intention of being traded off to a tiger shifter by her cousin Kurt simply because she was a virgin. She wasn't willing and she would rather die first which she very well might in this blizzard. She was determined to escape just as she was determined to wait for her love match, her fated true mate. But would she ever be able to survive the storm? Will Hal find the beautiful silver wolf in time! I guess you'll have to read the book. No spoilers here! But I will say this..... Great short read
I love Harmony's books! This is an great one, if your following the series this is a must read. Hal who keeps to himself and lives in isolation on the mountain finally finds his mate. Fiona is a wolf who is running from her packmates. Hal finds Fiona half frozen by fate alone. Their story is full of passion and love.

An enjoyable read.
I really liked this one as our heroine Fiona is a wolf shifter.
Hal was lovely but I was sad for him as to why he lived all alone on the mountain. Something that had happened hundreds of years in the past still controlled him.

I enjoyed this book. I liked the connection between Hal and Fiona and thought that they were great together. Fiona was being chased by some wolves from her home in Wolf Valley, her cousin Kurt the ringleader as they wanted to mate her to a Tiger. She has been running for so long that she passes out from exhaustion and nearly freezing to d*ath. Hal and Fiona never would’ve met if she wasn’t being chased by Wolves nor if Hal hadn’t became a hermit after he lost control of his temper and nearly k*lled a man and couldn’t forgive himself and was scared that it could happen again so he felt it was safer for everyone if he just stays up the Mountain at his cabin so Fate sure does work in mysterious ways. I liked that I finally got around to reading this book and that I found out what happened with Kurt before he met his mate Nadine as I read the Wolf Valley Raiders Series Collection first. I’m really looking forward to reading Will’s book next and finding out the reason why Will rejected his mate as it must be bad as he is purposely hurting her as hurting her goes completely against his nature so it must be the lesser of two evils, so she’ll be hurt worse if they completed their bond. I’d recommend this book, series, universe and author to everyone.

Wolf shifter and a bear shifter.....realize they are fated mates. She is unconscious stuck in a big snow storm being hunted by her pack because she is to be given to a tiger shifter because she is still not mated. But on the run and crossing over into bear shifter territory brings her to her mate. Who is surprisingly a bear shifter.
This was a sweet quick read. I felt for each one of them knowing they each had their issues thinking they weren't got enough for their mates. Wondering if they deserved them. But they get their HEA.

So enjoyable. I couldn’t read this book fast enough. This book is filled with suspense adventure mystery and joy. This story bring in the wolf clan which is another series or two on their own. You will definitely enjoy reading those as well. I suggest reading each series by reverse publication date. You will definitely want to read in order as some series crossover characters. However you choose to read, just start reading. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

Fiona and Hal, she is a run away wolf from over the mountain, he is a hermit, living high up the mountain. When he smells her and he realizes that she's his mate during a storm on the mountain, he follows her scent back to her, and when he finds her wolf form, exhausted and almost frozen, he takes her to his cabin to warm her up.

Definitely my favorite of this series. With Fiona being a shifter, she understood and accepted the mate bond. They got to the good stuff quicker. Yay!
