I created my book, my "passion project" drawing on years of building and owning businesses (Real Estate Company, Insurance Industry, Home Services Industry, Restaurant Supply, Software Start-Up) and realizing what propelled me through all my different adventures: Relationships and Trust.
I also observed through consulting and research and collaboration that with the onset of AI and jobs being replaced, there are people that are surviving and thriving: those that built a life and career on relationships and trust and I dive deep into this, how to develop and grow real relationships (hint: how many people would answer an urgent call from you at 3am? It's not the people who just "like" a comment on social media).
My life's purpose is to help and coach others and that was the genesis for The BEAR Method and the accompanying APP: The BEAR Den to help people in both their business and personal lives.
If you come across someone pulled over on the side of the road, carrying a wayward turtle across the road to safety, stop and say hello, good odds that it's me.
