Finding your person is not always easy and it doesn’t always come the way you expect. That’s exactly what happened with Tatti & Kaseem! Listen the vulnerability that they both show and allow was needed. Both are learning each other. I personally think she is showing him how to love her correctly and he is showing her what is when a man leads. They both are learning each other and did all this before any activity behind closed doors🤭. That type of action is rare. Can we talk about that wedding and the care she received before it. Kaseem took care of everything and did the dang thing. Them word he spoke to her, loved it down.
However, secrets will always be the downfall. We see what them secret did to the Judge. Stop playing with Kaseem. He is not your average 🥷🏽. Then let’s not forget how he had to grab the reins of his brother. Not only for his actions but for Nyla. He said not one person will disrupt his household. Oh but Tatti secret topped all secrets. My guy was hurt and rightfully so, just hope her reasoning is sufficient enough to save what she has started to love.
Then there’s Zaire. I’m so eager to learn more about him. He seems to be the calm brother but also a force to be reckoning. The way he handled himself when his back was against the wall and top tier. Cause what they thought. I’m so happy he wasn’t removed from the read before we learned more about him. One thing for sure, he is Zuri baby. The way she busted into Kaseem house was crazy.
Speaking of his mama Zuri. I said from jump it was something up with her and now we know. She has the nerve to turn her nose up at someone. I know I’m being petty but I’m slight happy that Tatti has something to hold over her head cause I’m about tired of her. However, the nice nasty way that Tatti checked her was one of my favorite highlight. Cause what she thought. Tatti not backing down and she will check you - respectfully.

Possible spoilers because I what??? Talk too much lol. Secrets, lies and more lies. The secrets that came out of this book had me floored. I guessed Tatti's secret correctly. Yet I didn’t expect her secret to have so many layers.
I was disappointed in Tatti. She proved that she was a manipulative liar and a lil thief. Hear me out lol she stole Kaseem’s choice to choose her and I mean the real her. He laid it all down and she never did it back. Even in that man wedding vows he said, “But I hope you can trust me enough to lay everything on me and let me handle it.” Like got damn girl why couldn’t you just trust him. That man was all in and she was half in and half out.
It’s so much tea spilling I don’t know which cup I want to sip from first. The aunt blackmailing Tatti is wild and so is her request. Namier baby grow up please and thank ya. Zuri Mrs Girllllllllllll come to the front right now. Baby she had the biggest skeletons falling out the closet. Hopefully Kaseem doesn’t walk away from the entire family at this point. I loveeeee me some Nyla my girl don’t play. What's done in the dark will always come to light!

Bonnie done did it again with this book got to read a contained story of Kaseem and Tattiana . It branched off on the siblings and how his brother Nasir was like Nyla and something happened to the younger brother in jail. A lot of secret come to light and some relationship crumble under pressure . Tattiana does want anything to do with her father from hiding the fact he cheated on her mother with another woman and got her pregnant but it was his parents widow wife and he rumored to have kill his business parented for her . Love this story can’t wait to read part #3 to see what happens could put the story down . I want to see what happens next with Tattiana and Kaseem relationship will it survive the secret of her secret daughter or can it survive the secret baby daddy that is his enemy . Also she has some news that could break his family up with their enemy possibly be the long lost half brother.

I thought I was ready….I really did!! I begged for part 2 and now I don’t even know what to do with myself!! Kaseem is really determined to take his place as my favorite!! That man know he love him some Tattiana and I love the fact that he is indeed really trying for her. He can’t seem to catch a break with all these secrets from the people around him. His family gon be the death of him he better go and ahead and cut em loose! I know his mama was on some sneaky shady stuff. She was doing wayyyy too much and I hope Tatti get to let loose on her . That auntie is gettin on my ever loving last nerve. She has got to go immediately! I need the backstory on how they all got interconnected and I feel like it’s gon start with Zuri!! Namier better stop playin with Nyla before he lose out!! I really enjoyed this book 10/10 highly recommend

Oh the drama has arrived!! So much to unpack with this one! Let’s start with Zaire, I just knew he wasn’t dead!! Kaseem is just too good, starting with him working to get his brother out of jail, then with the wedding!! THE WEDDING. It’s crazy how hard & mean he was in the beginning but quickly changed that for Tatti. We love a man hard in the streets but soft for his woman 🥹
Tatti also plays no games when it comes to her husband and getting sh*t done! The meeting/plan with the judge was clever.
Now Tatti’s secret is out & we know she has a daughter (we figured, right?) but the Aunt blackmailing her with more secrets is what’s interesting.
Zuri isn’t so perfect after all either & when Kaseem finds out? All hell will break lose.

Only Bonnie Blanco could have me fighting a cliffhanger
This second installment was 10’s across the board. Had me on the edge of my seat. The wedding was written beautifully and the emotions really made you feel like you were in the room during the ceremony. The dynamics between Kaseem and Tati felt natural even though this is arranged marriage. In this book everyone has secrets it seems and Tati not revealing hers to Kaseem before the reveal even though she was warned multiple times had me yelling at my kindle. Per usual Bonnie Blanco has me on the edge of my seat and that cliffhanger is going to have me feening for more. If you haven’t dived into her catalog, this book is a good time and a great start.

In true Bonnie Blanco fashion she kept my attention from start to finish! I just HAD to know the outcome of the Zaire situation! The bombs that were dropped were crazy! My jaw was on the floor because it was a messy, drama filled good time.
I loved how Kaseem was trying to love Tatti in the way she deserves. This mean, rude, gangsta of a man now has a soft spot for his WIFE and she is NOT TO BE PLAYED WITH.
Tatti has had me curious about her from book 1. She’s keeping things from MY HUSBAND Kaseem and I don’t appreciate that. But even as the wool is pulled from our eyes, there’s still MORE TO BE REVEALED!!

I thoroughly enjoyed continuing this journey of getting comfortable and having Bonnie twist the plot to have you saying what was that? Zuri still worked my nerves. Tyree is just as crudball as perceived. Thank the Heavens Above, the attempt on Zaire was unsuccessful. There's still a road to recovery and plans to handle all involved. After secrets are revealed, Tatti is still hiding a very big one that I'm hoping won't destroy them. Hell, Zuri has some smoke her smug butt has to explain. And then again, at that point, the mic is dropped...see you in part 3

When.I. Tell. You. The. Secrets that came out of this book had me grimping the sheets. I thought I knew Tatti’s secret, the author proved I did not know anything and them some. The build up to the big moment was everything. I was locked in from start to finish. I was hooked. This book gave the meats and the potatoes that I needed in the second which makes me ready for book 3. I’m truly in shocked by everything that was revealed but excited to see how things play out in book 3.

There is so much unpack in this book. Zuri and her secret. Tatti and her secret. Zaire being almost killed. Whew Chile what us gone do?

Of course I liked book 1 better. Book 2 just revealed what I already figured that Tatti was being blackmail by the aunt bc she had a baby she had been hiding. She really made me mad bc why not just go ahead and tell Kassem but anyways on to book 3.

So beautifully written! So crazy how they fell deeper into love regardless of what was going on around them. Now I can’t wait to get into Zuri & Tatti ex. Kaseem seems to be open to accepting her baby girl! Namier is definitely gonna turn tender about Nyla (it already started 😂) AND WHAT DOES MALLORY want? DANG 🙄 I hope she not carrying….

This book finally got seriously messy. And I vibing and flowing..loved the cliff hanger until I realized the cliff hanger actually dropped me. There is no book 3! And this series is listed as a duet! I don't like to be disappointed....and this just broke my vibe.
