Many women in my stage of life have been asking for a gospel-centered resource on perimenopause, and I finally have a book to recommend! Aimee's writing is so refreshing--each chapter feels like coffee with a friend. This is a book I wish I had about five years ago, but it still ministered to my postmenopausal soul in unexpected ways. I'll definitely be recommending and gifting Midlife Plot Twist to women I love.

Deeply relatable and powerfully encouraging, Midlife Plot Twist explores the embarrassing, confusing, and surprising elements of midlife that we experience as women and helps us process them with gospel hope and a touch of humor. I finished Aimee’s book feeling both seen and encouraged.

*The chapter on experiencing perimenopause while unmarried/childless written by Liz Edrington was especially powerful.
