Holy moly! This was a fast paced action read. It was so multilayered, that I had to go back and relisten to several parts to see if I missed anything. The character pulled me in and made me pay attention to him, his words, and his actions. I was down the rabbit hole and here for all of it.
Dante was training to get back to what he loved. . He wanted out of the mob and BAM!! My heart stopped. I was distraught. That ending blew my mind. Vaughn is a tenacious PI and gets answers using integrity. Corruption and lies made me sad. The reunion of mom and Jo was a shocker. The cliffhanger ending !!! I'm reeling!!!

Gripping crime read. Hard to put down. Cannot wait for the next one. Ed and Andy are such likeable characters.
