Rather surprising

It was not until I read the last story in this collection that I realized I had read another of this writer's works. That is a good thing. Her style allows for differing narrative voices in one story, two vignettes, and three stories that melted my brain.

A major plus for me is that our characters in the last three stories have all the appearances of HEA and potentially sequels/continuations.

I would caution readers that it's VERY difficult to stop reading these stories. Ace of Hearts and Friend Zoned could have gone on for another 50 pages each and I would have been right there. Double Trouble could become its own novel length story. At His Mercy is a lot like a story I wrote years ago so of COURSE I love it. Finally Shut In is a delicious bit of naughty that just lights up a furnace.

If the reader is keeping count, that leaves two stories. For different reasons, Daddy's Girl and Three's Not A Crowd missed the mark for me. The later just felt silly and the previous slightly creepy. But they are well written and do not take my dislike too seriously. This collection sizzles.

This book contains eight short, hot and sexy little stories. From the best friend you never noticed to the two hot twins that take you home from a bar. There's also an encounter with your hot boss in the elevator and even a run in with the hot one night stand you can't forget. These are just a few of the tales you get in this book. It's free right now so you have nothing to lose.

Elevator sex with Miguel. Call Aiden and tell him where it hurts. He'll massage it all away!! Ace is bad at breaking hearts, and oh so good at fixing them!
That's just to name a few! There's something here for everyone. The sex is scorching hot!!! Read and enjoy for yourself!

i love to read short sexy reads in between the novels i read. this book had multiple, very sexy storys with extreemly sexy men. very swoonworthy. if you like short erotic books, you will love this

I read this book to fill the prompt “Read a book outside of your comfort zone” as I don’t read a lot of mummy porn and I always stay away from short stories. The content was ok but it didn’t
change my mind on short stories, these were just too short for me. It was like fast forwarding to climax moment of a online porn clip. I would probably read the author again to see how her longer novels are written.

Rock Hard sure could scratch that itch.

This was a cute little book of short stories that was so much fun to read. It can turn up the heat though. But don't let that stop you.

This book was full of hot and steamy short stories. There wasn't a single bad story in the bunch. I would love to read a full length novel by this same author, I believe she has potential to be one of authors I love to follow.
This kind of read is perfect between reading full length books, or when you know you only have a few minutes and aren't able to give your full attention for a long period of time. The stories were so good that I wouldn't even mind reading them again!

HOLY MOTHER OF BOOK LOVERS! Alana you never let me down. Though the stories are all short they're smokin hot and leave you wanting more. I always love your writing. As I've said before Alana's books are like watching a movie instead of reading a book. I highly recommend this book to everyone. It's 5 short stories that will leave you wishing they were full novels but each one is so worth it.

I really did enjoy this, I only gave it 3 stars for the fact that I wanted more!! I knew they were going to be short reads, but I still wanted more than a few pages. She did an great job, and I would recommend this to anyone wanting a hit read real quick.

Goddamn!

I started my Kindle journey with a book of erotic short stories and this one makes me tingle just like that one did. I LOVED the different scenes, the passion in the words, the mental images that made me hard! Beautifully written ... I love this author and this book!

I loved the short story idea, each story didn't take long to read. The intensity of each one was good and it was definitely erotic. I was happy with this book.

❤❤❤❤❤

[Liz]

These are OK story premises. However, they're really short so the concept of consent is a bit murky, making it kind of uncomfortable for me.

[Suzy]

WOW! What a rush.

I loved the chemistry between each of them. I especially loved the twins, and the masseuse.
Thank you for the brief peek. Thank you Ms. Sapphire for a great collection.
