Lucy Holliday’s first major work, a four-line poem called ‘The Postman is Very Good’, was completed shortly before her fifth birthday. It was such an enjoyable experience that she has wanted to be a writer ever since.
She is married with a daughter and lives in Wimbledon.

I have no words to describe how much I love this book, the A-night-in-with series, the author!


(this is me running excited to the bookstore to buy this little gem, I mean look at the cover!)

After the ''weird'' friendship with Audrey Hepburn, it's time for Marilyn Monroe to make an appearance at Libby's life.
Libby is the perfect, quirky and innocent character a writer can come up with. She is weird in her own way and I love it!
But Libby is not the only one. Olly, Nora, Dillon, Bogdan, Libby's unique companion in her everyday adventures made the book even greater.

My hat's off to you miss Lucy Holliday. Your humor and clever writing is make this book a 5 star and more to me.

As I continue to fight off my reading slump, my brain seems to only want to read fluff. Not that there's anything wrong with a fluffy book with a pink cover. I'm just not usually into these types of books. I'll read them more as of a brain cleanser after I've read a particularly dark book, but I never read these types of books back 2 back.

I don't remember ever buying this book but I'm sure I did solely because of Marilyn Monroe being in the title. If it had been named something else I wouldn't have even given it a second look, because yes I judge books by their covers and a pink cover is not usually my kind of book. After reading this delightful book I fear I've judged books with pink covers too harshly. A Night in with Marilyn Monroe is book 2 in the A Night in series. Book 1 features Audrey Hepburn and book 3 is Grace Kelly. I didn't read book 1, in fact I didn't even know this was a series until I started reading it. It didn't turn out to be a big deal that I jumped in on book 2. Within the first 20 pages book 1 is explained and you're able to easily slide into the story of Libby Lomax and her magical couch. Libby is an ex child star who now designs jewelry and searches desperately for her Prince Charming and as one would expect her life is a hilarious disaster. To make matters worse(or funnier) classic Hollywood stars keep showing up on her couch.

I laughed more than I thought I would. Even when I was rolling my eyes at Libby's antics I still found myself wanting to continue reading.

No rec but its a funny, fluffy, sweet book.

Sometimes you need something light and fun to listen to.. this book was exactly that. It had been a while since I had listened to A Night in with Audrey Hepburn which I loved. Audible didn't, have this one available but I found it on Kobo books and jumped straight in.

It was fun to get back into the world of these characters and to meet Marilyn this time.

Sometimes all we need is a good old girly read. Fun, flirty, completely down to earth and dramatic enough to make you want to find out what happens next. You would think a book like that is easy to find but believe it or not it's actually rare you will. So when you do find one that keeps you on your toes as well as allowing you your wind down time then you know you’ve got yourself a book for life. One you will turn to again and again and again. One you will lend out to your friends and family (as long as they give it back mind) and one you will just always love. A Night in With Marilyn Monroe is one of those books.

Now, this is in fact book two of the Libby Lomax book series. Book one being A Night in With Audrey Hepburn, clocked that connection there don’t you ay? Go ‘ead! Anyway, I’ve got to stick me hand up here and confess that I’ve not in fact read book one. I know, I know, I’m a disgrace aren’t I? I mean I’ve got it too, pure bloody laziness at its best. The cheek of me. So, obviously because of this I was going in eyes shut and being honest sometimes that really throws me of kilter because I hate knowing I’ve missed something, and some series books either update you dead well, or give you hints and wreck your head, or give you nothing. But honestly this one is fine to read as a stand-alone. It finishes ready for book three though so I’m a bit pissed I didn’t start from book one. It’s thoroughly enjoyable never the less though.

Anyway, it’s funny, it’s fast, it’s flirtatious, it’s dramatically over the top and is just a little more than special.

In many ways it continues to be very predictable, but I've grown fond if the characters (enough that I will be reading the third in the trilogy) and I did laugh quite often throughout the book. It's a light and fluffy read, so if you are in the mood for something along those lines, this is a good choice.

It was exactly the kind of light hearted read I was hoping for, although I must admit that I enjoyed the first book a lot more. I found Libby quite annoying in this one, and I hope the third book will allow her to redeem herself a little bit.

A Night in with Marilyn Monroe is the equally hilarious sequel to A Night in with Audrey Hepburn. But yet it can be read as a standalone, as you are given the relevant background details needed, in a timely fashion. This is set a few months after the end of the previous book, and it starts with a series of Whatsapp messages between Libby, Nora, Cass and Olly, which brings you right up to speed with whats been going on in the missing few months.

Libby has a new visitor in her apartment this time, to help shape her life and to act as a guide, and she is now starting to believe that instead of hallucinations, that it is simply an enchanted sofa that she has. This time its Marilyn Monroe, and a young one, before she is properly famous, who decides to move into Libby's apartment.

Libby in this story needs to remember the value of friendships, as she gets herself into another few memorable scrapes, including one very early in the book, in her new boyfriend Adam's apartment, that is cringeworthy, hilarious and definitely memorable (even if Libby would rather it was never mentioned ever again).

Her family still isn't really treating her that well, but in return she is being a bit of a lapsed friend to Olly and Nora, and has an irrational dislike to Tash, Nora's other friend. Dillon O'Hara is back, and is a bit of a reformed character, and is a lot more likeable this time around, after a stint in rehab.

A Night in with Marilyn Monroe, is written in Lucy Hollidays wonderfully entertaining style, that is really a pleasure to read. I just felt that although there is a lot of action in this book, as there was in the previous, that it seems to be missing that certain something, not sure if it was more depth I wanted, or just more development of the story, as I really like all the characters, even Libby's self obsessed sister, Cass.

I can't wait to see what is in store for us in book 3, which features Grace Kelly. I'm hoping the certain characters will finally see the obvious and get together, and for more sticky situations for Libby to escape from.

TBH, I felt girly for reading this. It’s funny and witty. A very relaxing Chick Lit fiction story, where I just read it for fun just for a short escapism. The storyline was more improved than the first book and this sounded more mature. Love it!

Oggi la recensione del secondo libro che ha come protagonista Libby Lomax, donna intraprendente, dolce e dalle mille sfumature.

Come per il primo Una serata con Audrey Hepburn anche questo libro Una serata con Marilyn Monroe si è rivelato all'altezza. L'autrice usa uno stile fresco, coinvolgente e dinamico, lasciando il lettore incollato alle pagine. Il suo stile non pomposo e non articolato lascia che le righe e le parole scorrano veloci, come un treno in corsa e scivolino via senza pensieri, ne problemi.

Tutto sembra essere ben caratterizzato, un romance rosa naturalmente e non un romanzo di narrativa ma rientra perfettamente nei bei romanzi che vorremmo leggere per passare delle ore spensierate; non è la solita solfa trita e ritrita ma qualcosa di dolce ed essenziale con una protagonista sveglia, piena di guai e aspettative.

Tutti amano Libby ma lei stessa non sembra accorgersene e così si crea una serie di eventi sfavorevoli per ella, lasciandola con un palmo di naso e con i consigli di Marilyn utili ed essenziali per ritrovare la serenità.

I protagonisti sono tutti un pò particolari ma nella loro particolarità si contraddistinguono dai noiosi stereotipi che si vedono in giro, rendendo la storia surreale, romantica e allegra (ammetto che più di una volta mi son ritrovata a sorridere da sola come una scema!).

Tutta la storia risulta ben costruita e scorrevole, con un finale che sicuramente rimane un'incognita e lascia in sospeso molte cose che finalmente la nostra Libby ha compreso! Adoro Olly e spero che la sua dolcezza alla fine prevalga, ma non vi svelerò altro, a voi la lettura ...

I like this series so much, but Libby...c'mon!!! You are disappointing me!

When I read Libby Lomax Series I only imagine Bridget Jones. But I love them both, so it is not hard for me to enjoy both stories. But I wish A Night in with Marilyn Monroe wouldn't be so ctrl c + ctrl v.

I also think Marilyn would be more strong and crazy. I thought she would do wild things like...kissing Olly at a party? That would be funny.

An c'mon (2), Tash is a good person. Olly is in a vibe "We accept the love we think we deserve" and he deserves someone who is crazy for him, like Tash is!

But now I really hope Libby, specially Libby, will do better things to herself. Like kicking her sister out of her place when she bores her, and do her jewerly stuff, and, please, using a wild lingerie and stuck her head in Olly's kitchen HAHAHA!

But only 3 hearts for you Libby, for making me think this book would answer me things!!!

Un nuovo, avvincente, secondo capitolo delle avventure della nostra Libby! Se non avete letto il primo, “Una serata con Audrey Hepburn”, attenzione, perché potreste incappare in qualche SPOILER involontario!


Allora, avevamo lasciato Libby innamorata e prossima a una vacanza con Dillon O'Hara, l'affascinante attore conosciuto casualmente quando lavorava come comparsa; e la ritroviamo sola mentre cerca riparo dall'arrivo di un uragano e intrappolata a Miami per aver perso il passaporto. Un inizio a dir poco sconvolgente, ma non è finita qua, perché in tutto questo tocca andare in Scozia al matrimonio inaspettato del padre. Urge un accompagnatore. E chi meglio di Olly, il suo miglior amico, può salvarla da certe imbarazzanti situazioni?

“Niente. Oddio, non ha assolutamente niente che non va! È solo... che non stiamo insieme” spiego. Il che però non spiega un bel niente. Così aggiungo: “Ti ricordi della mia amica Nora? Un'estate eravamo venute a stare da te per una settimana, quando avevamo quattordici o quindici anni. Olly è suo fratello”.
La nonna ci riflette per un attimo. “Solo perché è il fratello di qualcuno” risponde in tono piccato, “non significa che non possa essere anche un fidanzato di tutto rispetto.”


In questo secondo libro, Libby riparte alla grande, la sua situazione sentimentale un disastro, ma leggermente più stabile dal punto di vista lavorativo, se non fosse che la banca le nega il prestito per poter ampliare la sua attività,
Libby va a Hollywood. Quando la situazione non potrebbe essere più disastrosa di così, ecco che Dillon ricompare inaspettatamente nella sua vita, e con lui una nuova diva/coinquilina: Marilyn Monroe! Come la precedente star hollywoodiana, Audrey Hepburn, le apparizioni sono ancora una volta fugaci, ma intrise di consigli, come organizzare una serata con la tua migliore amica e trovarsi a confidarsi tutto. E forse i consigli di Marilyn sono da seguire alla lettera se questo vuol dire riuscire, involontariamente, ad attirare l'attenzione maschile su di sé. E se non fosse solo Dillon ad avere un ritorno di fiamma, e anche qualcun altro fosse segretamente innamorato di Libby? Chi potrebbe essere questo ammiratore segreto?

Non so come risponderle.
Purtroppo interpreta il mio silenzio come un giudizio, perché dopo una risatina imbarazzata aggiunge: “Lo so che sembra assurdo... Ma ho sempre pensato che bisogna sognare in grande per avere grandi cose, non credi?”


Lasciate che ve lo dica... sono rimasta basita da tutto quello che è successo in questo nuovo romanzo di Lucy Holliday. Libby rimane la solita pasticciona, anche se si può assistere a una vera e propria evoluzione del suo personaggio, una maturazione dovuta non solo all'età, ma alle esperienze che sembrano averla segnata e cambiata. Eppure, nonostante questo, i suoi sentimenti continuano a essere calpestati dalla sorella che cerca in ogni modo di attirare l'attenzione della stampa (riuscendoci) e dalla madre che continua a preferire la sorella minore a lei. Ma sembra che Libby stessa inizi a mettere da parte alcuni affetti, dimenticandosi di aiutare Olly per l'apertura del suo nuovo ristorante e Nora alle prese con l'organizzazione delle nozze, persone che per lei ci sono sempre state.
Anche in questo nuovo libro assisteremo all'apparizione di un'altra grande attrice di Hollywood, Marilyn Monroe, che con le sue pellicce di visone e il suo Chanel N.5, porterà una ventata di freschezza e novità nella vita della protagonista, e non solo, perché importanti saranno i consigli che le darà per quanto riguarda l'abbigliamento e la capacità di attirare l'attenzione (provare per credere!).

“Se c'è una cosa che ho imparato in quel posto” dice, “è che ho sempre cercato un'ancora. Un modo per mettere radici.”
“Una specie di zavorra” dico.
Lui scuote la testa. “Non sarebbe così. Non so come dirtelo, Libby, sono cambiato. Sono cresciuto. Ho già combinato tutti i casini che mi andava di combinare. E anche molti di più. Sei l'unica ragazza che abbia mai conosciuto che abbia significato davvero qualcosa.”
“Perché hai gusti terribili in fatto di ragazze.”
“É vero. Ma anche” dice, “perché mi ci è voluto molto tempo per trovarti.”
All'improvviso mi sembra di non poter respirare.


Ancora una volta, l'intera vicenda è raccontata dal punto di vista della protagonista, aiutando il lettore a immedesimarsi nella lettura; notevole la cura dei dettagli, della situazione e dei propri sentimenti nei confronti di coloro che la circondano. Un racconto fluido e semplice, che vede l'alternanza di momenti ironici a grandi spunti di riflessione sulla vita, adatti ad ognuno di noi. Un libro che diventa anche una sorta di piccola enciclopedia cinematografica, esplorando attentamente la vita dell'attrice prima e dopo il suo successo. Attrici che, a distanza di anni, continuano a essere considerate delle icone nel mondo del cinema.
Una lettura piacevole, fresca e frizzante da portare con voi al mare... divertimento assicurato!!!

Treća knjiga koju sam pročitala 2019. godine je "Tiho veče s Merilin Monro" ("A night in with Marilyn Monroe" by Lucy Holliday). Kupila sam i nju i knjigu "Tiho veče s Odri Hepbern" i nakom što sam pročitala stotinjak strana, shvatila sam da je knjiga sa Odri prvi dio, te sam ostavila ovu knjigu, pročitala prvi dio, pa onda ovu knjigu od samog početka ponovo. Da ne pravim spojlere... Interesantna knjiga... Malo mašte, malo više rralnosti, malo onoga što je Džon Lenon govorio o životu, da je život ono što nam se dešava dok mi pravimo planove. Glavnoj junakinji Libi se dešavaju razne dogodovštine i suština priče je zapravo u tome kako nekada ne znamo prepoznati sreću koja je oko nas, nego je uzalud pokušavamo pronaći ili stvoriti na drugi način (izbor karijere, životnog partnera i sl.), na drugom mjestu, sa drugim ljudima. I nije klasični hepiend na kraju, ne završava se onako kako smo navikli... Zapravo se i ne završava... To se prepušta čitaocima... Jedva čekam da nabavim i pročitam treći dio serijala o Libi Lomaks.

Le premier tome m’avait plu par sa fraîcheur et sa candeur avec une Audrey Hepburn attachante. Ce deuxième tome m’a convaincue par son humour et son rythme.

Plus abouti, le roman Marilyn, les hommes et moi s’inscrit dans l’esprit du premier volet qui mettait en scène Audrey Hepburn, mais offre un récit encore plus divertissant et amusant. Cela s’explique surtout en partie grâce au personnage de Marilyn, plus fantasque et plus « fofolle » qu’Audrey, une icône qui se prête plus aisément à cette comédie à la sauce Bridget Jones.

En effet, le personnage de Libby Lomax partage davantage de points communs avec la personnalité de Marilyn. J’ai trouvé ce 2e tome plus piquant et plus complexe. C’est l’un des avantages d’une trilogie. Plus on avance dans la saga, plus on se plonge dans la complexité psychologique des personnages.

L’auteure nous propose une histoire riche en rebondissements avec un casting de personnages pétillants que l’on prend plaisir à mieux connaître.

Il me tarde de passer au 3e et dernier tome qui mettra, cette fois-ci, en vedette l’apparition enchanteresse et magique d’une 3e icône incontournable : Grace Kelly.

Uma noite com Marilyn Monroe é a segunda parte da trilogia chick lit que conta a vida de Libby Lomax, uma ex-atriz figurante que, na primeira parte da série, depois de receber a visita e as valiosas dicas de ninguém menos que Audrey Hepburn, acabou se redescobrindo em uma nova carreira e, de quebra, conquistando o coração de um galã das telas.

Agora a Libby acabou de se decepcionar com o namorado mulherengo, e já entrou de cabeça em uma nova relação que parece nunca ser completa, e quando a Marilyn Monroe aparece no sofá da casa de Libby, escutar os conselhos da diva maior do cinema é um conforto que vai fazer Libby enxergar mais verdades ocultas do que esperava de si mesma e também dos amigos mais próximos dela.

Com o fim da relação com o Dillon, a Libby decidiu focar de vez em sua nova carreira como designer de jóias, ela sabe que tem talento e que precisa se tornar independente. Ela emendou um relacionamento com o Adam, que é uma espécie de sócio do Olly, o melhor amigo da Libby, no restaurante que ele está abrindo. Só que o Adam parece estar escondendo algo, e em um relacionamento onde algo está oculto, as coisas tendem a naufragar.

Por sorte, das experiências ruins Libby sempre vai saindo por cima de alguma maneira, e apesar de ainda se envolver em algumas situações, ao meu ver, excessivamente forçadas e patéticas, a personagem vai amadurecer, mudar e descobrir de verdade quais são suas prioridades.

No meio do caminho nessa jornada toda, ela acaba sacrificando parte da amizade cúmplice que sempre teve com Nora e também com Olly, e com os toques cheios de charme da Marilyn Monroe, a Libby vai passar por uma repaginada no visual, vai refletir sobre solidão, amizade e sorte, e de quebra descobrir o que quer seu coração realmente.

Essa segunda parte foi muito melhor do que a primeira parte. O primeiro livro foi morno, achei o personagem da Audrey Hepburn vago, e Libby se metia em confusões absurdas demais, daquelas que deixam de ser cômicas para se tornar bizarras. A autora pecou pelo excesso e Libby parecia até uma caricatura, sempre toda destrambelhada pra lá e pra cá.

Nessa segunda parte a personagem passa por mudanças drásticas. Ela ainda inicia o livro passando por vexames que beiram o surreal, mas aos poucos a autora começa a moldar uma Libby diferente, menos azarada, mais centrada e madura, e principalmente mais dona de sua própria opinião. Libby finalmente tem boca para enfrentar as excentricidades da irmã Cassidy, é menos passiva na relação com a mãe exagerada, e até mesmo com Dillon aos poucos se faz mais dona da situação. Eu achei super bacana a maneira como o romance deles vai caminhando para uma amizade aos poucos, e Dillon foi ganhando o meu carinho nas últimas páginas, pois revelou umas facetas bem inéditas no personagem, e de certa forma, também parece ter passado por uma pequena metamorfose.

Os secundários desse livro são peça chave para tornar a leitura deliciosa. Bogdan, o filho do locador de Libby, é uma figura que dá vontade de abraçar e guardar num potinho. Ele iniciou na trama de maneira bem modesta, sendo apenas um elemento cômico. Mas aos poucos foi se tornando um ombro amigo fundamental para Libby, alguém que ajuda e apóia, e os dois personagens tiveram umas interações ótimas nessa segunda parte.

Claro que tenho que falar também da Marilyn Monroe. No primeiro livro achei o personagem da Audrey um pouco vago demais. Nessa segunda parte achei a Marilyn mais bem desenvolvida. É muito tocante como nas pequenas frases a gente consegue ter um vislumbre da personalidade da Monroe. Eu já li biografias da Marilyn, e há vários momentos nesse livro em que alguns diálogos estão muito de acordo ao que Marilyn pensava de si mesma. É triste em certo ponto porque sabemos que Marilyn foi um exemplo de glamour, mas também de solidão. Ela teve um final precoce e trágico que ficou gravado na memória dos fãs do cinema e a autora aqui soube desenhar o personagem deixando no leitor uma sensação de saudade e nostalgia, uma vontade de também abraçar essa Marilyn e guardá-la num potinho, porque ela reflete parte do brilho e também da fragilidade da saudosa estrela do cinema.

A narrativa da Lucy Holliday melhorou demais. A autora aqui soube dosar as cenas, não exagerou demais, e mostrou um lado mais realista de seus personagens. Alguns momentos na trama me tocaram e roubaram sorrisos.

Libby, Marilyn, Dillon e Bogdan foram meus personagens favoritos e pertence à eles os momentos de ouro. Temos também a melhor amiga de Libby, Nora, que embora tenha mais destaque nesse livro, ainda não se mostrou tão fundamental. Temos a entrada da Tash, a perfeitinha que pinta como rival de Libby em seu interesse amoroso. E, obviamente, temos o Olly, aquele melhor amigo que já dava sinais claros de querer ser algo mais da Libby. Infelizmente achei que o Olly foi pouco explorado nesse livro. Ele é um personagem tão simpático, mas ficou apagado em comparação aos outros personagens masculinos apresentados e só lá perto do final volta a ter extrema relevância. Senti falta de mais momentos dele, e espero que a terceira parte traga o seu final feliz merecido porque estou torcendo horrores por ele e Libby.

Uma noite com Marilyn Monroe não é o livro para mudar a nossa vida, mas é sim uma leitura gostosa, que faz sorrir e até emociona um pouquinho e faz a gente refletir em certos valores da vida que às vezes ficam em secundário enquanto focamos em nossas ambições e metas. É um chick lit que embora tenha falhado por causa dos excessos nas situações vexatórias vividas pela protagonista, aos poucos foi melhorando e apresentou um final bem escrito, que me deixou ansiosa para conferir a conclusão da trilogia. O legal é que os personagens de maior destaque evoluíram, mudaram e surpreenderam em suas atitudes, e a escrita fácil e calorosa da autora conseguiu apresentar uma Marilyn Monroe consistente que deixa o leitor até com saudade. Vale a pena conferir essa trilogia quem gosta de um romance água com açúcar protagonizado por uma mocinha cheia de falhas, mas também de muita garra e virtudes.

First things first. I adore this series. I find it so original, fresh and way funnier than most stuff I've read. I find that every character has something unique and I can't say I really dislike anyone. That being said, I can't quite comprehend how stupid must Libby be. I mean, she seriously hasn't noticed what was practically in front of her? Forget stupid, blind sounds more to the point. And when she does FINALLY understand the true feelings of Olly, it just NOW occurs to her that she's been having the same feelings all along? And on top of that, she gets frustrated because he couldn't keep on waiting for her for another 17 years and decided to be with someone else. Well, tough luck. I really like Libby in general, but I must admit she pissed me off a lot in this book. Hopefully I'll like her again in the next one.

The circle of people surrounding Libby Lomax is eclectic to say the least. And much like the way she is feeling in this story, I find her to be on the periphery, never really engaging in anyone’s life but her own. She is so caught up in her own little drama; she barely registers the people who care the most. In my opinion, Libby needs to pull on her big girl panties, and start acting like an adult instead of a whiny child.

While this isn't a bad book, it certainly falls sheet from the previous one. It manages to keep that same quirky humor that works in this series, but the characters just didn't hold my interest as before. A big part of the issue was Marilyn. I like Marilyn Monroe's characters on film, but not so much on how she is in real life. I guess I can't fault the book for being somewhat accurate in her portrayal, but this book wasn't meant to be made seriously, so a little bit of fantasy in her personality would be welcome. Worth a read, but not as good as I was hoping.

Na minha opinião, a história do primeiro para o segundo livro caiu muito. No primeiro ainda é um livro clichezão que dá pra se divertir porque ele é, de certa forma, redondinho. No entanto, nesse volume eu achei que a autora lidou com as situações muito de qualquer jeito.

Primeira coisa é que a autora simplesmente ignorou a carreira profissional da Libby. Em alguns momentos, quando ela cita sua nova carreira, parece que a Libby nem começou e já está de saco cheio. Isso me deixou bem decepcionada porque, no fim, parece que a personalidade dela é agradar os outros, tanto em relação aos homens que ela se envolve quanto às amizades. Ela não sabe ser firme e dizer não para as pessoas, se impor.

Outro ponto que achei péssimo é ela sair com o Dillon depois dele ter feito tudo o que fez com ela naquela viagem para os Estados Unidos justo no dia da inauguração do restaurante do Olly!!!! O Olly já estava chateado com ela e mesmo assim ela vai embora no começo da inauguração com o cara que ele odeia?? Certo está o Olly de desencanar e ficar com a Tash. Também achei meio esquisito essa mudança dele do nada em relação à Libby, porque ele ficou mais de década apaixonado por ela e do nada ele desiste bem quando ia se declarar para ele? Enfim… Além disso, eu achei PÉSSIMO ela se ver perdidamente apaixonada pelo Olly depois que descobre que ele sempre foi apaixonado por ela. DO NADA!!!! Acho que a autora poderia ter construído melhor essa parte.

Por fim, a Marilyn Monroe só serviu pra basicamente dar nome ao livro. Não achei que ela fez muita diferença no enredo. O conceito é tão legal e promete tanto, mas não achei que a autora conseguiu explorar tudo o que tinha a ser explorado. E, mais uma vez, não sei até que ponto a caracterização da personagem está condizente com a realidade porque ela me pareceu muito superficial.

Enfim, achei que foi tudo mal resolvido, não aguento mais o Dillon e, ao contrário do que eu tinha falado na resenha anterior, espero que o Olly acabe com a Tash. Só vou ler o terceiro porque está no Kindle Unlimited. Eu acho que o livro ganharia bem mais se não girasse tanto em torno de homem e focasse mais na vida profissional dela e nas amizades, com um toque de romance.

P.S. Eu li uma resenha falando que achou legal que a autora inseriu cada uma das atrizes condizendo com um determinado momento da vida da Libby e confesso que isso foi bem interessante mesmo, mas parece que a autora quis abordar tanta coisa (atrizes assombrando um sofá, carreira profissional, romance e etc) que ela não conseguiu fazer nada direito.
