Let me preface this by saying I am NOT a mafia/dark romance fan, but I am a Salisa K. Garrand fan, so obviously I had to give this one a go!
Though mafia/dark romance isn’t for me, I still ate this book up finishing in less than a day, and I need to give credit where credit is due. It was a quick and fun read with an ending that leaves you wanting to know what’s going to happen next. Her writing is so good, the MMC is unhinged and possessive, and I can see fans of mafia and dark romance absolutely loving this! So if that’s you, I definitely recommend you check this one out asap!

Fantastic
I love this story line. It was twists and turns. If you love obsession, possessive, love, loss, yearning, age gap then this is for you. I'd recommend it to anyone that loves dark romance. Please Read.

I'm just gonna post the part of the book why I dnf
This is abuse its not romantic
"He ignored me, grabbing a hand- ful of my hair, yanking my head back, and marched me across the hardwood floor. My bare feet stum- bled. I clawed at the air, twisted in his grip, but he was iron and fire.
"Lorenzo, stop," panic now threading through my thoughts.
He shoved me backward, hard, until my back hit the glass of the large floor- to-ceiling windows."
This is abuse its not romantic

4.5 🌟🌟🌟🌟 to this amazing story!!!
Zara is broken, broke and homeless. Her ex decided it was time to cut ties. While she appears at a bar who's owner is Lorenzo Falcone. This man is going to make sure she is taken care of only is she marries him.
She does not know what love means, and he wants to give it. Great story, great character development!!!! I recommend a 💯.
