A very good book for anyone interested in understanding how private equity actually works. Matty Martens explains the subject in a clear and accessible way, without making it too theoretical or unnecessarily complicated.
What I particularly liked is that the book uses practical examples to explain the different concepts. This makes it much easier to follow and gives you a better understanding of how private equity works in real-life situations.
