I have come to depend on Ms. Faye for some of the sweetest romances and her new series Whistle Stop, is no exception.
We are thrown right back into the quirky fun town of Whistle Stop, New Mexico. Right into that perfect little small town setting and with all the comforts, good and bad that come from living in a small town.
I was immediately drawn to this story. Within the first chapter we meet an adorable but head strong little boy and a puppy that needs rescuing along with another wonderful broody but handsome cowboy and a humble but sweet teacher. I mean truly, what's not to love?
My heart went out to Johnny and the hard life this little boy has already had along with the uncle that is trying his hardest to make it all better and give him the life that he deserves and one that is desperately needed, for both of them.
Ella too has a past, one that isn't filled with sunshine and rainbows and as she comes to Whistle Stop to start a new life, her secrets slowly unfold. I couldn't help but feel for her and she faced her demons, one by one and came out stronger for it.
The slow burn and build up of the romance between Tony and Ella truly is what makes this series so wonderful Faye has an amazing ability to create tender moments that are tangible while still adding just enough steam to make it both heartwarming and spicy.
A wonderful addition to the series that I loved even more than the first.
Wow, just loved this book Jennifer hit a grand slam with this one. It was out of the park with the romance and with every Whistle Stop Romance it just keeps getting better and better which I didn't think was possible.
A Moment to Dance by Jennifer Faye is a heartwarming romance with two people who will steal your heart. This is book two in Whistle Stop Romance series, but can be read as a standalone. This story revolves around Tony and Ella.
Ella is new to town and hoping to land a permanent teaching position. Until then, she takes a temporary position and tries to find money to repair her cabin. When she finds out there is a cash prize being offered in a dance contest, she tries to get tickets. Turns out, the tickets are sold out, and Tony is the only one who doesn’t have a dance partner.
Tony is a voluntary firefighter and who is also trying to adopt his nephew, Johnny. Johnny’s parents died and Tony feels guilty, so he uproots his life to keep Johnny. Only…Johnny is a handful. It’s completely expected that Johnny would have problems, so I’m very pleased this author wrote it into the story. If Johnny was an angel, I wouldn’t have believed the story. When Johnny’s grades start to drop, the only person who can tutor him is Ella. But Ella needs something from Tony. To be his dance partner.
The sparks ignite when these two start to spend some time together. Their reactions to each other are definitely something to look for. I enjoyed these two together very much. They have more downs than ups in the beginning, but that’s because they each have their own baggage. When secrets come out, there is more understanding and more vulnerability that shines through with each character. There is a point in the story where Ella has to face her fears and I swear my heart was beating so fast, I thought it was going to leap out of my chest. Thankfully Tony was there every step. I felt as if I knew Ella and Tony and I worried for them…yes, I know they are fictional characters, but I’ve connected with these two. The author did an amazing job with this story and can’t wait to read more!
If you read the first book in the series, A Moment of Love then you are already familiar with the wonderful people of Whistle Stop. If not, you are in for a treat with book number two called A Moment to Dance.
Ella Morgan has had a very stressful and unhappy life and is now going to move back to the mountain cabin her grandparents owned in Whistle Stop. They left it to her when they died but it needs lot of repairs and back taxes to be paid. She has been hired as a temporary teacher for now and hopes the next term she will be hired as a permanent teacher.
Tony Granger is a firefighter and tall, dark and handsome but he also lives with some regret for things that have happened in the past. He is trying to be a good influence on his nephew, Johnny whom he hopes to adopt. Johnny also has many questions surroundings his parents death and is afraid that his "single" uncle might not be able to adopt him legally.
These two people are each carrying secrets from the past and they become united when Ella finds out there is a dancing contest that will offer a huge prize. Ella feels this is her chance to get some money to pay the bills if she wins. She needs a partner and has to convince Tony that they sign up for the competition.
As we both know life is not easy and the relationship between the two does not get off to a very good start. Tony's mom Carlota sees something that each of them needs and hopes it won't be too late for them to each realize it. It is a delightful story of letting the past finally go and moving on to the future. A great story.
Whistle Stop, New Mexico is perfect place for Ella Morgan to start over. She's alone and broken in spirit. Here no one will know her and she can be free of their gossip. If only life were that easy! Ella can't escape her memories of the fire that took her mother and younger brother. Her situation becomes more complicated when she rescues a young boy from injury and meets his grumpy uncle. Johnny is a handful and Tony Granger is overwhelmed. He doesn't need this beautiful stranger to distract him, but fate has other plans. He and Ella are thrown together constantly. Both of them are hurting. Guilt is their constant companion and they don't want to risk their hearts. I loved this story. It's an emotional journey filled with both heartbreak and joy. These characters captured my interest and I wanted them to find the happiness that they deserve. Whistle Stop may be just a dot on the map but I loved the generosity and kindness of the people who lived there. Jennifer Faye gave us characters that are beautifully written. They have a goodness that pulled me right into their story. The dialogue is touching and the storyline is filled with romance and emotional turmoil. There are some surprising twists that I didn't see coming. I love this series. These books are keepers.
I received a copy of this book from the author for an unbiased review.
I enjoyed this contemporary romance which deals with some serious issues. Themes are the self-imposed burden of guilt stopping people from leading free lives, and the responsibility faced by adoptive parents. We also learn about fire safety in various environments. This distinctive feature will secure the tale a place on keeper shelves; this book might even save a life.
Taking a teaching job in small New Mexico town Whistle Stop is the first step to liberation for Ella; she has been self-conscious about burn scars on her arms, gained during a fire in the family home. She carries survivor's guilt and considers that she may be partly to blame for the fire. Ella gradually makes friends during the course of the story. One is Tony, a rancher and volunteer fire fighter. He's in the process of proving himself a suitable guardian to adopt his orphaned nephew and offers to be Ella's dance partner in a forthcoming contest if she'll tutor the boy, Johnny. The contest prize fund would help Ella to repair the roof of her cabin. Tony bears his own share of regrets at not being a responsible family member sooner in his life, and his previous girlfriend dumped him when he took on adult responsibilities.
I did think that Ella spent far too much time thinking that she mustn't get involved with Tony, and some conversations were somewhat forced in between other scenes. Also, when I travelled in the Southwest I recall a great deal of sunscreen, sunglasses, water bottles, air conditioning in cars; and sweaters for when I walked into a building and got the full blast of the arctic air conditioning. The atmosphere, native plant species and wildlife, could come across more strongly. Nobody warns Johnny to guard his puppy from coyotes and snakes. But maybe that's just me.
Ella is determined to clear a fire break around her cabin, and the tension-filled last part of the book demonstrates the validity of her efforts. If you enjoy romantic suspense, tales with kids and dogs or a series set in a small town, A Moment To Dance will have you kicking up your heels to its lively beat. This romance is suitable for adults and young adults; I recommend it.
A Moment to Dance is the second book in the Whistle Stop Romance Series by Jennifer Faye. Although you can read this book as a stand alone, it would be more enjoyable if you read A Moment to Love first. Jennifer introduces several of the towns characters in the first book.
Ella Morgan has recently moved to Whistle Stop after her grandmother passed away, and she inherited her cabin. A cabin that needs more work than she can afford. She is working as a 4th grade substitute teacher, until a permanent one is hired. Ella is hiding a secret, and she is terrified that if anyone finds out, especially Tony Granger, that they will find her repulsive.
We were introduced to Tony Granger in book one, A Moment to Love. Tony is a Firefighter in Whistle Stop, he runs a ranch, and cares for his nephew Johnny. He has a lot on his plate, and feels inadequate at being a father to his nephew. Tony has a few demons of his on. So when he meets Ella for the first time, he feels guilty for being attracted to her.
Out of the first two books in the series, A Moment to Dance was my favorite. I believe it had something to do with, Patch, the orphaned puppy, and Johnny. Kids and dogs do it for me every time! Jennifer Faye has a way of making you feel at home in her stories. The plot was set at a nice, slow pace. I liked Tony and Ella’s blossoming romance throughout the story, but it was predictable. Predictable is not all that bad, because I enjoyed reading it.
I do feel that the issues, and demons that Tony and Ella were dealing with could have been delft with more swiftly in the story. Communication. I wont say what those issues are because I don’t want to give too much of the story away. I liked Tony’s mother, Carlota. She is a sweet woman that loves her son, and wants to see him happy. Like A Moment to Love, A Moment to Dance, reminds me so much of a Hallmark movie. I love Hallmark movies!
I recommend this book to anyone that enjoys Jennifer Faye’s writing, small town romance, and a sweet and clean love story.
*I was given a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. *I gave this book 3.5 stars, but rounded it up to 4 because Goodreads doesn't have 3.5 stars.
This is a five star book. Jennifer did an awesome job of creating her characters. The characters were very well thought off. Loved the plot of Ella being a teacher and having to be scarred her whole life because of a incident from her past and Tony being a firefighter and losing someone very close to him. It was ironic that she falls in love with a firefighter while she had fought through her family home fire so many years before. Each character has a dark past and were struggling to live in the present. With love and determination they were able to help each other with there struggles and move on as one. Also enjoyed Johnny who caused so many worries for Ella and Tony. It was an added bonus.
I loved how the book evolved around a dance competition. I love to dance which made this book very enjoyable to read. I loved each moment Ella and Tony had in the dance floor. The heated passion bouncing off them like fireworks dancing in the moonlight. I had my happy moments in this book but there were also moments of sadness, adrenaline, determination and heartbreak. Please pick this book up and read this unforgettable book.
I really enjoyed reading A Moment to Dance. This is a story about Tony and Ella. Both are feeling guilty about events that happened in the past. Ella lost her family in a fire and her grandmother blames her for their deaths. Tony loses his brother, sister-in-law and their unborn child in a car crash. He is now raising his nephew and trying to adopt him. Ella wants to enter the dance contest so she can win the money to do repairs on her cabin that she inherited from her grandmother and Tony needs a tutor for his nephew. They are attracted to one another but can they make it work?
A Moment to Dance is the second in the Whistle Stop Romance series but can be read as a stand alone story. This is a story of overcoming the grief and guilt of the past while learning to trust in love and family. Ella is the new temporary teacher hoping to gain the permanent position while repairing the cabin that her grandmother left her. She doesn't feel she deserves love and happiness after surviving her tragic past which she believes she is responsible for. Tony has returned to the Whistle Stop to take care of the family ranch and raise his young nephew after Tony's brother and sister-in-law were killed in a car accident coming from visiting him. He is struggling to be a good single parent and worrying about the adoption as his nephew struggles with his school grades. Tony makes a deal with Ella, she tutors Johnny and Tony will be her dance partner in the dance competition with a cash prize. With each moment they spend together, the sparks of attraction grow but they both must let go of the past in order to have a happy future. This is a wonderfully written story with a range of emotions that will have you enthralled until the very last page.
Meh. I couldn’t connect with these characters. It seemed they didn't connect all that much with one another. There was too much rinse and repeat of guilt from their past. There was no real movement in the story until the last five chapters. Perhaps it was because I didn’t read the first book in the series? I have no idea if either of the two main characters were introduced in the first book. I don’t think it would have made much difference, though. It was OK. Don’t feel guilty if you decide to skim pages….
A Moment to Dance is a sweet contemporary romance, second in the Whistle Stop series. It was a pleasant diversion, though the main characters made me a little nutty at times.
Both Tony (a firefighter! Definite check mark in the plus column) and grade-school teacher Ella had a tendency to be way too mamby-pamby about their relationship. While I'm all for letting things develop slowly and naturally, their back and forth, hot and cold, off and on attitude about their relationship--or lack thereof--went on way too long. Talk about mixed signals! Even their inner thoughts about each other couldn't decide which way to go. Just when I thought they were making headway, one of them would do a one-eighty in the other direction.
And it definitely didn't help that most of their reasons for not being together could have been resolved with a conversation or two. I found Ella's obstacles in particular to be guilty of this--why on earth would she think the fire chief would 1) look down on her for having burn scars on her arms from trying to save her mother and brother from the fatal fire or 2) blame a child (her) for starting the fire in the first place? He of all people would understand the pain in her past, and of course would know that she wasn't to blame for either.
Which he made clear, when she finally told him. But it could have all been fixed about 200 pages earlier.
His issues too seemed a bit silly, and were easily resolved--once they had a conversation about it. Frustrating.
The secondary characters were enjoyable--actually, there were times when I liked them better than the hero and heroine. Tony's nephew Johnny and his mother were two of my favorites. And then there's the puppy...you can't go wrong with a puppy ;) The heroines from the first book (A Moment to Love) and third and fourth (A Moment on the Lips and A Moment to Cherish) flitted in and out of the story; this one worked fine as a standalone though there's definitely a strong teaser here to try and tempt you to read book 3 at least. (And it just might work--I mean, the heroine owns a bakery...)
So although the heroine and hero didn't quite do it for me in this one, it wasn't a bad read overall. I'd definitely give another book in the series--or another by the author--a chance in the future. Plenty of other people love this story without reservations, so this could just be a case of it's not you, story, it's me...
Rating: 3 1/2 stars / C+
I received a complimentary copy in exchange for an honest review.
In the last couple of months, I was lucky enough to receive copies of the first two books in Jennifer Faye's Whistle Stop Romance series. I adored book one, A Moment to Love, and was so excited to get the chance to continue with book two, A Moment to Dance. After finishing both, any others released will definitely be on my TBR list!
In A Moment to Dance, we meet down-on-her-luck Ella Morgan, a woman with a difficult past trying to start fresh in a new town. When forced to find ways to pay for a home in dire needs of renovation, she enters a dance contest with a cash prize that would definitely be a great first step in the right direction.
Enter Tony Granger, a man who recently lost his brother and who unexpectedly became sole guardian to his young nephew. When he meets Ella and learns that she is a teacher, they find that they both can be a help to each other – Tony as a dance partner in the competition, and Ella as a tutor to his nephew.
A mutually beneficial partnership might just turn into love if they can both get past issues that have held them back for so long.
I read romances of all kinds, from paranormal to historical to contemporary, from scorching-hot to inspirational to sweet Christian themes. What I enjoy about Jennifer Faye's books is that they seem to fall somewhere in between, where though the love scenes typically tend to lean more towards fade-to-black, that doesn't mean passion is lacking. Ella and Tony's romance in A Moment to Dance fit right in that category. It's a clean read, a sweet read, and the romance between the two characters kept me turning pages, wanting to figure out how they would get their Happily Ever After.
Ella's character is what I think I enjoyed most of all. She has such a tough and heartbreaking past that left her with fears and insecurities and even a disability, and I really felt for her and cheered for her to find her happiness. That's something I always look for in a great book, to connect with a character in some way, and I was glad to be able to do that here.
I liked that Tony's character was a volunteer firefighter. It allowed him to right away be a link to Ella's past and a great person to maybe help her overcome her fears. Also, it provided a set-up to some great action/suspense scenes. I do love romance books with moments of peril like those found here.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this book to all ages. It was fun and romantic and clean and at times dangerous, all things I enjoy the most in my reads, and I look forward to continuing the series.
Oh how I love Whistle Stop, New Mexico. This is Jennifer Faye's second book in the Whistle Stop series. I was gifted this book in exchange for an honest review. This did not influence me in any way.
Ella Morgan is trying to put her scarred past behind her and is now living in the cabin she inherited from her grandmother. She is hoping this is going to be a fresh start for her so that she can put the nightmares along with the past to sleep...forever. She also has a temporary job at the elementary school in Whistle Stop that she is hoping will become permanent. The more time passes the more she falls in love with this quaint town.
Tony Granger had a girlfriend and lived away from Whistle Stop. But in one horrible accident his brother and sister-in-law were killed. He immediately stepped up to become the guardian of his young nephew, Johnny and move back to run the family ranch. Sad to say the girlfriend told him he didn't have any obligation to care for his nephew or move back. When he told her he was going to do it....just like that, she abandoned him. This left Tony heartbroken.
In order to be made Johnny's legal guardian he had to make sure he was properly cared for and was doing well in school. Parenting was not coming easy to Tony and that is putting it mildly. To help Johnny with his schooling it was arranged for Ella to tutor him.
Ella was more than willing to do this in exchange for Tony taking her to the Firemen's Dance where there would be a dance contest with a large cash prize. Ella desperately needed this money to make repairs to the cabin she was living in that had been neglected for years. So.....Ella offered her services as Johnny's tutor in exchange for Tony taking her to the dance.
After this arrangement was made, that is when all the fun begins. What I have just given you is only the tip of the iceberg. There is so much more to their story, but I don't want to ruin your fun as you join Tony and Ella on their journey.
I am saddened to say I have now read all three of the Whistle Stop books and I will be patiently waiting for the next in the series MOMENT TO CHERISH. Although this is a series, each book can be read as a clean standalone. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
Having never read a Jennifer Faye book, I decided to read the first book in this series "A Moment To Love" first. I have to say I loved both novels, but liked this one a little better! I think it had to do more with the sexy firefighter! Lol. Anyway, you DO NOT have to read the first in the series first! A lot of times people say that and you miss a lot of the back/inside story in the process. This novel can be read as a stand alone.
Ella, a newbie in town, is hired as a temporary fourth grade teacher. Tony is the fire chief in town. Ella has come to town to make a fresh start, but has a "secret" that haunts her. Tony has recently moved back into town to raise/adopt his nephew. His nephew's parents were killed by a drunk driver, so Tony has come "home" to run the ranch, fight fires, and adopt his nephew. Tony can't quite get the hang of "parenting" and is late picking up his nephew.... Ella sees a child in the street, about to get run over, and rushes to push him out of the way...then Tony comes along. Tony and Ella get off on the wrong foot. Days later, Ella stumbles along an ad for a dance competition. The prize money offered convinces Ella to check it out. Ella has recently moved into her grandfather's cabin and it's in dire need of repairs. When Ella calls the number, she finds out that all the tickets are sold but could possibly convince Tony to be her partner as he has tickets and no partner.
Tony and Ella work hard perfecting their dances and come to care for each other, but Ella still holds onto her secret. Without spoiling all the twists and turns, I can tell you that this story ends with a HEA! It also is not a cliffhanger!!!
This series is a must read and I can't wait to read the third novel!
My return trip to trip to Whistle Stop, New Mexico was quite a pleasure! I enjoyed seeing Cord and Alexis again who we met in the first book in the series, and I just fell in love with Ella and Tony! I really enjoyed the first book, but I liked this one even more. There's just something about a couple of kindhearted people, who are both carrying huge burdens of guilt for things that have happened in the past, finding each other and together overcoming their heartaches to become even better people that gets you. Ella Morgan is new to town, and is in desperate need of a permanent job and a way to raise some money fast to pay the taxes on the cabin she inherited as well as fix the place up before it falls down around her!
Tony Granger is sinking beneath all of his responsibilities and feeling like he's not making the cut in raising his nephew Johnny. He's trying his best to help him heal from the death of his parents, but he's going downhill fast at school, and Tony being approved to adopt him is at risk.
Ella hears about a benefit the firefighters are having to raise money to revitalize the town, and wants to join the dance competition to try to win some of the money she needs for her cabin. Tony needs someone to tutor Johnny and is willing to trade her his services as a dance partner, for her help with Johnny.
Will they each find the peace they need with each other to share their past regrets and be able to free themselves to have a future together?

The 2nd Book of the Whistle Stop Romance series and another book that when you pick it up you don't want to put it down. As you read it make sure to have a few tissues close. Ella comes to Whistle Stop after the loss of her grandmother and only has the mountain cabin left because she had to sell everything else to pay off her grandmother's medical debt. She has no other family left due to losing her mother and little brother as a child from a house fire and so she is extra careful about the area around the cabin because of fires. She is working as a elementary school teacher but is trying to figure out she is going to pay the tax bill on the house. Along comes Tony, the volunteer fireman who is raising his nephew after he loss of his parents with his mother's help and he has to prove to the state he can do it for permanent adoption. They are having a dance contest to benefit the town and there is a prize award which would help Ella. So Tony and Ella help each other, she tutors his nephew and he pays for dance lessons to see if they can win. I love this whole story line. I can't wait to read #3.
"3.5 out of 5 stars. When Ella was a young girl her mother and little brother died in a horrible fire that happened in their trailer with Ella surviving with only disfiguring scars on her arms to show for it. Now years later, she moves into her grandparent’s old rundown cabin in Whistle Stop trying to start her life over in a little town she spent summers in during her youth. However, because of her past she fears she will never find a man for her and has no hopes for a family of her own. That all changes once volunteer firefighter Tony and his young nephew Johnny fall into her life…
This novel was two stepping all over my emotions, mostly because while I enjoyed the build-up, plot, and characters it was hard to deal with Ella and Tony’s wishy-washy behavior throughout this novel."
A Moment to Dance is one of the books in Jennifer Faye's Whistle Stop Romance series. Main character, Ella Morgan, moves to Whistle Stop, New Mexico to start over. She unexpectedly meets a young boy named Johnny, when she grabs him out of the way of a pickup truck. It turns out that Johnny is being raised by his Uncle Tony, a volunteer firefighter. Both Ella and Tony are struggling with life's challenges and the town's Dancing With the Firefighter' Benefit brings them together. They both claim that they have too much to deal with to be interested in a relationship. But there are 285 pages to their story! I enjoyed visiting Whistle Stop. I found that the characters and their lives were interesting and easy to relate to. I am definitely interested in reading the other books in this series.
Though this is part of a series, this book is a stand alone. Let me start by saying that it is a very touching story.. The main characters are Tony , Ella and Tony’s nephew Johnny. We also get introduced to other characters in this small town where everyone knows each other. Others will tell you about the gist of the story. I want to go a different direction. It is a story about heartbreaks, how we are affected not only by our past experiences and tragedies, but also, by those that surround us. About how cruel comments can destroy the self esteem of a young woman, how guilt can affect our decisions ,but also how love , compassion and understanding can heal us. I have not read the first book of the series, but trust me, after this very well written and real story, I can’t wait to get my hands on it. Thank you , Ms Faye.
Jennifer takes us back to our favorite town of Whistle Stop to experience another great love story. This book was even better than the 1st one. A lady who has been through so much, moves to Whistle Stop to live in a cabin she inherited from her Grandmother. It is in need of some repair so she enters a dance contest to win money to fix it up. She partners up with a handsome cowboy who is trying to raise his brother's son and finds he needs her help. So much happens to this couple who are just trying to do what they need to do to get by. You can't help but cheer them on and take all the obstacles out of their way so they can be together. Jennifer really knows how to tell a great story to where I feel like I also live in Whistle Stop and am a part of it all. Just love this series!
This is a wonderful story we are introduced to Ella the new temporary teacher that had survived a horrible house fire as a kid. We also learn more about Tony and how he came to raise his nephew. I love the way that they join forces and not only dance in a competition to help the volunteer firefighters but to also help Tony's nephew do better in school. When Johnny runs to save Ella's dog Patch from the fire on the mountain both Ella and Tony go to rescue him and they wind up joining forces to not only rescue him but to care for him also. Jennifer Faye did a wonderful job as normal on this book. I can't wait to read book 3 in this series if its as good as the first 2 then it will be amazing.
A Moment to Dance is a touching and witty tale of how loss can change your life dramatically. For Tony Granger, the death of his brother and sister-in-law has made him the guardian of his nephew, Johnny. Tony's guilt and worry, and Johnny's ability to find trouble, are making parenthood a challenge. For Johnny, the death of his parents has made him recklessly protective of his new found puppy, Patch. For Ella Morgan, being the survivor of a fire that claimed the lives of her mother and brother, has left her with both physical and emotional scars. In the small town of Whistle Stop, New Mexico, a dance contest, an adoption, some tutoring and a wild fire will turn these three lonely people into the family they each crave and deserve.
The second book A Moment To Dance in the Whistle Stop Romance Series..Truly a sweet story. Just can't get enough of this series.
Tony Granger is struggling with his nephew after Johnny has lost his parents. Trying his hardest he'll do whatever it takes to make sure the adoption goes through. It sure isn't easy. He needs help. When he meets Ella Morgan the new teacher in town he has a plan. She needs something from him, and he needs her help. Both are for a good cause.
The more time he and Ella spend together sparks seem to fly. It's just neither of them are ready for a relationship. Both are trying to forget the past problems they faced. Will it come between them, or will them tell the other what they're running from.
This was a very good story of romance set in a small community. Ella Morgan had inherited her grandmother's cabin in Whistle Stop and had to find a way to not only make ends meet but to fix up the cabin that was badly in need of repairs. Tony Granger has also returned to Whistle stop to raise his nephew and to help run the family ranch. Ella and Tony can help each other out with her tutoring his nephew and with him agreeing to enter the dance contest in the hopes of winning the big prize to restore the cabin. They both have suffered tragedy and those tragedies keep coming between them. They learn how to believe in each other, themselves and to put the past behind them
A Moment To Dance is the story of Ella Morgan & Tony Granger's relationship from strangers to dance partners. From the moment I started reading this book till the end, I couldn't turn the pages fast enough to find out what would happen with these two people. There story was sweet but yet sexy and kept me wanting more. I highly recommend this as your next read, you will love the town of Whistle Stop & all the friendly people you will meet. This is the second book in the series, after reading the first One A Moment To Love, I couldn't wait to start the next one to continue the story. Reviewed by, Linda May
This is the first book I have read by this author and I definitely look forward to reading the remaining books in the Whistle Stop Romance series. The characters in this book were likeable, including the secondary characters. The Hero and Heroine of the story, Tony and Ella, both have their issues and insecurities to work through. I enjoyed reading the progression of their relationship as they got to know each other and how they faced their challenges. This has been one of the 'cleanest' romance books that I have read, which was a nice change.
I won a copy of this book through GoodReads giveaway with no obligation to give a review.
A Moment to Dance by Jennifer Faye is such a sweet cute story. I absolutely loved this book. Jennifer Faye is so good at keeping you attention and making you fall in love with the characters. I really enjoyed watching the relationship developed between Ella and Tony. This book had me smiling and sad at times, but overall a feel good book. I am looking forword to the next. I highly recommend this book. I received a complimentary copy for in exchange for an honest review.
