Cynthia has come to the Fallen Angels women’s shelter to discover the inner lion she never knew she possessed. With a relationship with one man fizzling out and an unexpected romance blooming with another, Cynthia wonders if she is strong enough for love.

Janelle has left Fallen Angels to reclaim the home of her youth. Her abusive father is dead, but he’s not completely gone. If Janelle wants to keep her home, she must overcome the terrifying memory of a father who still haunts her.

Susan thinks she has found sanctuary at Fallen Angels, a place where her twin sons can feel safe and happy. But her ex husband isn’t ready to let them go. He’s hired private detective who’s hot on their trail.

Allie finds her way to Fallen Angels on a snowy night, her life on the line. She has fled her crazed boyfriend to save the baby growing inside her. Now she must find a way to raise the child on her own.

The Midnight Rambler, a deranged rapist, has returned. He allowed the women to think they were safe for months, but he can’t resist the urge to visit Fallen Angels again to claim his victims. And he has Cynthia in his sights.

In this sequel to House of Fallen Angels, we find out how the women come to face both their own personal demons, and the one who has returned to terrorize their sleep.
