"Ее зовут Глория Макфин. Она обычный подросток с типичными для ее возраста проблемами. И у нее осталось 50 дней для того, чтобы решить, жить ей или умереть.
Даже и не думайте о том, что я написала данный рассказ, дабы показать, что самоубийство - решение всех проблем. Это вовсе не так.
Я думаю, что каждый человек хотя бы раз задумывался о суициде. Когда нам плохо, когда у нас депрессия, когда мы ссоримся с родными - нас посещает мысль о том, что больше нет смысла так жить. Людям будет намного лучше без нас. Именно эта мысль и посетила героиню моего рассказа. Здесь будут описываться 50 дней ее жизни. Эти дни помогут ей решить: стоит ли жить или действительно лучше умереть."

I've read this book all the time during my trip. It was the best book ever. You can't unlike this book. There are lots of spontanious moments that make you cry, whoever you are. I'm completely fascinated by the story she tells. Love it so much.

Fila dupa fila, zi dupa zi... strabatand in goana viata, sfidand timpul si moartea de atatea ori. Mi-a placut aceasta combinatie usoara dintre "O viata marunta" si "Cele treisprezece motive".
Am inteles anumite lucruri: nu suntem vesnici, adesea ne pasa doar de noi, trecutul a trecut si poate cea mai importanta lectie am desprins-o din "mori, dar fii mai vie ca oricand!"

Я прочитала в более раннем возрасте, и я была в восторге. Приключения, любовь, синие волосы и так далее. Но недавно надумала перечитать, пока еду в поезде. В итоге я очень разочаровалась. Гг тупит и это сильно раздражает. Школьное времяпровождение нелепое. Ребекка- да, ладно всё равно плакала, но мне просто нравится плакать над книгами- была более менее здравомыслящей, но что уж поделать, если она повелась не с теми людьми. Любовная линия на троечку, но Стив, или как там его, привлек мое внимание.
В итоге не могу я избавится от первого впечатления, но и откровенный бред простить не могу. На 5/10 пойдет.

Давненько я не читала такой трэш .

Действия разворачиваются слишком стремительно, произошло столько событий, складывается ощущение, что это заняло как минимум полгода-год, а не 50 дней.

Главная героиня не имеет вообще никакого личного мнения и характера, поддается влиянию других героев и делает то, что ей самой совершенно не хочется. За 50 дней она как минимум 27 раз чуть не умерла, раз 10 чуть не была изнасилованна и успела по очереди полюбить 3-4 парней, развить привычку курить, подсесть на наркотики и чуть не убить нескольких людей.

Сомнительное произведение и бесполезно потраченные 2 дня

It was the best book I've ever read! Every page, every word of it was amazing and touching. I hope there will be a second book because the ending leaves us speechless. I recomend this book to everyone!! It was a record for me: reading 600+ pages in just three days! But one thing is for sure: it was worth it.

Мусор. Тупейшая книга.

Создалось четкое ощущение, что к середине у автора начался переходный возраст, из-за чего тематика резко сменилась с соплей вроде «Сумерек» на более откровенные фантазии про «родители - отстой, хочу убежать с опасным парнем, пить и трахаться».

Собственно, пишешь про суецыд, примешиваешь сопли и аморальное поведение, которое так в почете у 13+, на обложку девочку с синими волосами, которую не понимает весь мир, ну и всё. Иди забирай деньги.

И я ведь люблю всю вышеперечисленную тематику, но это произведение оцениваю в одну звезду. Всё действительно настолько плохо.

У меня просто нет слов. НИКАКИХ. Эта книга просто-напросто сводила меня с ума. Книга читается легко, но мне было не по себе, когда я читала ее. Бедная моя психика... Были моменты, которые давали мне пробуждение и надежду, но потом и они обращались в прах. Я надеюсь, что больше я не прочту ни одной книги, которая будет постоянно выбивать меня из внешнего мира, травмируя мою нервную систему!

Много, кто книжку ругает. Не меньше, кто хвалит. Я скорее похвалю. Читалось легко. Герои волновали. Последние 4 дня книги вообще рыдала.

This is a very hard book to ..digest. And I think that you can read it as a grown adult and trash it because it's way too unbelievable or you just can remember that once (upon a time) you were a teenager and at that (Middle) age you would have died to do the stuff from this book even if sometimes what was happening there was way too much (we all were teenagers, got drunk, into fights and stupid plots and revenge but from here to kidnapping, secret caves, mobsters, beatings and almost gang-rape and the miraculous escape because a gun and phone are conveniently forgotten in front of one of the kids, all in 3 pages - just…LOL). Also, the book is kinda full of clichés because let's not forgot that the author is not an American but a Russian teenager and everything she knows about US and high-schools are unfortunately from movies or other books also full of clichés (as a matter of fact I think that Russia as a location could have been much more credible!). Overall after some long almost 700 pages, all I can say is that the book is not bad or that bad and it can be an interesting reading at least as an exercise o see how wild things and imagination can go but for now I prefer to use it to remember my teenage years :)

entertaining in a bad way

its one of the worst books ive ever read. its so chaotic, everything that happens feel so convenient and fake. theres not a single character that is likable. the story itself goes so fast you cant really digest what have just happened, and this book is full of crazy events that would make no sense in the real world. the story is so stupid its entertaining, but i kinda feel like ive wasted a couple of hours on something completely pointless..

Кінцівка дещо розчарувала, бо я був готовий повірити, що героїня зможу довести діло до фінішу. Але кінцівка ще й заінтригувала, бо що буде далі. Чесно кажучи, у такому віці написати такий зрілий сюжет (ідейно і за думками) - це не таке вже поширене явище. Манера письма і викладу думок - точно моя 🧡
Згодом прочитаю й інші роботи авторки.

Lorsque j'ai lu le titre et la quatrième de couverture je n'ai pas attendu longtemps avant de l'acheter. J'espérais beaucoup de ce roman, peut-être trop.
Dès le début je n'ai pas aimé Gloria, le personnage principal, elle me tapait sur le système. Alors certes elle évolue au fur et à mesure du livre mais seulement dans sa personnalité, pas en maturité. Elle est centrée sur elle-même et complètement instable, elle passe du tout au tout que ce soit dans son comportement ou avec les garçons, elle ne sait pas ce qu'elle veut.
Pour moi le roman a 2 parties, la première celle d'une vie "banale" d'adolescente avec ses problèmes et la deuxième celle d'une fugue qui part en road trip avec des inconnus. J'ai eu énormément de mal avec la première partie, je n'arrivais pas à avancer dans l'histoire. Et surtout j'avais du mal avec Gloria. Mais en faisant abstraction de ce point et de cette première partie j'ai bien aimé la deuxième et le tournant que cela prends. La relation entre les garçons et les deux filles était super, tout comme leurs aventures. Malheureusement c'est en désaccord avec la première partie.
Malgré tout l'auteure a fait un gros travail de 600 pages qui traite de sujets divers concernant l'adolescence, les parents et les amis toxiques, le divorce...
Je m'attendais seulement à quelque chose de plus réel au niveau de l'état d'esprit de Gloria, de ses relations et des situations.
