A good read, a funny and witty protagonist. I think comedy is a big part of the story and the author executed it well. It seemed to me that the book is written in a cinematic style with a certain panache to it. The author did a good job of retelling certain mythological concepts with a sprinkle of pop culture references. It looks like a lot was going on in the background of the plot, maybe we would get a chance to know more about that in the next book if there is one. I wish this book had a better editor. It is full of grammatical and spelling errors, so much so in some places that it took me a while to understand the meaning of the sentence.

A fantasy tale of an Urban wizard, who gets dragged into investigating a paranormal incident, and in the process, gets dragged into a battle that will need him to punch,no pulverize, above his weight.Beaten and baterred, and convinced that he has no more fight in him, a historical mighty figure appears and guides him to follow his inner strength.

A fun read, I loved the tale due to its liberal references to Indian mythology and due to its underlying message, as Twain puts it,  'It's not the size of the dog in the fight, it's the size of the fight in the dog.'
