After staying up late as a child reading books and winning writing contests as a teen, I decided to pursue my passion for crafting words as an adult.

I enjoy writing poetry and fiction.

You can download my ebooks on Amazon. COASTAL DAYDREAMS is a collection of beach poetry and NO ONE is a mystery/science fiction/romance novella. NO ONE is also available at barnesandnoble.com, walmart.com, booksamillion.com and kobo.com.

You can also read my poetry for free at Poetry.com here: https://www.poetry.com/user/463335/Eb...

Thank you for reading my writing!

PSA: My EMOTIONS poetry ebook is no longer available.

I've been on a bit of an "indie book" kick lately and was excited when I saw this book with seemingly all good reviews for .99 on Amazon. Yikes. I did not know it was possible to make 82 pages feel so painstakingly lonnng. So many unnecessarily long descriptions and adjectives about basically anything the protagonist sees or does. I'm starting to think the other reviews might be fluff from the author's loved ones. In my opinion this only ends up doing a disservice to the author whenever a real reader comes along and gives their unbiased feedback. 🤷‍♀️ Back to mainstream books I go!

I really enjoyed this book! It's a short book, but doesn't feel that way. I love that it's dramatic and suspenseful, but does so without resorting to profanity, sex scenes, etc.. I also enjoyed the way the Bible, prayers, and Scripture help give strength and peace to the main character. Finally, it definitely has some twists and turns you won't be expecting, especially towards the end of the book.

Yes, I’m the author of this book, but I spent around 5 years working on it on and off, so I’m entitled to give a review, right? 😉 Should I have written an outline? Probably; although feeling my way through the story helped keep the mystery alive through every page. I don’t want to spoil the story, but I hope you enjoy the adventure through the main character’s eyes. I enjoyed unveiling the mystery as I wrote it and I hope you enjoy reading it, too!
