This story started in very interesting manner and then there was a bit of a paranormal twist that left this reader wondering about the story.

Elle is a woman afflicted with a chronic disorder that shortens lifespan. She has set up an end of life plan and when time comes she proceeds. The enlisting a mystic (of sorts) felt like a promising device toward resolution of some sort related to Elle's life /future. The meeting and travel to the mystical spot built anticipation for this reader of what was to come. Then, when it got here, it was disjointed and felt unrelated and rushed to the end. I felt as if I was reading two different tales cobbled together and they seemed illfiting due to the rush to the end after she entered the mystical arena. The potential of altering course of time and universe left the device somewhat feeling odd. As the character even thinks to self...would she ever even be born in future after she completed what she intended. Now, it was never implicit that she was going somewhere to do something to alter life's course - but it was gonna have huge impact to many. Thus, the open ended ending COULD leave a reader to ponder many possibilities and create many scenarios /outcomes. But, I just found myself shaking my head and thinking...huh?

There were several errors missed in editing that should be corrected. 49 pages - 19 locations marked with errors is too many.

Did not hit any high notes for this reader - not recemmended.
