Metamorphose: Poems about nature, change, and this thing called life

Rate this book
Life is about constant evolvement. We grow, we change, we learn, we are. Ordinary. Extraordinary. Rare and flawed and lovely. In between all of the big moments of life lie the small moments, the snippets of time that are charged with hidden meaning...a moment when the wind makes the leaves dance in the trees while we wait at a traffic light, a private tear at the loss of a loved one that no one sees fall from your eye, but you feel it resonate in the deepest part of your being; that sensation that there is more to life than just white noise, more than the status quo. There is so much beauty to be experienced if we will stop and breathe deeply, and slow it all down. This is a collection of those moments taken from my life; moments of growth, of reflection, of change. Often it is in the quiet, that the soul speaks the loudest, if we will listen. I am so deeply happy to share these thoughts with you. Pour a hot drink into your favorite mug and pull up a throw pillow, and join me within the pages.
