Being followed by a man should be creepy, but when he’s sexy as sin, it’s time to find out what he wants.

For a couple of weeks a man’s been following me. I’m sure it isn’t because I’m interesting—I lead a boring life. So when I finally find the courage to ask him what he wants, his response isn’t what I expect.

He thinks I’m someone else and that I need rescuing and protecting. The fact that I’m not who he thinks I am makes no difference—another man also thinks I’m this mysterious woman and is out to do me harm.

I have a choice. I can go with the first man and trust that he’ll keep me safe, or I can return home and let the second man kill me.

It’s a no brainer, right? Now, all I need to do is get through the next few days without ripping the sexy man’s clothes off, because, oh my God, do they ever need ripping off…

This is a quick little read. It was interesting for the most part.

I really had an issue with the British wording in the book though. I can usually overlook it, but there was so much and words I've never heard before so it was off putting for me.

The story itself was good, but I had a hard time with the fact that it ended so abruptly and there seemed to be little to no communication between the main characters. There is a bit of action, but we aren't really told what is going on except bits and pieces, were they being chased or was it simply a car on the road behind them? Then they get where they are going and the story basically was just over with a rushed explination of what happened to some of the characters.

I received a free copy of this book to read and review for Wicked Reads.

Firecracker is a quick and naughty read from Natalie Dae. It tells the story of a young woman who's being stalked... or so she thinks. Without giving too much away, it's a case of mistaken identity, and our heroine faces two choices - go with the hottie that's stalking her, or carry on with her life as normal and end up being killed by a not-so-hottie that's also stalking her.

Preferring to stay alive, she goes with the hottie, and what follows is a seriously hot and suspenseful tale. I don't want to give anything away, though, so that's all I'm saying.

In summary, this is a very sexy tale. It took me a little while to get into it because the main character's voice is unusual, but once I did I found it a fun and gritty tale with some smokin' hot sex scenes. So if you're looking for something a little different, then I can recommend this book.

Fed up with the feeling that she is being stalked Deb finally snaps and confronts the guy. What she didn't expect was to be told by her drop dead gorgeous stalker that she was being followed ...by someone else and that her life was in serious danger!

What to do - trust the guy who she thought was stalking her or wait for the 'other stalker' to catch up with her.

A fast moving thriller of a story with a straight talking leading lady - her constant bickering with her inner self had me giggling away.

The title of this book couldn't be more spot on. Deb has a stalker, maybe more than one. Eventually one of them reveals himself to her and he isn't exactly what she expects. The writing in this story is fresh and engaging. The plot races along, never once allowing your attention to wander. The characters are interesting and intriguing. Deb is fantastic, her thoughts jump from place to place and I loved her internal conversations. I have to admit to having to put it down at one point, this however, was due to me laughing so hard that I couldn't breathe and had tears streaming down my face! Cole is sexy to the extreme and as for the rudies......hot, hot, hot. I adore this author's work and I'm sure I'll be remembering this book for an extremely long time.
