This story was good but very short. I liked the characters, and even though the love was very instantaneous, it was still good. It does not seem to be a part of a series either, which is kind of sad. I would have liked to read more

Fly like an eagle
Was a cute story but way to short. I really feel it could have been a lot better story if some things were added and maybe explained more. The story felt rushed. I really like the characters and would have enjoyed hearing more about Summer's adventures and some more about Brandon's life and family. Lots of potential in this story was just left. I guess I am a bit disappointed. I still have it a high rating because I enjoyed the story but it could have been so much better.

Cute story and very short
This is the story of an eagle shifter looking for a renter who is willing to work on the place too. Summer answers the ad. They are immediately attracted, but neither are sure of things. Then trouble finds them. That's all I can say.
The pace is fast and the tone is hopeful with a character oriented storyline that has some steamy scenes and a bit of action. The characters are endearing. Get this for a sweet fun read with a little steam.

It was ok but it was naughty 2 short and it didn't go into more details about him saying about mates, and didn't do much about the ex bf and how and why he was there 2 c her, etc.

This felt more like a short story than other Zoe Chant novels I've read. The characters are sympathetic, the violence is minimal, and there's not much angst.

The story of Summer and Brandon.
Brandon is an eagle shifter. He is looking to gut and restore an old family house.
When the story begins, he is interviewing possible carpenters/fix-it people to help him in exchange for room and board. I am unsure why he thought Summer would be a man…it came as no surprise to me that Summer turned out to be a woman. A woman he was highly attracted to.
The story was fast-paced and short, but very enjoyable. I found the ending very interesting.
I'd be happy to read further stories by this author!

I am binge reading and have quite a few of Zoe Chant's books that I had one-clicked and wanted to read, but would always have something else come up. I have to say. TAKE THE TIME AND READ ALL OF HER BOOKS!! They are each unique, some follow a specific group, but each can stand alone and have a happy ending. They are feel good and quick reads! I absolutely love all her books I have read! And they never leave you feeling like your missing something at the end.
