what. the. fuck. did i just read. absolute debauchery that makes me lowkey question myself.
but the way i fucking fell for all these characters? reid and miles are my babies. and walker. and of course, kit. grant and finn are also a fun time but i really loved the dynamic at the end of the book.
I would like it on record that this is decently written and there IS a storyline… I mean there’s sort of a plot. I was surprised by how endearing the romance aspect was, too. Listen let’s not talk about what me considering this book almost perfect says about my character - deal?
Let’s start with discovering kink in a bro house situation. Our bro Kit randomly discovers he has a kink on being used as a doll as a dare. All bros/ housemates are up for this challenge. I could made up a drinking game by the amounts of “bro that’s so gay” talk, when they all share Kit. It was hot, but those dudes never cared to prep doll ..like really, it never crosses their mind that this is a important thing 🤷♀️ what I really hated was the free use park scene- I hated they wrote things on his skin, I hated everything that happened after that….dumb fucking idiots. Thing finally developing as a poly romance is like 30-40 pages in the final of the book, so not really great as pacing goes. Finally LUBE please for the love of god use that shit authors. I know we don’t need to see prepping and douching all the time, but in this whole situation was needed
This might be the least eloquent review I’ve ever written. Do I know what I just read? Absolutely not. Did I enjoy it? Fuck yeah.
If you’re looking for plot or literally anything resembling restraint, this is not the book for you. If, however, you’re looking for dicks, holes, and an honestly concerning amount of bodily fluids, then congratulations — you’ve hit the jackpot.
This book has holes. Those holes get filled. Then filled again. And again. Kit makes a double stuffed Oreo look empty.
Was it ridiculous? Yes. Was it filthy? Extremely. Did I have the time of my life reading it while also wondering if I should maybe log off and reconnect with nature? Also yes.
Anyway I had a great time read this book it's great I loved it
1st person POV, mainly single, a few others POVs though! Plot 3/5, it's there but not the focus Spice..... 5/5 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 🥵 MMMMMM
Ohhh this one was my favorite yet! Kit makes the perfect doll! The way all this starts as a joke and turns into a well organized system( app included! 😂 ) was just perfection! There is an underlying plot here although the spice is the star of this show!
What I wasn't expecting was the ending! How freaking adorable it was! Also towards the end made me completely fall in love with Walker! He was a take or leave character throughout until about the last 15 percent of the book and just loved him! I almost want more! Like I need more of the established relationship now!
Wow, this book is a 11/10 on the spice scale and it’s hot as hell 🔥🔥. It’s filthy, kinky and down right nasty but aside from that it’s surprisingly well written and there’s a plot shining through all that spice! There’s even a bit of romance in the second half of the book, with a solid HFN. This book is part of an ABCs of kink series but can definitely be a standalone. But I am 100% going back to read the first 3 books.
MAJOR TRIGGER WARNING: This story is extremely challenging and not for everyone! Read the triggers before you decide!‼️‼️‼️
Oh my god! Every single word of this story feels like it was forged in hellfire—it’s scorching! So wild, yet so sinful!
The author’s sensory-rich descriptions make this kinky story of voluntary objectification absolutely brilliant. At the same time, some of the tender emotional moments even managed to make me feel a sense of romance.
Good heavens, if PWP already reach this level of hotness, what am I supposed to do from now on?!
While I’m usually not a fan of MM+ and here we got MMMMM (I think?), I still loved every single book so far.
As usual it’s just spice, spice, spice and the boom unexpected romance? Finally, finally we’re getting some loooove😭
It’s really filthy but also all of them are so sweet, you just gotta love them. I‘m REALLY looking forward for every next letter in this alphabet 😅 I read those 4 books in 2 days and I regret nothing 😂
-kinky alphabet: d -d is for dollification -dehumanization -degradation -dp -dirty talk -soooo many d’s (whychoose 5v1)
yep. this is EXACTLYYYY what it is meant to be by the sounds of it you guys…😏🤤😮💨 i can’t wait to get more in this series, this was definitely a new kink i’d never heard of & i loved getting an eye inside of it!
I thought for sure this would be an er○tica based on the first half of this book, but it said romance in the blurb so I sallied forth. I mean, er○tica is fun, too! But no, the romance came through SOLIDLY in that last half. I'm honestly stunned.
The writing is also just... good. I mean, it's good! There's an occasional typo, and i don't love some of the grammatical choices, but it was immenently readable, acceptably edited, and the style and structure were great. I love how De Saint changes the prose between books so that I can suspend my disbelief and live in different time periods and different parts of the world with no problem. The characters in this one genuinely felt like college gym bros, and some of the more normal stuff I can absolutely hear said by people I've met and known.
Look, if you don't like the stuff described in the trope advertising, then you won't like this. If, however, you are down for 11/10 spice, a delayed romantic plot, and some gymbo self discovery... I can't imagine giving this one less than a 5-star rating 🌟
But surely you didn’t come to Bro Doll for that! Now…reading the most unhinged “hear me out” book of the year? THERE SHE IS!! 🤗
Totally unhinged, depraved, makes you question your life choices - YET somehow also sweet and endearing?! Bro Doll is pretty much a full on erotica read with a hint of a plot thrown in (if you squint you can see it 🤏).
That being said, the characters are well fleshed out and totally likable - again super endearing. And of course I absolutely ADORE the star of the show, our doll boy, Kit 🥹🫶🏻.
This book made me realize I don’t love a degradation kink, I kept finding myself thinking “be nice to him!!”…but that’s not what he wants, so we DON’T JUDGE 🙅🏼♀️. We support our doll baby and HE GETS WHATEVER HE WANTS! 🙂↕️
This would be the perfect read to do in tandem with a low spice or slow burn, where you can pop over here to get your smut fix as you make your way through your other book.
AHHHHH this was so good! I don’t see dollification AND degradation together in queer romance hardly ever so I was insanely excited to read Bro Doll. J. De Saint absolutely delivered with this one, the kink and spice was good but it also had much more romance than I felt like the prior books had which I loved! I’m absolutely hooked on this series and can’t wait to see what comes next in the kinky alphabet. It’ll take a lot to move this from my top spot for the series!
My first book of this series and honestly I absolutely LOVE it. This book got me out of my reading slump. I literally read this book in one sitting. I couldn’t put it down. I loved all the ways the men used their doll, Kit. Like holy moly that bed room talk 🥵And then Reid came into the picture, and swoon!
We should be allowed to give a few books a year 6 stars, and this book would take all of them from me.
The is the epitome of all smut, no plot. I don't give a single flying fuck if anyone else thinks it is too much fucking.
Kit is “the doll” and the other MMCs are his best bros and roommates. Boys being boys, it’s “not gay” because it’s “the doll” and not Kit himself. Yeah, okay buddy.
But it does have a HEA and romance towards the end. It took me some time to figure out who the two guys on the cover holding Kit where, but it makes sense at the end.
What you’ll find in this masterpiece: (hiding the rest as it could be a spoiler)
Thank you for coming to my TedTalk. Happy one-handed reading. I am a puddle just like Kit. This was a WILD ABSOLUTELY UNHINGED ride & I was here for every moment of it 👏👏👏 there is not enough cold water in the world 🚿❄️
There is literally a little of everything for everyone in this one..(& even if some of it is not for me, I will never yuck someone’s yum) and I love that for us. 🥰
I appreciate how this author never shies away from being completely filthy because that just makes it so much more fun. This was a k!ñk I wasn’t super familiar with and so I appreciate the exposure and to “learn” about another facet of the community. (yes, I know it’s fiction & not meant to be a teaching manual)
Mostly, I love the progressive $3x positive vibe created amongst the characters with the endless ribbing & banter. These “bro dudes” have no idea what any of it means but by the end, they’ve accepted themselves & are completely comfortable in the dynamic they created. 💦🏡
We love progressive kings (& that one queen) who are willing to tear down toxic masculinity. 🙌🙌🙌
I'd never read a book about dollification so I was a bit curious.
At first, this book made me uncomfortable. I thought it was because the doll thing wasn't something I liked to read about, but I did find the sex scenes really hot. Then, in the second part of this story, I realized why exactly I was uncomfortable. Being a doll is Kit's kink, but it's only a part of him. I guess I was worried that on some level that his roommates would only care about his body when he was a doll, not his mind or him as Kit. I was actually close to DNF the book, but then Reid was introduced into the story and the doll/Kit issue was tackled.
The romance part of the book and the trust between all of the guys truly redeemed the book for me. I suppose that I'm still a romantic at heart. I love erotica, but nothing beats a true connection, whether it's friendship or love.
OH MY GOSHHHHHH you guys... this has got to be the filthiest book I've ever read. The spice rating is 🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶 x infinity. It's 🌽🌽🌽 for the entirety of the book but besides that I love all the characters. Finn is so fucking funny, his dialogue had me lmao the entire time!!! The way everyone else clowned on him😂😂😂 grant is grant and his filthy mouth is great. My favorites for sure are Miles and Reid. Walker is an absolute golden retriever and I love him too. And of course KITTTT the star of the book. I love him sm. The romance at the end is surprisingly wholesome. I love every second of this. This was cinema.
MMMMMM Holes, holes, and more holes getting filled Tons of 💦💦💦
These books are like crack. Did it have depth? No. Angst? Nope. Did this book delivers on the smut? Absolutely! This author does a great job giving you a decent balance of smut and plot. The spicy scenes are always off the chart depraved. It’s also a great peek into different kinks and the reason people choose to participate in them. This one in particular was very interesting. The whole time I was reading I was trying to figure out the HEA for Kit. I’m actually really happy with how it all turned out for him!
Asexual girl reads fetish sex fest on a book and loves it.
I barely read the blurb and started to read knowing only that it was about fetish, and I was really surprised. The writing kept me hooked the whole time—I actually devoured this book faster than usual. All the characters are well developed, and the dynamics are in simple wording—hot as hell lol. The parts focused on sex and kinks were already great, but then you throw in a dash of romance and a real relationship at the end? That was the cherry on top. I can't wait for the next books in the series.
This story is insane but completely amazing, too. All of the characters are robust, and the development of the relationships is so well done. I thoroughly loved the overarching discussion of what constitutes sexuality: action or attraction. Fascinating stuff.
I also love the HEA.
Anyway, 10/10 and absolutely recommend so long as you're ok with dollification and completely filthy spice.
Kit, Walker, Miles, Reid, Grant, Finn. Yup! Well this was a book that I read. More like devoured but anyway... this has now stolen my top spot for spiciest book I have read in terms of quantity AND quality of spice. It was a wild ride and enjoyed it. It hit so many of my guilty pleasure when it comes to tropes I like. Even though this is erotica with a focus on kink exploration there is still a storyline and the romance aspects that developed later in the book I found to be endearing. I was satisfied with how the dynamic evolved between the 6 of them and where things ended up in the end.
My only compliant is the word choices were crude and some were down right diabolical. Most of it felt on brand for the characters in this book which is fine but some phrases I wish to never read again.
I look forward to reading more books in this kinky anthology. Also can we get a shout out for the amazing cover art!
I started this honestly expecting pure smut. And while it DEFINITELY delivered on that front, I found myself really enjoying the characters and the relationship development.
I do have to warn unsuspecting readers that there were 2 occasions where precome was referred to as 'slime.' really gave me the ick and threw me out of the scene. I grudgingly admit it fit the whole dude bro vibe though.
Listen, I knew I was in for a filthy good time. But I didn’t know that the ending would be unexpectedly sweet. There’s a lot going on in this book, like, A LOT. It’s all very sexy and fun. But the bond that forms between these dude bros? Amazing. The protectiveness of Kit? Loved it.
I took away a star because over 300 pages was a little much for a book like this, but this was still a great read.
Look, I’m a freak…but I don’t know if I’m this much of a freak. This shit is wild. Like, one moment I’m enjoying the dirty talk and the next my stomach is turning and I have to close my kindle app. I don’t know if I want to give the author a thesaurus or take it away. I’ll just leave you with some of the descriptive words and phrases used: -dong -meat log -face pussy -slime -communal meat socket -a hole for men to dump their grease in -slug-thick goo that hangs to my slit
Just my opinion but I hated the stranger add in. I understood the kink but I wished it just was with the guys in the house. I also was hoping all the guys in the house saw him as more than a doll and all of them wanted to be with him as boyfriend. No girlfriend’s just him and his bros.

This book was okay overall. Out of all the kinks listed at the begining the most important one wasn't and that's the feminization kink. Really need to add that. That's like one of the only kinks I can't stand and I almost dnf because of it. Luckily most of that was contained to the beginning of the book. It was alright. Not one I'll read again
