It is just love, love, love....One can't fathom the power selfless, child-like love possesses. But, this one statement by Prophet Mohammed kind of put me off. According to him, "lovers of God are males; lovers of paradise are eunuchs; and lovers of the world are females". Also, referring to Baba Jaan as S(H)e appeared sexist to me. This hint of sexism now makes me want to read the Koran and know Archangel Gabriel's opinion of women.
All things aside, this book will definitely rub off on you and make you want to be a tad better version of your existing self.

The path to godliness starts with little acts of kindness, compassion towards fellow living beings and finding meaning in the present state that we are in. I seriously believe that the words written in this book are true and hence find it meaningful. A person who would judge the mystical happenings around Ramakrishna or Shirdi's Sai baba would always remain in that doubtful state where the purpose of this book wouldn't be solved. The message of love "they" spread towards all is still not digested by many. In the name of caste, creed, race, sex we continuously judge others and find faults, unnecessary acts of malice and subjugating the other to show how superior i am. The more humane we become, the more happy and joyful we will be.
