I don’t have an Amazon account so I leave my reviews here when I receive books to read.
This book is geared to adolescents but I think it works for anyone who is trying to set life boundaries. As a former Secondary School teacher I would work this book into any English, Health, Skilled trades, or Special Education curriculum. I think it would be an excellent resource for therapists and social workers or anyone who works with high risk teens. Emotional regulation seems to have fallen on our schools so if you are a teacher in this situation read this resource. It comes with guides and workbooks making it a perfect lesson plan already tied up in a bow.
For any parent navigating the murky world of today’s adolescent, this book gives you all the tools you need. I enjoyed it and recommend it.
