This book is a beautiful dive into the viscous deep pool of first love! Everything is significant, poetic, weighted with meaning and it is just lovely

The author builds the chemistry from pining and longing to merging and then snaps to unrequited so seamlessly flowing into relief euphoria settling secure

It’s a book of utter swoon and romance and i loved jt

The characters are beautiful and the multi PoV adds layers of depth

How is this a debut. God the mobility of emotion built into the scratch of a pencil across paper of a brush of fingers … sighhhhh

I look forward to more from the author and highly recommend checking this book out

Wow! This book made me feel so many emotions, and I truly loved every minute of it.

The first thing that drew me in was the unique cover.

When You Look My Way is a debut novel, and it is written in such a beautiful way. The words run deep, allowing you to vividly imagine everything happening around Noah and Ethan. Even the smallest details are described, which is what makes this story so heartwarming. Noah sees everything about Ethan, and eventually, Ethan sees and truly understands what Noah means to him.

This book made me smile, laugh, and cry. It truly pulled at my heartstrings.

For context, this story is about a boy who falls in love with a classmate from his English class. Noah, inspired by his crush, draws Ethan without even thinking. One day, the unthinkable happens, and they are assigned to work together on a school project. What starts as an assignment blossoms into a friendship where the lines begin to blur. Noah treasures every moment, and Ethan comes to realize what it means to have always had Noah right behind him in class.

By the end, my heart ached a little, but trust the author and trust the process. These two characters are meant to be together, and their HEA is the cutest thing to ever exist!
