A single night changes everything between a grumpy cowboy and his sister’s best friend, the woman he’s secretly pined after for years, in this spicy, surprise pregnancy, age-gap, marriage-of-convenience, small-town romance.

No one plans on accidentally getting pregnant by their best friend’s grumpy older brother.

Heath is too hot, too serious, and absolutely has no business being the star of my fantasies. I thought our banter over the years was the closest to foreplay we’d ever get. Until the romance of a wedding and unexpected flirtations lead to a night tangled in the sheets together.

It was supposed to be a no-strings-attached, years-in-the-making romp that we’d forget as soon as the sun came up. And Heath delivered over and over again.

It was all going to plan until I saw those two pink lines. What I didn’t count on was Heath getting down on one knee and popping the one question I never thought I’d hear coming from his mouth. But he has something I need, so a marriage of convenience is a means to an end. Who says romance is dead?

Except Heath has a way with words and cares for me in ways I’ve never experienced. Not to mention his plans for our upcoming bundle of joy, or how every touch reminds me of that night when his name fell from my lips.

Soon, playing house starts to feel natural, and I find it hard to picture my life without him. One night might have tied us together, but will it be enough to keep us from unraveling the knot?

4⭐
Genre ~ contemporary romance
Setting ~ Montana
Publication date ~ July 17, 2026
Est Page Count ~ 335 (30 chapters + 2 e's)
POV ~ dual 1st, present tense
Featuring ~ tropes listed below + one night stand, sister's best friend, best friends brother, opposites attract, no 3rd act break up, some steamage

Charlie (26) & Heath (35) are like oil and water. They’ve been bickering for years. But then one night after a wedding has them bonded together forever.

I’ll be honest, surprise pregnancy is not my favorite trope, but since I’m 2 books deep into the series, and have already briefly met the characters and some of their interactions together, I figured I’d give it a whirl. There’s nothing better than a man hearing the news he’ll be a father and immediately taking full responsibility, without question, and diving head first into a life that he’s longed for. Heath goes from grumpy cowboy to doting husband/father to be in such a sweet way. Loved getting his perspective of when his feelings truly began for her.

Charlie is the fresh air I didn't realize I was missing until she blew into my life like a force of nature - unpredictable and untamed. I find myself wanting to spend every free second in her orbit, captivated by her stubborn steak and sharp tongue.

Charlie is up to her eyeballs in personal debt, and in making sure her Grams, Kay, the woman who raised her, is taken care of at her retirement home. Their relationship was truly special. So for financial reasons, mainly health insurance, she reluctantly agrees to marry Heath for convenience. What she wasn’t expecting was her new husband to be there for her in every way she could imagine. From holding her hair back during sickness, to making all the meals, doing the laundry and telling her repeatedly how beautiful she is growing their little peanut ~ he’s a keeper.

Also, want to note that Charlie has Type 1 Diabetes. I don't have direct knowledge of this disease, but I thought the author did a great job of researching and making it seem realistic.

Being abandoned by her mother, and never knowing her father, makes Charlie hesitant to trust people. The found family aspect is so great. Her friends are top notch bff's. I've very intrigued by their friend, Wren. Charlie's relationship with Florence, her Gram's bff, was special, too. I was tearing up at a certain part with her. The old bat was a feisty one.

Overall, the communication, banter, steamage, sweetness and support were all on point.

Series notes:
I always say series are best read in order and I couldn't agree with myself more here. While the author does give snippets of who is who I think it's best to read their books first, so you don't get potential spoilers of how it all started with them since you're seeing their life now.

PS ~ love the bonus epilogue 6 years later letting us know what’s been happening with all the characters 💝 You’ll need to sign up for Ann’s newsletter to get it.

"Tethered Love" by Ann Einerson is a fun accidental pregnancy, fake marriage of convenience romance between two people who don't like each other! *chef's kiss* Ahhhh, that set-up... perfection! After a one-night stand after a wedding, Charlie (FMC) winds up pregnant with the older Heath's (MMC) baby. He instantly offers to marry her, knowing he has secretly been pining for her for years. She initially refuses, but since she is going to be managing a pregnancy with her diabetes, she decides to take him up on his offer so she can be added to his health insurance. All of these tropes meld together to make one fabulous book! This is an easy read that doesn't overstay its welcome. It's funny, sweet, and spicy! I *looOoOoOved* the banter between Charlie and Heath, especially early in the book. They are so snarky to each other! Since they have "not liked each other" since they met years ago, their barbs are pointed and sarcastic. I think the emotion here is enough to get you invested in the story from early on, and it just keeps building throughout the book. I also adored Charlie's Grams and her best friend, Florence, who is basically the Gossip Girl of her nursing home. Charlie's connection with her grandma was so adorable and so, so sweet, and her penchant for gossiping with Florence (aka Old Bat) made me roll with laughter! Once again, I loved the friendship between Charlie and the ladies of the Backroads & Bad Decisions group chat, Wren, Birdie, and Briar. Their friendship is the kind we should all strive for to have: women who would drop anything to help each other out, no questions asked. Heath's friends and family were also stars of this show, especially his lovely mom. Since Charlie doesn't have a relationship with her parents, Heath's mom steps in as a stand-in of sorts, and it made me emotional seeing their connection thrive through her pregnancy! All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed this book!

*Favorite quotes*
-"I’ve always wanted to hitchhike, but I pictured it happening during spring break in college, like in the movies, not on the way to a wedding in four-inch heels. Let’s just hope it’s not some creepy old man who has a foot fetish with a custom license plate that says “FEETLVR.”"

-"If I’d known that mouth was good for more than snarky comments, I would’ve had you on your knees much sooner."

-"I won’t be satisfied until you’ve got my ring on your finger and we’re living under the same roof. I’m playing the long game, Charlie Bennett, and I don’t intend to lose."

-"This place is better than my soap operas—cheating husbands, love triangles being dismantled over soggy tuna casserole, and someone getting whisked away to the hospital after taking too much Viagra."

Thank you to Ann Einerson, The Smuthood, and Luna Literary for the complimentary ARC of this book. All opinions are my own. I was not compensated for this review.

I loved absolutely everything about this book. I was hooked on the characters and the story from page one and devoured this book in a day. Heath and Charlie have a long history of bickering and getting on each other's nerves. Their tension, banter, and chemistry were off the charts from the beginning and never slowed down. Despite their bickering and hidden desire for each other, a super hot one night stand at a wedding leads to a surprise baby on the way. Heath has easily become one of my favorite MMC's ever. He is the absolute sweetest and most caring person for Charlie and the baby. He was determined to prove his feelings and dedication to her, Charlie has a hard time accepting this as real and lasting due to her past, but he did everything in his power to make her feel loved and care for throughout the whole book. I love that even as their relationship grew and they were building more together, their banter and bickering never stopped. It's who they are and it was so fun to read. I laughed, I cried, and I swooned. This book was perfect.

I loved this

RATING: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨
SPICE: 🌶️🌶️🌶️

I have loved this series so much from the begining, and while I’m sad for it to be over, ending with Heath and Charlie was the Perfect way to wrap it up.

I have said it time and time again, but Ann Einerson is my comfort author, and I never stop smiling and swooning when reading her books. This one was no different, Heath and Charlie were everything I wanted.

I mean a grumpy, capable as hell down bad baby daddy is what we all deserve right? And Charlie definitely got her happy ending with a man that was all in even before he got his official chance with her.

I loved the found family aspect of this book and I’m going to miss these characters so so much!

Read this whole series because it is one of my absolute favorites.

I am completely obsessed with Charlie and Heath! The chemistry between them was everything, and you could feel all those years of tension finally coming to a head. What starts as a hot, casual one-night stand quickly turns into something neither of them was prepared for when Charlie discovers she's pregnant, and Heath does the one thing she never sees coming—he proposes! 💍

“𝘐 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘤, 𝘧𝘭𝘢𝘸𝘦𝘥, 𝘣𝘦𝘢𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘧𝘶𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘣𝘳𝘰𝘬𝘦𝘯 𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶—𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘴 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘰𝘯𝘭𝘺 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘮𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘮𝘦 𝘦𝘯𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘦𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭 𝘺𝘰𝘶. 𝘈𝘯𝘥 𝘪𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘨𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘮𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦, 𝘐’𝘭𝘭 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘸𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘩 𝘧𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘧𝘰𝘳.”

Heath is the absolute definition of a book boyfriend! Underneath that grumpy exterior is a man who loves so fiercely. From constantly reminding Charlie how beautiful she is as her body changes, to making sure she’s eating and secretly paying off her bills, Heath is the ultimate protector. Watching them go from trying to make a marriage of convenience work to slowly becoming a real family had me absolutely swooning. And that spicy mirror scene? WOW! Absolute perfection!! I’ll be replaying that one in my head for a while.

Ann Einerson truly has a gift for writing cowboy romances that are so much deeper than your typical love story. I especially loved the chronic illness representation and how beautifully she portrayed Charlie's life with diabetes. It really helped show the daily challenges and strength it takes without letting it completely define her. It added such an authentic, relatable layer to the story. This series has been top-notch, and this book has everything I love: heartfelt moments, laugh-out-loud banter, incredible chemistry, and plenty of spice!

Who doesn’t love a grumpy cowboy who falls first and hard! We return to Silver Saddle Ranch for Tethered Love featuring Heath and Charlie.
This story has some great tropes like sister’s best friend, age gap and surprise pregnancy all set in a small town filled with returning characters. I adored the way Heath supports Charlie all through this story from the surprise pregnancy to dealing with her diabetes. Their chemistry and banter is perfect and this one is an easy read, sweet, funny with spice. Adored the role Charlie’s grandmother and Florence played in this story too. An overall enjoyable read.

I received a complementary copy from the author.

“Heath Halstead, are you propositioning me for a one-night stand?” I let out a low chuckle. “Yeah, hellcat. I am.”

I was in the mood for an unplanned pregnancy romance and Tethered Love certainly hit the spot! It was fun to be back to Silver Saddle Ranch. The family feels are so heartfelt and fun. The female friendships are fierce. But it was the lust filled banter between Heath and Charlie that drew me in from the get go. I mean the words that would come out of Heath's mouth. DANG!! I was engaged and flew through the story easily in a day.

Why not five stars then you may ask?? It's just a touch on the 'too perfect/too sweet' side for me personally. I prefer a little conflict. A little gruffer mmc. But it didn't impact my enjoyment overall and I think many will adore it. It truly brought all the feels, including a few teary eyed moments, so I would definitely recommend reading it if you're up for some spicy swoon!!

4.8/5✨
3.5🌶️

There have been a growing tension between grumpy Heath and sunshine Charlie, one filled with lots of witty banter. None of them has expected to give into the temptation after participating at a wedding, which stirred certain feelings inside of Charlie. What was supposed to be a one night stand would soon become something they would never be able to forget. Why? Because there will be a positive pregnancy test which will be the evidence of the crazy and steamy night they shared together. Another big surprise was the fact that Heath had instantly proposed to Charlie, but she won't be that easy to be convinced to accept. That was until realizing that being married to Heath would solve some of Charlie's problems. Will this marriage of convenience transform into something more and not remain only a consequence of their one night stand?

This book has become one of my favorites by Ann🥰. There was something about these characters and their connection which simply captivated me, Charlie and Heath having such an amazing chemistry, in spite of those nine years age gap and in spite of being quite opposites than one another. That maybe made everything even more interesting! The accidental pregnancy brought so many cute moments between these two and I truly loved how protective and thoughtful Heath was. SO SWOONY!! 🥰 I had the best time watching him and failing to get through Charlie's thick protection layer, but I liked his perseverance and clumsy nature. Those small town vibes were so cozy and yet so much fun at the same time, because all the other people, who were part of the lives of these two, were super enjoyable and hilarious.

I truly loved spending my time reading this book, receiving such amazing vibes from these characters. I loved all the complications which came with that accidental pregnancy and loving that intense banter between Charlie and Heath.

Super grateful for being part of Ann's content team and for being able to receive this e-ARC. I'm always so excited to read anything Ann releases and I'm already looking forward to reading her next book😍.

A MOODY COWBOY and a WILD red headed firecracker get together and OMG DID THE SPARKS FLY ! A night agreed upon to only be ONE night of passion and nothing else between two people who just can’t seem to get along….what’s the worse that can happen….. maybe a life long commitment? Maybe a SWOON worthy romance of the ages ? YOU JUST HAVE TO READ and find out ! This was such a great read that had me grinning, kicking my feet, CRYING (had to excuse myself from my family), giggling, and soooo HOT ! not to mention the feels and chronic illness representation in this book added for a relatable, and sweet story. Heath was absolutely EVERYTHING I could want in an MMC for a small town romance and Charlie was such a whitty queen ! I am rating a high 4/5 everything was amazing, my only question is WHATS GOING ON WITH WREN ? I NEED TO KNOW and would have liked to see her drama added into Charlie’s story because she seemed to really worry Charlie and there was an ominous feel to it. Not sure if maybe her story will be another book but I will for sure be adding more of ann einerson to my TBR ! I definitely recommend for my small town romance girlies ! Just please have a box of tissues with you !

I'm always a sucker for a man who yearns and mmmmm Heath fit that to a T! That man was absolutely down bad for his woman and I wouldn't have it any other way!! I absolutely loved watching him support Charlie not just in her pregnancy, but through life in general. Getting to see Charlie realize that she didn't have to carry all of the weight on her own healed something in me. Heath Halstead has definitely set a high standard for my future man 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️

I’m always going to be here for a grumpy older brother romance, but add in best friend’s brother, surprise pregnancy, marriage of convenience, age gap, small town romance, found family, and ALL the banter? I was absolutely sold.

I loved the chemistry between these two. The banter was everything, and you could feel all those years of tension between them finally coming to a head. What starts as something that was supposed to be casual quickly turns into something neither of them was prepared for, and I absolutely loved watching their relationship develop.

Heath was the perfect grumpy hero, but underneath all that seriousness was a man who cared so deeply. The way he showed up for her, cared for her, and started making plans for their future had me absolutely melting. 🥹 And watching them go from trying to make a marriage of convenience work to slowly becoming a real family was just so sweet.

I also really loved the chronic illness representation and how it was included as an important part of the story without completely defining the character. The found family aspect was also everything because you know I am always going to love a good found family 🥹🖤

This book had me smiling, swooning, laughing, and absolutely obsessed with the chemistry between these two. And that spicy mirror scene? 👀🔥 Let’s just say I will be thinking about that for a while.

Tethered Love was such a fun, sweet, spicy, and emotional romance, and I absolutely loved getting tangled up in Heath and her story. 🖤✨

I can't begin to explain how excited I was to read Charlie and Heath's story. After getting glimpses of their banter and sniping at each other, I was literally giddy to have it confirmed that they'd end up with a book. But I was not prepared for

While we all knew that Heath was grumpy and grumbly, I wasn't fully prepared for his cinnamon roll interior. Of course he's got the tough cowboy exterior going on and has this outward persona that he doesn't care about anything but the farm, Heath cares SO deeply about those around him. First, we got to see the soft spot he had for the cows that they covertly saved in Lassoed Love, but to see it flourish gave me the warm and fuzzies.

Now, onto the way he cares for Charlie. THE YEARNING and the way he speaks about her is just so full of love, even before Charlie had the eyes to realize what he was saying. It could've been easy for him to step up and take care of the bare minimum for Charlie since they weren't in a committed relationship, but the way he truly stepped up from the very beginning just continues to validate the feelings he had for Charlie whether they were ready for them or not.

On top of that, this whole series just has the best found family. The way they show up for each other whenever they need support big or small was so special and I'm truly so sad that this is the last book in the series. There is zero doubt in my mind that I'll reread and would LOVE to see them come to life in audio someday. Heck, I'd put my own money into a donation/crowd fund to make that happen.

Farewell Silver Saddle Ranch. I'll miss ya.

I loved this one! This series has been so good & Heath & Charlies story was no different! I loved how swoony, flirty, and absolutely banter filled their relationship was!!

Heath is just a dependable, hardworking MMC who absolutely shows up & is down bad. Ready to be everything she needs. Charlie is such a loveable character. I loved seeing how strong she is portrayed with her illness. As someone who lives with chronic illness, I love seeing that get recognition and seeing the characters surrounded by support, but also being strong for themselves!! Even though she has trust issues from her past, she opened up and allowed trust back in! Charlie’s friends and Grams were so amazing!! Grams & Florence stole my heart completely 🥹

These two were just everything. Their relationship was so full of support, understanding, and the best communication!! They were exactly what each other needed & this entire story of theirs was just done so beautifully!! Don’t let the sweetness fool you, because it was so full of heat too!! 🤭 highly recommend this one!!

Thank you Ann Einerson for this early arc opportunity!!

Let me start by saying I have been waiting for Book 3 to come out, and it was absolutely worth the wait!

After a hot one-night stand with Heath, Charlie discovers she's pregnant. Instead of running, Heath does the one thing she never sees coming—he proposes. 💍

Can we talk about Heath for a minute? ❤️ Seriously, where do we find a man like him? From constantly reminding Charlie how beautiful she is as her body changes during pregnancy, to making sure she's eating, to secretly helping pay down her bills, Heath is the definition of a book boyfriend. His love, patience, and unwavering support for Charlie completely stole my heart.

Ann Einerson has such a gift for writing cowboy romances that are so much deeper than your typical love story. I especially appreciated how she portrayed Charlie's life with diabetes, showing both the daily challenges and the strength it takes to manage it. It added an authentic layer to the story and made Charlie an even more relatable and inspiring heroine.

This book has everything I love in a romance—heartfelt moments, laugh-out-loud banter, incredible chemistry, and plenty of spice. I truly don't think Ann Einerson could write a book I wouldn't love. If she writes it, I'm reading it!

Thank you to Ann Einerson and The Smuthood for the ARC!

My Rating: ★★★★★

I am fully and completely obsessed with Charlie and Heath! The way these two fit together so perfectly and supported each other so naturally was everything!

With Charlie battling diabetes, Heath battling how to balance work and life then the way the two came together to support each other when they didn’t even realize they needed it, had me clinging to every page! I love an accidental pregnancy and this was written so well and gave these characters so much balance and purpose plus a future that came together so beautifully even with all the bumps along the way.

I always love Ann’s writing and this series has been top notch! Every time I pick up her books I always wonder how they can keep getting better and better and this story showed me this yet again! If you haven’t picked up this series yet I highly suggest you do!

I ABSOLUTELY DEVOURED THIS BOOK.

Heath and Charlie. Grumpy cowboy x his sister’s best friend. One night (wedding hook up). Surprise pregnancy. Marriage of convenience. And the YEARNING.

The age gap was written with PERFECTION. Years of banter finally boiling over, tension that snaps, and then the slow burn of them becoming real. The way Heath shows up for Charlie? The support, the help, the LOVE? He is book boyfriend, husband, AND daddy goals.

But what got me most was how the author handled Charlie’s insulin dependent diabetes. It was perfect. It was part of her story, part of her daily life, and never used for pity or to define her. It added so much authenticity to the story line and so much tenderness from Heath.

Best pregnancy trope romance I’ve read to date. Heartfelt moments, laugh-out-loud banter, incredible chemistry, and plenty of spice. Watching them go from “playing house” to a real family wrecked me in the best way.

I was smiling, swooning, and tearing up. Ann Einerson, you did that.

This might very well be my favourite Ann Einerson book to this date. Tethered Love has the perfect Ann formula I’ve been getting used to: a short and sweet romance novel with enough emotional depth to pull you in. Charlie and Heath are absolutely perfect for each other, their banter (as we’ve seen in the previous books) is chef kiss. I’m always a bit weary when there’s an accidental pregnancy involved - but I feel like this was handled very well. As someone who’s very close to her grandmother, this one hit home too. Honestly if you’re looking for a good cowboy romance series look no further and pick these up!

the vibes ™:
- stray cat
- accidental pregnancy
- banter
- he’s down bad
- grandmother as parental figure

Another fabulous addition to this series!

I absolutely adored Charlie since she was first introduced in the series and finally getting to know her via her own book was so wonderful! And Health, what a man what a man what a man what a mighty good man.

The main tropes of this book are not easy to do but the author did them SO well! It really brought out the best in the MCs and forced fate to move ahead in such an enjoyable way to read! I may have teared up multiple times throughout reading this book. The growth and love between the MCs and especially Heath’s devotion really tugged at my heartstrings.

Loved seeing all the characters from previous books in this one. The girls’ friendship and devotion to each other, the men and their teasing but supportive ways. The parental figures being just the best. And we even got a little tidbit of Earl!

I really enjoyed this one! And I’m going to need Wren’s story ASAP!

I received an e-ARC in exchange for my honest review.

By Ann Einerson

“If I’d known that mouth was good for more than snarky comments, I would’ve had you on your knees much sooner,” I quip, still trying to catch my breath.

One day, she’ll understand I didn’t fight this hard just because she’s carrying my child. I did it because she’s the only woman I’ve ever wanted to be my wife.

“Taking care of you isn’t a waste of money, Charlie. It’s a privilege.”

Charlie and Heath’s story is the absolute sweetest! Heath is our sexy cowboy who has had a crush on Charlie for a long time. Once Charlie gives Heath a chance for one night, there’s no going back. Heath is a walking green flag and will do absolutely anything for our girl Charlie! I love the girls group, and side characters and loved the representation with Charlie living with diabetes. This story feels like a warm hug!

Ready for grumpy cowboys and small town charm? ❤️ I absolutely adored Tethered Love by Ann Einerson. It’s book 3 in the Silver Saddle Ranch series.

Heath is a grumpy cowboy who’s hopelessly obsessed with Charlie, but she thinks he cannot stand her.

The banter is just everything!!! The two have known each other for years and he’s been secretly pining, but he doesn’t dare let anyone know. They share a moment together at his brother’s wedding and Charlie ends up pregnant. Charlie thinks he’ll run away but he steps up and proposes. Multiple times!!

I think this was by far my favorite in this series. Heath is perfection! The perfect grumpy cowboy who’s all in and makes her feel loved from the start.

This is a small town, age gap, surprise pregnancy, marriage of convenience that will have you swooning from the start and hanging on to the very end.

Thank you to Ann Einerson for this review copy of Tethered love. This book was so much fun. The banter was amazing and drew me right in. I’ve been looking forward to these characters from the beginning.

Charlie and Heath have always fought like cats and dogs. Though they’ve tried to resist it, there’s always been a sizzling hot chemistry between them. From the minute Heath saw her dancing on top of the bar, he’s been a goner.

I was living for the tension between these two characters, especially once they give in to temptation. Even if I hadn’t seen the adorably illustrated cover, I knew in my gut they’d be leaving that one night stand with more than they bargained for. It was so much fun watching Charlie panic and Heath immediately accept their fate. I loved these two together so much! They were such a hilarious pair.

This book was so good and had me feeling all of the emotions. I flew through it so quickly. I’m hoping for even more steamy cowboys. I’m desperate to know more about Heath’s friend!!!

I absolutely adored the first two books in this series, so to say when I saw the accidental pregnancy trope (one of my least favs) I was worried. But I am so glad that I read it because the relationship between Heath and Charlie was one of my favorites in the series! The banter between them had me laughing 🤣. Dual POV was also a plus so we could see how each were dealing with becoming parents and the steps they would need to take before the baby was here.

Knowing that this is the last book in the series makes me sad, but I just know Ann is going to come out with another series that will pull me in just like these last few have!

Tropes include:
🐴 Age Gap
💞 Cowboy romance
🐴 Accidental pregnancy
💞 Marriage of Convenience
🐴 Brothers best friend

Charlie and Heath were everythinggg 😭 their journey was so sweet and to finally get their story was the perfect ending to this series! we love a one night stand that leads to an accidental pregnancy for two people who have years of history of a fine line between love and hate and top tier banter, then you will fall head over boots for these two 🥹

Charlie had a tough time with both her mom and dad bailing on her so her trust in men is lacking, but she had a wonderful support system with Grams and Florence that there was no love lacking! as well as battling diabetes. Heath finally sees his opportunity to take what he’s always wanted, but takes perseverance and patience to get his girl cause she believes he’s only committed due to the sweet baby they are having. but she couldn’t be more wrong, that man is down so so bad 🙂‍↔️

it was such a hoot going to the nursing home and spending time with Grams and Florence, they are entertaining and were such a fun addition to the story. all i can say is have some tissues on hand, but the happily ever after is so beautiful and the journey was so fun to be along for the ride 🫶🏼

Charlie and Heath decide to have one night together, no strings attached. But those strings definitely reattached when Charlie found out she was pregnant. Heath was all in from the get go. He fell hard for Charlie YEARS ago and this was his chance to lock it down. He just had to prove to her that he truly wanted her and not just because she was carrying his baby. I love a man that falls hard and boy does he! The banter between these two was so much fun. I love the found family aspect too.

The reason for 3 stars is I never really felt the chemistry between the two of them and I do feel as though their emotional connection was lacking. It wasn't my favorite of the series but that's just a me thing and I know lots of people will love it.

What to expect:
🤠One Night Stand
🩷Best Friend's Brother
🤠Accidental Pregnancy
🩷Marriage of Convenience
🤠No 3rd Act Break Up

This was so sweet and the perfect ending to the Silver Ranch Saddle series.

Charlie and Heath’s story was lighthearted, swoony, full of banter, and just the right amount of spice. It was such a wholesome romance and the way everything came together at the end wrapped up the series so beautifully.

Tethered Love is out today!!! Thank you, Anne & I love being on your ARC team! 🫶🏼

Ahh my favourite of the series, hands down!! I'm such a sucker for a surprise pregnancy romance, and I absolutely loved Charlie and Heath. After being teased about them from Wrangled Love, I knew that they wouldn't disappoint, and I LOVED discovering that Heath was in fact obsessed with Charlie for many years, but hadn't acted on his feelings because Charlie was too young at the time.

After finally giving into the undeniable tension between them, Charlie and Heath agree to a one-night stand, even though Heath has always wanted something more. When Charlie discovers she’s pregnant, Heath makes the bold suggestion that they should get married, so he can be there for both of them. Be still my heart, because I absolutely LOVE this man! The way Heath steps up and shows how deeply he cares, and had it so bad for Charlie, I loved it.

Thank you kindly to Ann Einserson for the review copy of Tethered Love in exchange for an honest review. All opinions expressed are entirely my own.
