There is an abundance of information out there about depression and anxiety attacks but to be honest most of what you read is just too hard to understand. You need information about what you’re feeling and how to overcome it in simple terms not some explanation straight out of a medical textbook using medical jargon that scares you half to death.
The title is a bit off, as the book has nothing to do with anxiety, and doesn't teach you how to manage anything. The second part, the subtitle, however is decently accurate, as the book gives a simplistic overview of depression. 2/5 Stars - Not marketed great, but the book's content was decent.
