If I have to read the sentence "I know" one more freaking time I'm ging to scream. This book kind of sucked. Started promising, liked the premise, but it fizzled out in endless too short sentences and infinite awkwardness. Creating a problem that's not even really a problem to create distance in a blossoming relationship. Suddenly there's a vet who brings a heavy box so she has to enlist him in carrying said heavy box. Which leads to a conversation that of course literally contains the sentence "I know" 5 times. I'm struggling.
