Many historians have explained the holocaust and the tragedy of the Second World War. How did one man convince millions of good people to want to destroy their neighbors’ homes, family, traditions, religion and life? Was it a mass delusion? Was it just about the money?

Some believe the holocaust didn’t even happen. Some believe the wars of today are simulated. Many people in the 30’s and 40’s didn’t believe the phone calls, greeting cards and letters they received with warning signs from the feared death camps all over Europe.

Still, millions of innocent people perished in front of everyone’s eyes. If you have heard of the vicious crimes that went on in Auschwitz and want to know more, then this book is for you.

I downloaded this as a free book yesterday and sat and read it in one sitting today. It s a very good introduction and it does have some really good information contained for a short book. I know most of the details but I still find it harrowing each time I read on the subject and it makes me shudder that there are still some people out there denying that the Holocaust took place. It's something that should never be forgotten.
