The Evil Dead Motorcycle Club gave Wolf his nickname. They said it was because women stood about as much chance with him as Little Red Riding Hood stood against The Big Bad Wolf. And maybe that was true.

For Wolf, when it comes to his club, he’s all about loyalty. He loves his brothers, he loves the freedom of the road, and he loves his independence. When it comes to women, Wolf is all about the chase. He likes the hunt, he likes the challenge, and he loves women. And for the hot-as-hell badass biker, they’ve always come too easily. But they never fully satisfy him.

That is, until he met Crystal.

Buried under that hard-edged sexy-as-sin tomboy with the smartass mouth that can put any brother in the MC in his place, is a feminine side she only reveals when pushed. And Wolf is just the man to push. Problem is she’s the only woman to ever push back. Which only makes him more determined to have her.

Life in the Evil Dead MC isn’t easy, and neither is loving one of them. It’s a life that can leave a man scarred and bloody. And sometimes the fallout is far reaching and takes more than a man is willing to give.

It can be just as risky for any woman brave enough to love one of them.

The scars of life run deep, for both of them.

Sometimes life doesn’t give you a fairytale, sometimes you have to make your own.

And sometimes it takes a spitfire to tame a hell-raiser.

After starting this book I realized that I have already read the first two books in this series and really liked them...so I became even more excited because I remembered being very curious about Wolf and Crystal's story and this biker bitch wanted some action :D

description

Wolf is the poster boy for an Alfa male and a serious commitaphobe. He strung Crystal for years and because she loves him she let him parade other woman in front of her.

I pegged Crystal as a weak little woman but boy did she prove me wrong. After a series of events (that I don't want to disclose because it will ruin the fun ;P ) Crystal finally leaves Wolf and the MC behind and starts a new life. She finds new friends and becomes the strong woman she always kept inside of her. Ohhh...and she even learns to ride a bike, not needing a man for that. Way to go Biker Chick!!! :D

description

Over the years Wolf and Crystal keep running into each other but their on and off weird relationship and how they kept pushing each other away started to get on my nerves.

I was expecting The Big Bad Wolf to be just that but he was running scared more then the girl...I wanted to off him sometimes for being so frustrating.

description

But danger is lurking around the corner like in any good MC novel and Crystal and Wolf find themselves right in the middle of it...I'm still going to be mean and not disclose what it's all about but there was a scene that was a little to much even for little old me. This is the only spoiler I'm going to give but think carefully if you want to read it...

The bottom line is...

description

...and men there was a lot of that.

After Wolf is better he finally get's his head out off his ass and goes after Crystal, proclaims his love (Finally!!!) only she pushes him away...

Really? Really? This shit again?????

description

And of course after a few minutes she realizes what a mistake she made and runs after him...

description

But all is well when ends well and they end but riding into the sun set...Finally!!!!!

Evil Dead MC member Wolf earned his name and reputation. Wolf is a love em and leave em type guy, never planning to commit to any woman. He does have one woman he cannot stay away from though Crystal. He has been warned to stay away, they have been off and on for years but Crystal is starting to break when she sees him with other woman and he is not overly happy to see her interest in other men. Problem is Wolf doesn't want to do anything to change between them, no strings is just fine with him even if it is hurting Crystal along the way.

Mixed on this one because although he did not cheat on Crystal, I think if you love someone you are faithful to her. Always struggle with this in a book and it was clear from the very beginning they were never together, but still it kind of felt like it because she was invested. Crystal I liked a lot, I felt for her. Loved some of the characters introduced and will read more in the series for sure.

-10 STARs!

This was one of the worst pieces of crap I've read. Wolf is a piece of shit CHEATING dirtbag. He screws around on Crystal for 6 YEARS, and throws these women constantly in her face. She has to watch him with these women. Yet constantly tells her they mean nothing that she's the one he cares about, yet he CONTINUES to screw around on her for 6 years! WTF! He's happy, he gets to screw around with no repurcusions while having the girl as well, who just accepts all this, and you guessed, she is NOT allowed to have anyone else but this loser.

Crystal, what a stupid STUPID gullible idiot of a woman! Yeah, just keep taking this loser back, you deserve him, you stupid schmuk.

Not once does this loser even APOLOGISE for all the cheating with other women. Not once!!! His excuse? Because he was afraid of not living up to her expectations, that's his lousy excuse for cheating on her.

I can't even go on with the rest of this because it is garbage!!!

I read the story about Jameson and I decided to re-read because I didn't remember Crystal! The couple are in that back and forth game the whole story, but holds the reader's attention. He doesn't want to compromise and continues having sex with other women, our heroine is just waiting and hoping that he stays only with her. When she arrives at her limit and is in his hands to choose, he's not beside her. She decides to leave and then he realizes the mistake he made.
She has all the necessary features for a wonderful old lady. He's an idiot the whole story and she should have kicked his butt and chosen Jameson.

Nicole James brought realism of club life and brotherhood to the forefront. Wolf is not hearts & flowers, you have to love the ones where you can't predict the ending. Will true love prevail, are there happy endings? Yeah those are the kinda books I enjoy, nothing is final! Five stars!
(Wolf) I've got three rules I live by, if you can't hack it then that's shit on you.

My club and brothers at the Evil Dead MC are my family, they'll always come first. Mess with anyone of them and I'll put you in the ground. Last but not least, pussy is pussy. I get women, understand how they think, what makes them tick. I'm not looking for a girlfriend or someone to shack up with, damn straight no old lady. But for some reason Crystal wasn't playing by the rules.

I'm not a sweet butt or club mouse, instead I feel like I'm one of those people Huey Lewis & The News sings about, "If This Is It." Wolf and I have this whole game of where I run, he chases but I'm tired of playing. If this is it, then I wished to hell he'd let me know. If he won't love me, then he needs to let me go!

Well this was a good edition in the Evil Dead MC series. Wolf and Crystal have an undeniable pull to each other. Wolf has MAJOR commitment issues and yanks Crystal around. It was sad and heartbreaking that is took so long for Wolf to wake up and face the fact that she was the one. I liked Wolf but didn’t love him I thought he was an ass through most of the story.

I liked Crystal she basically went straight from a douche bag ex to Wolf, and Wolf wasn’t really a healthy choice for her. I understood her weakness when it came to Wolf. I think she should have cut him loose sooner but she had spent a lot of time loving him and hoping for him to come around. I loved the journey she took and even though it was painful for her it was a good decision. Meeting the Brother’s Ink, learning to ride, and just finding herself was important.

The story had some good suspense, violence, and action. Crystal was pretty bad ass in the end and I do love when the chick saves the day.

Totally misled by the title...lol

My first Nicole James, for being the 4th book in the series, it can easily be read as a standalone. Wolf is a typical biker with relationship and dick issues; a requirement must-have in all MC heroes these days. Since I'm not a fan of a hero stringing the heroine along for YEARS only coz he couldn't help himself, all the while sampling all the available pussies...this was a very tough read for me.

**I received an ARC through Netgalley courtesy of the publisher in exchange for an honest review.**

I've been looking forward to Wolf since reading about his and Crystal's drama in Crash. I just knew it was gonna be good. And I was right. Wolf did not disappoint.

Crystal is in love with Wolf, so in love she'll take him as she can get him - other women and all. Wolf loves her too in his own way, she's the only one that can satisfy the pacing animal inside of him. But he's not looking for an old lady.

The MC, tired of Wolf jerking Crystal around, orders him to stay away from her. Well, that's just a challenge for a man like Wolf. Finally, after a jealous move on Crystal's part, she overhears Mack telling Cole one of them has got to go. She makes it easy on the guys and takes off. But she leaves with a secret.

I loved the chase, loved the characters, loved the scenes in Vegas, loved everything about Sturgis, adored the Brothers Ink boys (I hope a series develops with them). So much great stuff. If you love this series, you'll love Wolf. Well done!

What a ride!! This series just gets better and better with each book! And I love that each book has all of the characters that we've come to know and love.

Crystal meets Wolf at an Evil Dead party she attends with her boyfriend, and her best friend.. said boyfriend's sister. After her jerk boyfriend starts some trouble and Crystal is left behind, Wolf takes her home.

"She loved everything about the way he was with her, the way he let that animal inside him out when they were together, turning all dominant; an alpha taking its mate. His name was so appropriate. He was a wolf."

One look at Wolf and she's done. She's gone. Head over heels for the sexy man in the Evil Dead cut. And Wolf is just as stunned by Crystal, she's not the usual girl he sees in his clubhouse, and it's an instant attraction. But instead of giving into that attraction and seeing where it could lead, he just jerks her around. Uses her and walks out, time and time again.

It takes a lot to make Crystal finally see that Wolf is never going to commit, and she finally has enough of waking up alone, seeing him with other women; loving a man that will never love her in return.

"Now he just needed to figure out just how brave he was. Brave enough to go after her or brave enough to live the rest of his life without her?"

Will Wolf *ever* be able to step up and do right by Crystal? Will Crystal ever let the walls around her heart down enough to let him back in?

Lots of twists and turns in this one and just when you think all is going their way, the author throws in more twists.

I really do love this series, and looking forward to reading the next book, Ghost. The best thing is there are plenty more characters to build off of that I'd love to read about!

photo 0BF5A30F-DFD6-4F9F-AB27-EC0EE70EF219_zpsm0pqodeu.jpg I wasn't a bit surprised that I would fall in love with Wolf ~ badass, bossy, dominant alpha biker's make me swoon. In this installment of Nicole James's Evil Dead MC Outlaw Series, Wolf and Crystal are main event ~ there's the push and pull of their feelings not spoken, commitments never promised and the consequences because of it all. There are so many reasons I love Nicole's books ~ she makes me feel like I'm sitting in the clubhouse listening to Cole, Crash and Mack in a heated discussion ... Or having drinks with Shannon and Angel ... Or laughing at Red Dog and Green's endless jokes and words of wisdom ... Or riding on the back of any one of the guys bikes. And, gah!!!!! WE GO TO STURGIS!!!!!! YES!!!!! But most importantly, the support and muscle of the MC is kick ass after trouble came looking for Wolf and Crystal. I love how we meet up with Shades and some of the members of the other chapter's again. There is nothing stronger than the bond between the brother's of the Evil Dead MC. They love hard ~ they fight hard ~ they live hard ... Just the way it should be. Nicole rocked this book right outta the ballpark ...!

Taming the wolf

Great read with great characters a relationship angst plot no unnecessary blood loss, sex or violence what I would call a tame mc read.

Loved wolf and Chrystals on off but hot in the bedroom relationship and how the plot went.

like I said loved the characters the banter between them the family feel, great series focusing on each character at a time but also giving you glimpses of others from previous books so you can still see where there up to as you read the next book.

I have been waiting for this book to release. The Evil Dead MC series by Nicole James is one of my all time favorite biker series as well as book series. Each book in this series is fresh, gritty, suspenseful, and loaded with testosterone driven alpha males that don't take no for an answer. The other interesting thing about the Evil Dead MC Series is that it is not locked into a specific set of characters and ongoing plot. The Evil Dead MC is a national MC club that has chapters throughout the country. In one book it may feature some of the characters from the California chapter and in another it will feature characters from one of the Alabama chapters. We have met various characters from Mississippi, Louisiana, and the northwest. Although the characters are spread out geographically, they all blend together by their common connection to the Evil Dead MC.

We first met Wolf and Crystal in the first and second books of the Evil Dead MC series. Wolf is a member of the California chapter and Crystal is the bartender at their clubhouse. She is not a club whore. She is a valued member of the Evil Dead MC family but has no permanent ties because she is not an old lady. She has been having an ongoing affair with the Evil Dead brother, Wolf. Their relationship is not one with commitment. As far as Wolf is concerned he thinks he can sleep around, bring club whores around and that Crystal will always be there with open arms whenever he gets an itch. Crystal wants more from Wolf than he is willing to give. Their relationship has become toxic. It is affecting the peace within the clubhouse and causing all kinds of riffs between the members and whores. Mac ( the president) has laid down the law and ordered Wolf to cut Crystal loose. If he cannot abide by his decision then he is going to ban Crystal from stepping foot on any Evil Dead properties. The other members are pissed because Crystal is part of the family. Wolf is willing to abide by Mack's order but is having trouble staying away from her. She is the only woman he has ever gone back to for more. She accepts his sexual preferences, she makes very little demands, and satisfies him completely. But when Crystal has finally had enough of his crap, she chooses to leave the Evil Dead MC world for good. She's done. She's finished with being a door mat and afterthought. She's tired of explosive sex and toxic wordplay. She needs more.

That old saying "you never know what you had until you lose it" smacks Wolf in the face and in the balls. He finally realizes what he had after it's too late. Crystal has left for good with no forwarding address. No one knows where she is.

Meanwhile back at the clubhouse there is a storm brewing. Someone is singling out the Evil Dead MC and their businesses. There is murder, arsen, and loss of income without a clue as to who is behead it. The Evil Dead MC is under attack.

Then there are the old ladies. It seems they have a mind of their own. They know where Crystal is and have been in contact with her. They meticulously plan a secret girls weekend in Vegas while their old men are trying to get to the bottom of the club's troubles.

From here on out the book gets intense. Between a girls weekend in Vegas, a surprise wedding, some hot tattoo artists, and the rally in Sturgis : there is never a dull moment. When their final enemy makes a play it could cost some of the members their lives.

I was glued to the pages of this book. Although this book is more relationship driven than the previous books, the Evil Dead MC still plays a big part in the story. This MC club that Nicole James has created is worth their weight in gold. This series has the grit that fans of biker books want, has sensual romances, and something different in each books plot to make this series stand out.

I highly recommend Wolf and the Evil Dead MC series by Nicole James. It is guaranteed to thrill!

ARC received via NetGalley

This is book number 4 of the Evil Devil MC series. At the time of reading, I had only read the first book in the series (Outlaw). This in no way effected my reading of this book. Although this book features characters seen in the previous books and references events that have already happened in the series, I think it can be read as a standalone novel. However, reading the whole series I think would allow you to appreciate this book more and give you a better understanding of the story.

There were a few scenes/events that I would have liked for the author to have extended upon, such as the time spent at Sturgis. Also, there were some characters, in particular the four brothers from Brothers Ink, that I would have loved to have seen more of.

The story is told from both present and past tenses. The actual book is in present but the characters have brief flashbacks, revisiting events from Crystal and Wolf's past, such as how they met. I really liked this and I thought it kept the pace of the story flowing nicely forward.

Overall, I really enjoyed this book. I liked the plot and thought that there was good character development through the book. Loved the fact that the story was told from numerous POVs with the majority told from Wolf and Crystal's POV's. I liked the ups and downs the characters went through. The book was well written and easy to read.

**I was gifted an ARC by NJ's Street Team in exchange for an honest review- Thank you!**

Wolf is book 4 in the Evil Dead MC series but can be read as a standalone. However, I personally feel that it would add to your reading pleasure if you do read the other 3 books first. I love this series and was ridiculously excited to read this latest book!

Wolf is badass dominant male with HUGE commitment issues. He's tormented by his need to be a free agent and his need to be close to Crystal. Crystal is employed by the Evil Dead to tend the bar and keep the clubhouse tidy. She has waited for a long time for Wolf to commit to her and now she's done waiting!

description

This book is a real fast paced ride that I had trouble putting down and definitely belongs on my keepers shelf!

The ups and downs of this relationship will keep you guessing, make you mad, and at times make you feel like crying. (Well I did anyway but no spoilers from me as to why!)

We are introduced to some new characters who I hope we will be seeing more of in the future...(I feel a spinoff is in order please Nicole!)

I have read all of the books in this series and the author does not disappoint with Wolf and Crystal's story. Wolf is the one running from love instead of the h. Loved the characters and again loved the funny dialogue between these guys. Still love Cole and Crash but Wolf is also hot. He really fits the OTT jealous/possessive and groveling hero. Wolf takes a long time to finally face his insecurities and commit but when he does there's no doubt he's totally in. Crystal is a strong woman and faces the fact that she cannot continue to let Wolf use her without making a full commitment to her. Really liked Jameson O'Rourke, the tattoo artist Crystal works for and would love to see a series about the O'Rourke brothers.
I would actually rate this one 4.5 stars.

Good read

I really didn't like the back and forth with this one. Crystal should have left him a long time ago. She put up with a great deal of crap from him. I wish it had gotten into more of what Crystal went through when she first left. It was kinda glossed over and didn't get to the nitty gritty.

Wolf is so not my favorite. At least Cole and Crash were in it. Also got to meet the Brother's Ink! Think that will be a good series too.

I am of course reading the next!

I didn’t like both main characters. Wolf knew what he wanted and key stringing her along and cheating on her. Krystal is just pathetic like I know you love him and sometimes love is not enough. This book just pissed me off mostly. She should have picked Jameson.

I am in love. Would you all excuse me for a bit – I gotta go read this one again, just in case I missed a delicious, sexy detail somewhere.

Wolf was everything a reader could hope for in an Evil Dead MC novel, and then just doubled it. I absolutely loved Wolf’s and Crystal’s story. Ms. James gives us characters that simply step off of the page into our lives. So realistic, no bs, just hot, badassed Alpha men – every single one of them and strong, sexy, sassy women to love them right back – sometimes in spite of themselves.

Crystal has loved Wolf from just about their first meeting at the clubhouse. She on her knees, cleaning up broken glass from a fight brought about by her now ex boyfriend. She looked up into those eyes and was simply lost. Wolf looked down at her and smiled thinking “Mine, all mine”. And so it began.

Let’s be frank here. Sex has never, ever been a problem between Wolf and Crystal. Truly a dominant alpha male, Crystal never had a problem with their sexy games and she enjoyed submitting as much as he enjoyed dominating her. Wolf was in it for the chase, and in sex, Crystal never minded giving him that chase plus so much more. The problem was in Wolf’s lack of commitment to her and her alone. He never shied from parading one of his current lays in front of her. She hated that but kept her mouth shut because she did love him – until the last straw. Every woman has a last straw and this one was it.

Wolf had never intended to lay permanent claim to Crystal. If pressed he would probably say he loved her and they both were fine with their arrangement. In that he would be wrong. Other members of the Evil Dead MC had women they had committed to, call them old ladies, wives, significant others, whatever – they committed to one woman and that was what Crystal wanted most of all. His commitment to her alone. The one thing Wolf felt he could never give her. After Crystal had given Wolf’s current extra lady a beer shower at the clubhouse, lines had to be drawn. Wolf was told to either make Crystal his woman or cut her loose. One or the other. Now. He couldn’t do either. In the end, Crystal left town, but not for that reason alone. There was more than a broken heart involved.

And that’s where I’m going to stop. You need to read this one. You really, really do.

Of course Wolf isn’t just about Crystal and Wolf’s love/sex life – although these two have some of the hottest, steamiest, most delicious sex around. *wink* There is also MC business to take care of, which sends Wolf out of town for a couple days (long enough for Crystal to leave town). A yearly trip to Sturgis. A truly evil force that is out to destroy the Evil Dead MC’s businesses, deal and even their people. And the four brothers from Brothers Inc where Crystal eventually went to work.

Please, please, please tell me there will be a spin-off series with these four brothers in it? I so want to learn all about them and their tattoo business. They sound totally delicious.

I will not spoil your fun of discovering every detail of this amazing story. While Wolf is the fourth novel in the Evil Dead MC series – you do not have to have read the earlier ones to know who is who. Sure, having read all of them does give a more fleshed out feel, but it is totally not necessary. With a few sentences you will know exactly who is who and why.

If you have never read a Motorcycle Club novel, this would be a great one to start with. I highly recommend Wolf, an Evil Dead MC story – it has everything you’d imagine and more. And really is there anything more sexy than a guy on a Harley in cuts? Be still my heart. Go pick this one up and sit back and enjoy the ride.

*I received an e-ARC of Wolf – an Evil Dead MC novel from the publisher and NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. That does not change what I think of this novel.*

If you missed them the earlier novels in this series are: 1.) Outlaw 2.) Shades 3.) Crash — pick them all up when you grab 4.) Wolf so you’ll have the complete (for now) set.. but watch for 5.) Ghost coming soon. :)

I really should have stuck with my instincts to skip this one but since Shades was so good I thought I would give it a shot and hopefully all the crap I hated about this chapter in Crash’s book might be toned down. I was unfortunately wrong.

The first thing I have to say is that Cole is a complete piece of shit and Crystal is a total whore bag. This one started off really bad for me with her hanging on Cole like a club whore, him putting her in his lap, and the ass grabbing. Hell to the no. I thought Crystal was way too friendly with the touchy feely shit before but this one put her right in skank territory for me. Sorry but that wasn’t a great way to start off a book with a married man feeling up some whore that is supposed to be his wife’s friend….Oh and gotta love a husband and supposed best friend keeping all those secrets from Angel, while like she said is stuck home with 3 kids, you know like groping on each other behind her back and the whole thing of Cole sticking his nose in the business of a woman who it was hinted at in the first book he had a fling with at some time. The same woman that took money to lie to Angel to help break her and Cole up in the first book. At this point from the very beginning I was hating these characters with a passion. Oh and gotta love a hypocrite like Red Dog, getting all over Wolf for treating Crystal like the whore she acts like with Cole but he was the one screwing around on his wife all the time at these lovely parties wives aren’t invited to every freaking week. I will say it again I hate reading about characters that their faithfulness to their spouse is in doubt and this one was worse to me than the second one especially when it came to Cole.

I didn’t like Wolf much better but at least he did get better and I actually liked him by the end. He was an asshole and a coward for quite a while though. However once I did start to like him better I was almost rooting for them after the Vegas trip. But then we have the Sturgis trip with Crystal acting like a skank yet again, Cole being a sleaze behind his wife’s back with her and her hanging on pretty much every brother while all their wives aren’t welcome on the trip. Seriously why is she always around when wives aren’t allowed and only whores/strippers are, I think I figured out why after this book.

I really tried to feel for her but every time I started to feel anything for her this type of crap was thrown out there again. It ruined any chance of me caring for her.

This story had so much potential unfortunately the characters and their behavior ruined it for me. The only thing that really kept me reading was the suspense of who was messing with the MC, even though I already figured it out I wanted to make sure I was right. There were some parts that weren’t too bad but the back and forth the whole book between Wolf and Crystal was annoying as hell. Because just when you think that things should start to get real, nope Cole has to butt in with his asshole self and give Crystal shit advice. I was hoping at this point Wolf would say fuck it I’m done. Because by the end with all of Crystal’s bullshit, I wanted someone who deserved Wolf not some wishy washy twat. He deserved better than her and her crap, he should have left her ass there with Jameson.

I will still read Ghost and Blood’s books because neither one crossed that line in Shades and neither did anyone in either one of those chapters. Hopefully they won’t start now because I doubt I will read another about anyone in this chapter again. I dislike all of them except Crash….

Wolf is the fourth book in the Evil Dead MC series, but can be read as a standalone.

I fell in love with MC romances when I read Outlaw , the first book in this series. It the first MC romance I read and I became addicted. I've read a lot of MC romances since then and Nicole James didn't disappoint with Wolf.

In Wolf, we follow Crystal and Wolf's story. Wolf is a member of the Evil Dead MC and Crystal has been in love with him for six years. Wolf only wants sex from women, but Crystal wants more than that. Will Wolf give Crystal what she wants or will he let her walk away?

This book has an amazing story. It is fast paced, with lots of drama and hot, steamy scenes. It hooks the reader from the beginning. Loved that it was told from different POVs.

All characters are great, very well built.
Wolf is your typical biker: he is hot, cocky, arrogant, aggressive, possessive, fierce, and protective. He has a lot of emotional baggage.
Crystal is a strong woman. Like Wolf, she has a lot of emotional baggage but we are able to see how much she grows in the story.

Nicole James is an excellent writer. Her writing is flawless and she created extraordinary characters. Can't wait to read more!

Ok. I knew at about 20% in that this one was not going well. I found the writing a little disjointed because I had not read any of the other books in the series (which may have rounded out the storyline a little better) and I really did not like Crystal from the get go.

Wolf was also low on my radar. His issues were not well developed and I really didn't care if he had commitment issues. The story just kept on going around in circles with the dud chasing the chick and the chick running away with a bit of sex in between. He was a dick and she just kept running away from him because she couldn't woman up and because she knew he liked chasing her. So it all felt a bit fake to me.

I also dislike long stories that spend an inordinate amount of time going into details about how to open a door or put toothpaste on a toothbrush. Unnecessary and boring. Which is pretty much how I felt while reading this one. Bored. I wish I would trust my instincts and just quit when my gut tells me I won't like it.

WOLF...

I was fortunate enough to get an ARC of WOLF for an honest opinion.
I am a huge fan of Ms. Nicole James and the Evil Dead MC Series, and once again she reinforces why I like reading her books so much. This is Wolf & Crystal's story and at times I really want to slap some sense into Wolf and make him wake up from that trance he seemed to be in when it came to making things right with Crystal. Crystal loved Wolf and wanted him above all else and Wolf just seemed to MESS it up ALL the time. I wanted to grab him from those pages and say, don't just sit there get on your bike and go after her, each and every time he left her leave. This is a wonderful story and at times you don't know if there is a HEA in store for Wolf and Crystal but it turns out wonderful. Great love story. I am so looking forward to the next book in this series and I hope Green gets a story he is so funny. I would recommend this book and the entire series.

Wolf has a demanding presence and I loved him, "we’re getting a room and working through this s***, or would you rather do it right here on the side of the effing road, Crystal?" I loved that he could be gentle and caring and show affection, "baby, you’re okay. I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to upset you.” His hands ran up and down her back as he attempted to comfort her." Crystal knows how to drop a bomb on her man, "Christ, babe, you—” He swallowed. “You sayin’ you want six kids?" He's like a little kid when it comes to anything about getting Crystal naked, "that got his attention, and he sat up a little straighter. “We talkin’ sex, here, woman?” I nodded with a smile. “And if you win? What do you want, baby doll?" I loved this book I enjoy this series I'm always looking forward to the next book.

Wolf is hot, hot, hot! Wolf is actually like my fantasy, all full of confidence and dominance that it makes me shiver in delight. Crystal has a big attitude and gives Wolf what he dishes out but has the need to submit, submit to him. They are like gasoline and a lit match, once together they explode and burn. The problem is Wolf couldn't commit and forced Crystal to feel as though he didn't love her when he loves her more than life itself. There's heartbreak, there's passion, there's wild and hot sex, and there's the redeemable hero which makes for the happy ending to be all the sweeter.

Damn, did Wolf and Crystal need to work for their happy ending or what? But I loved it! I really love how imperfect these characters are, but they love each other and fight each other with passion. I loved Ghost in book 3 so I can't wait to read about him.

And is it just me, or should the Brothers Ink boys get their own series? I'd read it in a heartbeat!
