Rate this book
Three soldiers maimed and traumatized in combat are intent on making it to the top of the world.

Lieutenant Jon Fowler and his team are not alone at the North Pole. A group of scientists are conducting research into climate change, while adventurers and tourists have arrived at a Russian Ice Station to sample the polar experience.

All are unaware that one of nature’s most formidable beasts is roaming the ice sheets, a man-eater, hungry and desperate.

Fighting bad weather, Fowler and his team find they have to overcome more than their own adversities to save those stranded, alone and hunted in ... The White.
