A great biblical introduction to the subject of procrastination, as well as tips and advice for beginning to work on conquering it. It is more of an overview instead of an in-depth treatment, though, which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. It's great for a starting point, but may not be comprehensive enough on its own for some people.

This helpful little book has provided me with insight into the reasons for procrastination as well as practical tips coupled with scripture for help in overcoming a long-time problem area of mine. This is personally the most encouraging read I have found on this topic.
