As with other artists, Van Gogh comes to mind. Blake was a genius only recognized after his death. But he wasn’t just an artist producing quality work, he was indeed a visionary with an unusual take on religion and how government works. He should be remembered for more than his poetry. His engravings are nothing less than stunning. Thank whoever kept good track of his works or we wouldn’t have his genius to admire today. Totally fascinating biography.
Book used England throughout rather than the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland. Why does the author use "English" instead of British ? Blake appeared to do the same.
