OCD is an anxiety disorder that can totally disrupt someone's life. No one knows what causes it, but people in all age groups, all over the world, suffer from it.
Obsessive-compulsive disorder isn't about being neat or perfect. It's about having horrible intrusive thoughts that can't be stopped. It's about doing something over and over again, that ruins your health or bankrupts you, in order to prevent something awful from happening. It's about feeling ashamed, helpless, and very lonely. Fortunately, having OCD is also about reaching out for help and getting it. There is treatment for this condition. There is hope.
As someone once said, "When the world says 'give up,' Hope whispers 'try one more time.'"

This book provides very little information on the stated subject. The spelling and grammar is very poor, muddling the message. It was neither intriguing nor helpful. Would recommend spending time on other books.
