Este pequeño libro de No ficción que no llega ni a las 50 pp. Nos hace replantearnos si al leer lo hacemos correctamente, cuando digo correctamente, si utilizamos toda nuestras capacidades físicas y mentales, simplemente para hacerlo más eficiente. Me resultó muy útil, aunque debo decir que no todo es aplicable. Nos alerta en la lectura consciente y en la concentración, además del aumento de la velocidad de la lectura, por supuesto, entre otros temas.

Es una guía sencilla que te permite empezar en este camino de la lectura veloz:
1. Te ayuda a determinar en qué velocidad estás con una sencilla fórmula. Yo pensaba que leía rápido, y no, soy un lector promedio, según este libro.

2. Te identifica los aspectos limitantes de una lectura rápido. Consejos para eliminarlos o minimizarlos.

3. Tipos para comenzar a aumentar tu velocidad.

Como bien explica esta guía corta, esto requiere práctica. Encuentro útiles estos consejos, aunque no se si es un buen libro porque es el primero que leo de este tema. Le pongo 3 estrellas porque sí te da consejos pero creo que para el título que tiene uno esperaba lo que incluía y algo más. Como que me dejó suspendida en el aire.

Un breve resumen de consejos y técnicas de lectura veloz.. más que una guía profunda y detallada del tema es un recopilado de tips sin entrar en explicaciones ni justificaciones científicas.
Recomiendo para aquellos lectores que deseamos identificar malos hábitos e iniciarnos en la lectura veloz.
