Her life was drastically altered in 1985 after she contracted Hepatitis C from a blood transfusion. Due to her reaction to the Hepatitis treatment, she developed fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome and became bedridden for over 6 months.
Going on a quest for wellness, Robbie met Dr. Gary Holz, a physicist, Psycho-Neuro-Immunologist and alternative healer. Gary taught her the Aboriginal healing techniques he learned from his encounter with remote Outback Australian Aboriginals, chronicled in the award-winning memoir Secrets of Aboriginal Healing.
Using the Aboriginal methods, Robbie healed herself of Hepatitis C, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome. She subsequently worked with Aboriginal healers in Australia, described in her memoir Aboriginal Secrets of Awakening.
Robbie continues to expand Dr. Holz’s work and spread the Aboriginal healing beliefs through Holz Wellness. Through her global speaking events, private consultations, online self-healing course and award-winning books, Robbie helps others awaken their powerful inner healer so they heal faster and stay healed.

Very intriguing
I enjoyed reading this. I was very interested in the early parts relating to the author's illness (es). As a physician, I was able to separate myself from the anguish of the author. I may have had more sensitivity had I truly known the author when we attended the same high school together.
Being both spiritual and a man of science, I read this book with skepticism as well as an open mind, knowing full well that science probably will never discover all answers. Knowing who the author is certainly whetted my appetite as I struggled along with a multitude of questions in my mind as I read through the middle portion of the book. I had to ask myself, especially on seeing the author had collaborated with another individual, whether there was some artistic license taken in some or many of the chapters. Overall, though, I enjoyed reading through the majority of the book as it helps enlighten one to potential unseen realities that many people are skeptical about and that many people do not probably want to entertain because it may seem to be adverse to their own religiosity.
To me, this, her experiences, is another affirmation of the beautiful lesson of love that is the true positive force that permeates the universe, and it is immortal.
Thank you, Robbie.

Deeply moving memoir. Intriguing to hear of the author’s personal aboriginal experience.

Stunning! Best of the best. This memoir reads like the best of novels--captivating from the very first page. Like all the best storytelling, this one sweeps you away and carries you into the plot, so smoothly you hardly realize how deeply you're connecting with the characters until something happens and--POW!--it hits you in the heart. This book is original, intimate, uplifting, and fiercely honest. I absolutely loved it and highly recommend it. If you read only one memoir this year, let it be this one.

I received a copy from the author & my review is printed with others in the front!! Robbie’s Words not only made me grateful for my own health and for those around me, but also captivated and inspired further hope beyond the traditional approach to medicine. This was an amazing, true story!! I was honored to be part of its release into the world.

I loved reading this. Overcoming adversity through culture is inspiring. The synchronicities of life that shape the decisions we make is powerful.

ok i actually don’t get how people are giving this that many 5 star reviews bc it’s just as nothing burger as the last one. my whole thing is we never explained how gary went from the healing he experienced in the last book, to his power to heal in this one. i again enjoyed this story as a memoir (though not as much as i enjoyed the last book) but it was lacking in terms of actually explaining the “aboriginal secrets of awakening”
