Magick always has consequences. Some are worth it.

The growing pile of burnt cauldrons in Eva Sutton’s backyard says it all—she’s not the perfect witch. But her coven’s magick is fading, and now is her moment to step up.

Out of desperation, Eva casts a spell from a mysterious grimoire and ends up with a shockingly attractive, glasses-wearing demon in her living room.

Sorren doesn’t have time for this. He has to get back to his draining, uninspiring job. Hell won’t run itself, after all.

But Eva doesn’t know how to send Sorren back, and she hasn’t decided yet if the demon working remotely from her gardening shed is another problem or the solution her collapsing coven needs.

As they piece it all together, Sorren and Eva begin to realize that sometimes it takes an accident to find the life they were meant to live.

As for Eva? She’ll figure it all out as soon as she finds her keys.

Thank you to Rattle the Stars Pr and the author for letting me review and advanced copy of The Witch Fix in exchange for my honest review!

If you’re looking for a witchy rom com that will have you wanting midnight margaritas against your will- this is the book for you!

Eva is a witch with problems/ the magic in their coven is disappearing and no one can seem to fix it, and she has this boyfriend that’s a huge walking red flag! She does have her people/ her bestie that she runs a coffee shop with and her aunt and mother. Her other problem is she feels useless as she has no clue what kind of witch she is; and she feels like she should know this by now.

One evening after one of their holidays (Mabon), a mysterious book appears in her home. Said book flys open to reveal blank pages.. but then words start appearing and she knows it’s a spell that might just solve all of their problems. She decides to deal with it the next day.

The next day comes, she does whatever she needs to do to complete the spell… and accidentally summons a demon. A hot demon I might add who’s name is Sorren.

She keeps her demon a secret while she tries to figure out how to send him back. They start getting close and he defintiely catches feelings for her and keeps telling her that she can take her time sending him back lol

I don’t want to say much more because it gives too much away. If you need a cosy, witchy, spooky season read- check this one out!! Also be mindful of content- there is some 18+ content in the story 🙃

ARC Review: Has small spoilers

I absolutely devoured this book! It was such a fun, cozy read that had me laughing so much while also managing to make me cry a couple of times. One of my favorite parts was the character development. Eva felt incredibly relatable, especially with the way she struggles with blaming herself. I think that’s something so many people can understand. Carrying guilt and wondering what we could have done differently. Watching her work through those feelings and grow throughout the story made her character really stand out to me. And Sorren? 🥵 He was such a fun addition to the story, and I loved watching his relationship with Eva develop. I also loved the plot and world-building. Everything came together so well, and I stayed invested from beginning to end. If you love Gilmore Girls vibes, cozy small towns, magic, romance, and lovable characters, definitely add this one to your fall TBR! I highly recommend it!

Thank you Kennedy Rhodes and Rattle the Stars PR for allowing me to be on the ARC team!

✨️ Book Review ✨️

I was so lucky to get an Arc of "The Witch Fix" by Kennedy Rhodes and I read this in less then 24 hours!!

I have been wanting a cosy, spooky season kind of book and this was perfect 😍

I loved everything about this, and it was definitely what I needed right now. I really loved the Adhd rep, I spotted it as soon as I started reading, and well... It's so me 😅 It gave me a giggle!

I loved seeing the relationship between all the characters and Sorren is 🤌

I will give this book 5 stars as it's the perfect cosy book for autumn/Halloween 😍

I will leave a little info down below

🔮🔮🔮🔮🔮🔮🔮

The Witch Fix is perfect for fans of Practical Magic and lovers of cozy, feel good fall reads.

You'll find your favorite witchy tropes like an accidental summoning of a (ridiculously good looking, glasses wearing) demon, rival covens, an animal sidekick named Catrick Swayze (iykyk), and so much more.

This small town romantic comedy provides themes of self acceptance and discovery, letting go of preconceived notions, choosing your own path, good conquering evil, and the importance of intent and balance.

Thank you to Rattle the Stars and Kennedy Rhodes for this ARC!

4.5⭐️ for Eva and Sorren!
This was such a cute cozy fall vibes read and I loved every minute of it. Eva is soooo relatable, losing track of her keys and being chronically late. She is me 🤣

Eva works at a coffee shop with her best friend (who is love to read a book about) and helps her aunt teach the young witches in her coven the beginnings of their magick. But her coven is struggling and she's also trying her best to figure out how to save it, and accidentally summons a demon that happens fo wear "slutty little glasses" (insert giggles and feet kicking here)

There's magic and mishaps and mayhem all throughout, secrets revealed, LOTS of coffee and tea consumed (my kinda company!) and I was completely hooked from the first page to the last.

Raincrest and its occupants felt a bit like Stars Hollow to me, and I couldn't possibly love that any more if I tried. I really didn't want this one to end, but I hope we get to come back to Raincrest someday for more of the cozy chaos!

"Its been a crazy few days. I havent even been able to wreak any havoc or stir up any debauchery"

"I guess it wouldn't be hell if the pizza was good"

This was a delightfully charming read. I love the setting of it being so very modern day, with cozy reality tv watching, the need for good coffee and pizza, grocery shopping with an app, then adding in bits of magic, incantations, spells, summoning(oops) but it'll probably be fine...

Could you imagine accidentally summoning a demon?? It had me chuckling and smiling the whole way through. Its a light hearted easy read, with such a cute twist on the underworld(being miserably corporate with budgets and ledgers), our demon being endearing and only out to please. The interactions between Eva and Sorren are so fun. Eva is a bit scattered brained and a mess(like so many of us) while Sorren is he opposite, being very clean and organized.

The cats name is Catrick Swayze.... I mean c'mon!!

ARC Review
I went through this book as if I was feral. This was such a fun, cozy, witchy and spicey 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ read. Definitely add this to your fall TBR! The plot and world building kept me hooked because of all the Wiccan culture I learned about. Eva is such a relatable character to how she carries herself, her habits, and how she owned her mistakes but also the how she judged her self worth. Enter Sorren 🥵😈 and the relationship development between him Eva and even Catrick Swayze 🐈‍⬛ was so cute and spicy where it counts. I loved the support they offered each other throughout their tough moments, it made them very human.

Arc review:
Eva is a witch who is struggling with confidence in her magical abilities. She’s always late, always botching a spell, and constantly ruining her cauldrons. Until one day, on Mabon, a spell finds her, and in her desperation to fix the waning ley lines, she accidentally summons a demon.

Sorren is a lovable, witty, and surprisingly complacent prisoner. He helps Eva attempt to send him back day after day, while also making her breakfast and watching reality shows with her. Until they both start to realize that maybe all of this happened for a reason. Maybe it’s fate. 👀

The Witch Fix is the perfect cozy, low-stakes, fall witchy read. The friendships and family dynamics are beautiful to witness and truly showcase the strength of a good support system. Eva’s character growth throughout the book was so inspiring, and the characters are incredibly relatable.

If you’re looking for the perfect fall read, give The Witch Fix a try!

Sorren the mmc was a highlight of the book & was devilishly good :) the fmc Eva found her voice & loved that for her ,especially when she seals her fate 🥰👍🏽 Overall if you love witchy themes , cute characters & a fun story this is the read for you !

At this point, I've hijacked my friends' TBRs to add titles I've been blessed to ARC for...The Witch Fix has been one of THE most aggressively recommended since I finished reading it.

Funny, sexy, with so much heart, The Witch Fix is one of my all time favorite romcom reads this year. I saw so much of myself in Eva...#undiagnosedbaddiesunite , and Sorren is *up there* on the book boyfriend list. If you don't think you need a flirty, sassy demon in slutty little glasses...you're wrong.

I laughed, cried, and got wildly flustered reading this book, and it was just the right story to connect with at a time I didn't know I needed it.

Full of heart and humor (and more than a healthy dose of heat🔥🥵), if The Witch Fix isn't on your TBR...what are you waiting for?

3.5 ⭐️ rounding up to 4.

Struggling witch Eva is already constantly skirting disaster by oversleeping before she accidentally summons Prince of Hell (and prince of slutty little glasses), Sorren. The chaos really picks up from there.

As adorable as the book was I did stumble a bit with some plot points that didn’t quite land how I was hoping they would.

Sorren stole the show for me with his general cuteness and the spicy scenes were 🔥

Fellow witchy scatterbrains will really enjoy this fall vibes read! Especially Practical Magic fans!

Thank you to the author and RTSPR for allowing me to ARC read The Witch Fix!

I was really lucky to receive an ARC, as this was the book I didn't know I needed.
It made me giggle, laugh out loud, and even get a bit teary-eyed at times.

It’s such a comforting, cozy read—the perfect little warm-up for autumn. I loved that even when the characters mess up (and our FMC Eva is definitely clumsy!), you can tell they're just trying their best to do right by everyone and bring back harmony. It's sweet but also super fun to read. You definitely won't miss the pop-culture references—there are so many (not so hidden) treats you'll love!
For example: ordering a salad at a pasta place? Yeah, no. You just don't do that. 🎃✨

Thank you Kennedy and Rattle the Stars PR for this ARC!!

Words can't express how much I loved this book! It had me giggling and wanting my own demon. This is the perfect cozy fall romance. Eva is such a relatable fmc and Sorren is the cutest demon ever. I loved how each character was so unique and created a perfect image of each of them in my mind. Learning more about their magic and rituals was interesting as well as seeing how the Coven interacted with each other. I can't wait to go back to Raincrest!

Okay, I finished this last night and I am still not over it. I honestly didn’t want it to end, I just wanted to curl up in this world and stay there. We’ve got a witch who hasn’t fully stepped into her powers yet, a mystery with her coven, and then she accidentally summons the hottest demon ever. And listen, I know “demon” should be a red flag, but Sorren? Walking green flag. Absolute everything. This was cozy, cute, a little dramatic, and had exactly the right amount of spice. Basically, it gave me everything I needed: magic, vibes, tension, and a whole lot of demon.

Eva was incredibly relatable with getting distracted with each task and Sorren was the perfect demon for her, slutty little glasses and all.
