Let's see.... Okay so I guess the basics come first right? My name is Olivia B. Dannon. I was born and raised in the United States of America.

"But where? Where did you grow up?" asks the more inquisitive of you readers out there.

I was raised by an amazing woman! She brought up me and my crazy siblings by herself. We moved a lot because as a single parent my mom moved where she could work and go to school.
Growing up with a big family and on a very tight income was like having a daily feast set before my muse on a daily basis! I started creating stories before I could even write my name. I am a writer, story teller, tale weaver, imagination explorer, and dreamer.

After my mom set such a good example to work hard and get an education I couldn't do anything less. I got my degree in California, and I am still continuing my education as I feel that a person can never be too educated and well, my muse is a ravenous beast who must be fed.

I married my very own prince with green eyes and raven black hair, and a smile that makes warms my heart every time I win one of his shy grins.

I am blessed to get to be a mom, something that I do not take for granted. My kiddos have my heart, and have since the day they were born. I am crazy about them and I put them first in my life. No body has had to deal with an obsessed fan like my kids have! LOL! I am the paparazzi, the hugging tickle monster, all up in their business Mama Bear and I love it, and most days they do too :)

And the dogs! I can't forget my dogs! We have three dogs at the moment and I'm trying to be really good and not add to our pack. It's hard. They're SO FLUFFY! Lol!

I love to read of course! I read pretty much anything I can get my hands on but I most enjoy Romances of every kind, Spy Novels, Thrillers, Paranormal Romances, Happily Ever Afters are a MUST for me!

What else..... I'm chatty, and I LOVE to hear from my readers! If you hit me up on Facebook you can be sure that I will answer you! Well, unless you're a troll, then no I won't. I'll stick with the awesome folks, thank ya very much!

I'm currently doing some Ghostwriting and working hard on the next book in the Heatwave series and the next book in the Bargaining with Billionaires Series! Sign up for newsletter if you want release dates!

I was lucky enough to receive an ARC copy of this book for review!

WOW! I'm really trying to think where I should begin. I absolutely LOVED this book! The storyline, characters and genuinely everything!

Rachel and Angelo have a past, they were together a couple of years ago, but a tragedy made them drift apart.
I really hate giving spoilers away in reviews so I'm not going to say too much, but when they saw each other again unexpectedly, circumstances that occurred meant they will be spending a lot more time together!
They both struggle with their emotions and how they should be with each other, but their chemistry is undeniable!
The suspense in this story drove me crazy in the best way! It's definitely a book that keeps you thinking and wondering what will happen next, and there were some things i definitely didn't predict!
I loved the other characters involved in the book too, they helped to bring a different light on Rachel and Angelo, and more depth to their story.

This book is written spectacularly well, I was hooked from the beginning and I really can't wait to read more!
I highly recommend Heatwave!

I had so much fun reading this book. I was on the edge of my seat as I turned the pages. I finished this book in one sitting and I will admit that I laughed, I teared up, and I even gasped a couple of times.

I really liked the characters. Angelo and Rachel just had really great chemistry. Both were strong in their own way and they truly complemented each other. I'm not typically into books/movies/stories about the mafia but the characters really captivated my interest. Not only the main characters but I absolutely adored the people of Peaches.

The storyline was a typical "run from the mob" type of thing but it had enough unique twists that it wasn't boring. In fact, it was really exciting and fun to read. I'm really excited to see what's next!

Wow this book had me on the edge of my seat, trying to figure out what would happen next. Rachel and Angelo are so hot they make the pages heat up. They have a past and they are thrown together in a way that neither can just walk away from. I could not wait to see if they would resolve their past issues and get back or just walk away from each other. The title is perfect because this book is hot! This is equal parts romance and suspense and they blend together to form a story that is combustible! This book rocks!

This is a love story with a twist.... A mafia twist, Angelo and Rachel fell in love back in school but life took a curl twist and they went their separate ways... But but life took another twist and the found each other again, but it's not plain sailing.

Wow! This book had everything but the kitchen sink. It was absofreakinlutlely amazing!!! You want mystery? You'll find it here.... You want suspense? You'll find it here.... You want Mafia hits? You'll find it here.... You want a hot and sexy Italian mobster son that makes your panties melt and your pulse race? You'll find it here.... I could go on and on and on.....

We had Mafia, WPP, Murder, Mayhem, a Mole, Revenge, Redemption, Heartache, Heart Break, Romance and a HFN. The HEA will come later. This is book one of a series, but if you wanted to stop at just this one read you would be stop feeling you had a complete story. However, you will not want to stop here so we don't have to worry about that anyway.

Loved, Loved, Loved Angelo (Will). He was hot, sexy, a protector, a romancer, a bad boy, and a all around great guy. I would love to have my own Angelo :)

Rachel (Eileen) is such a sweetheart. She has lost so much and has come so far. She's lost her parents, had friends take advantage of her and found herself in one bad situation after another. She needs someone strong, loyal, devoted and willing to lay their life on the line to protector her and she finds that in Angelo.

This is written as a multi pov. The story line was fantastic and how so much action, drama, and was pure entertainment. The characters were all easy to become attached to, even the secondary characters. They were so well written that it made me want to know their stories as well. The dialogue between the characters was engaging and drew me in and made me feel as if I was part of the conversation. As for the descriptions to details, they were so easy to visualize and made it easy to imagine that I was actual there being part of the story.

All in all a super fantastic read!

Would I recommend this book? Absofreakinlutely!

Would I read more from this author? Oh yes please!

It did take me a while to actually get into this book, but by the time i got about half way through, i couldn't put it down... It really picked up and turned into one hell of a book!!!
Rachel and Angelo were friends and then dated for a while when they were attending school together. But 2 years ago without warning Angelo disappeared with no goodbye or anything. At that time Rachel lost her parents in an accident... Alone and heartbroken, she tried to move on!!!
With help from Torrey, Rachel attends a party with Gerry at Grimaldi's house, Grimaldi is a Mafia boss! Angelo also attends the party and he promises to protect Rachel!!!
Things take on a dark twist and with spoiling the book, ill just say that Angelo and Rachel get taken into witness protection program!!!
As they finally stop denying their feelings for one another, the story really starts to pick up and at some points you will be left white knuckled and others, you'll drop tears... Emotional is a understatement when secrets begin to unfold... But will love be enough to pull them through? Will they continue to be safe? How can they get over the secrets that keep revealing without getting themselves killed?
You will get some answers but others will be uncovered in 'Love You In December' # 2 in series and i for one can't wait to find out what Olivia has planned to these 2 amazing characters... A positive 10/10 read in my opinion and ready to start the next step of the story!!!

Heatwave was an exciting, adrenaline packed race to survive the mafia without losing the one person on the planet that makes Angelo happy and sane. The dynamics of the relationship with Angelo and Rachel evolve quickly due to their past history. I loved the interaction between these two characters. Rachel is this sweet, innocent woman who drew the short end of the stick with her lot in life. Angelo is a very complex, multifaceted character. I want to say he is a good guy, but not in the conventional sense. He is dark, dangerous, and has been in the mafia family his whole life. I loved him. His rough edges and dangerous actions were always to protect Rachel. He changes so drastically from a selfish man to a selfless man through their trials. The plot was complex and addicting causing sleep deprivation to see the outcome. Seriously, the author couldn't have surprised me more in some places if she would have jumped out of my book and screamed surprise. These twist and shocking revelations made this an above and beyond story. I truly can't recommend this book enough. It is sexy, sweet, mysterious, and dramatic. Sigh...I need there to be a book 2 one day. This series is too good to see come to an end.

Wow! What an amazing story! I've not read a mafia storyline book before so this was a first and can I say I wasn't disappointed. Rachel becomes a pawn unknowingly for loving the one that got away, Angelo. When she witnesses the guy she came to the family party, Gerry, kill one of his 'girl' she realizes she's in trouble. Luckily, Angelo claims her as his so she doesn't get killed too. Angelo has lots of evidence to take down the mafia families and takes himself and Rachel to the FBI. When they go into the whiteness protection program they have to leave their lives behind and sell their new identities. But that doesn't stop the mafia from trying to find them to kill. With their lives in danger, will their hideout location be found out? Can the FBI or the new friends they're making be trusted? When the trial happens and Rachel learns a secret that Angelo has been hiding will it be the thing that tears them apart forever? This was a wild ride of a story and I couldn't wait to know what happened next. I can't wait to read the next book in this series!

I've had this on my kindle from way back last year and never got around to reading it. First of all, I never read the synopsis for this book, I just went with the cover and it was nothing like I expected.

Rachel and Angelo were in a relationship two years prior to this story starting and they were parted when her parents were killed...this story starts when Rachel is going through a difficult time and she can't find a break. She ends up going on a date which changes her life forever.

Rachel and Angelo get flung to witness protection and they have several hurdles to climb before they come close to a happy ever after.

I really enjoyed this book and just downloaded book 2 to start right away.

Oooooh!
I was not expecting that.
This is a brilliant tale of love & loss with a bit of mystery and suspense thrown in.
The two main characters I found easy to like. Their love for each other is overwhelmingly easy to see.
I got a little confused with Greg...did he or did he not know who they were really were? At first I thought he did, then it kind of seemed like he didn't, then he did again....I got lost.
I'd like to see a bit more of some of the secondary characters and I am really intrigued about this favourite Uncle guy! I am really looking forward to book 2 to see where what ups and downs this wonderful couple will face next!

I just finished reading Heatwave, by Olivia B. Dannon. It is the story of nice girl--Rachel Stewart and sexy hitman--Angelo Donati. These two college friends are unexpectedly thrown together after not seeing each other for years. After witnessing a murder, Rachel and Angelo are put in the Witness Protection Program. The subject matter of this book was different than most books I've read lately. Heatwave was filled with action and makes you want to root for this couple. Unfortunately, it ends with a cliff hanger and I'll have to read, Love You in December, to see what happens to them next!

Not a bad read.
First story I've read about the Italian maffia
Had a little of the poor me on the behalf of the female character.
Found a few errors
Angelo /Will was great, a little over protective, but still awesome!
Unexpected twists about her parent that I didn't see them coming.
The story end at a good point, however there is a small cliff hanger.
