A Woman’s Dream Husband

Lily thought she had who would take her out of poverty to a wonderful marriage. But life changed as they arrived in Seattle after the wedding. Her husband was a controlling jerk who didn’t even take her to bed or ever kiss her again. How does she get out of this prison? Good series.

I'm confused

I don't know what was wrong with the first girls husband or why he married someone he never wanted to touch then gave her a handsome limo driver/bodyguard. Next thing I know there's randy who was taken to the cleaners in court by his gold digging wife/ex wife. All in about 25 pages.
I can't say it was good or bad, just confusing

Although this was a short story it was interesting and I look forward to reading the next book to see what happens. Will Lilly & Anthony end up together? Or will Lilly end up staying with her husband who has no time for her.

Why?

I thought I would love this book. Why did he marry her, then keep her locked up. I would rather the limo driver/bodyguard been written as the husband from the start. It would have been a better choice.
