He came to buy everything her father built. He never expected her to be part of the deal.
Ava Pope has spent the past year proving she's more than just the owner's daughter. Fresh out of college and running Sienna Spa and Wine on her own for the first time, she's determined to show the world, and herself, that this place is hers to love and protect.
Caleb Thorne hasn't set foot in the Midwest in over two decades. A self-made billionaire in commercial real estate, he arrives under a quiet alias to evaluate the resort for acquisition. He doesn't expect the place to feel like somewhere that matters. He definitely doesn't expect the green-eyed young woman running the show to unravel every wall he's spent a lifetime building.
But Ava doesn't know that the charming guest asking all the right questions is the man her father hasn't spoken to in twenty years. And Caleb doesn't know that the woman making him question every choice he's ever made is Nick Pope's daughter.
When the truth comes crashing down, Ava must decide if she can trust a man whose entire presence was built on a lie. And Caleb must choose between the empire he's spent a lifetime building and the life he never knew he wanted.
