Yay Garrett and Jack made up!! WTF did you do to Scotty? I have not cried this much in awhile over a book. I just finished and am still processing. I have to say at this point I'm so upset I need to know what happens to Scotty but I am also pissed because of his treatment.

The last book in this section of the Boys of Porn series, which is Audrey Snead's homage to Jake Jaxson and the Cockyboys. I'll tell you something...It's a helluva lot more hot and steamy than Amy Lane's 'Johnnies' series, there is plenty of angst and has some fantastic characters...especially Lucas, the twins and the broken Scotty, whom I desperately hope benefits from his stay in hospital under the care of Bailey's mum.
This trilogy has featured Jack Heart, and the problems he's had with his parents and their inability to accept his coming out, coping with the death of his twin Jill who was the only member of his family to still profess their love for him when he came out AND the fact that he fell head over heels for his co-star Garrett in his first porn film production. They've had a lot of ups and downs throughout this trilogy BUT finally, FINALLY things are going their way and they've admitted that they love each other...as if anyone could've doubted it.
Pratt, the creepy and slimy pervert of a cameraman, has been 'found out' with all of his stirring up trouble for both Scotty, the twins AND Jack, and Gideon, the owner of the studio has ordered Pratt to go on holiday until things that are going wrong in the house can be explained. I did think that he was behind all the nasty stuff that has gone on BUT as we discover from Mickey's phone call to persons unknown, there is a 'someone else' actively involved in things connected to Scotty....
I like the way Gideon's storyline is going...not so sure about Pastor David though, and the next trilogy features Royal who left the porn studio before 'we' as readers came in, and has gone to Hollywood to make his fortune as an actor...methinks that things have not quite gone to plan for him. :(
A couple of quotes I really liked...
'It's hard to be brave..when your whole heart is at stake' and ' As long as love is still alive, it's never too late'.

There are spelling and grammar mistakes in this book that are really irritating.
The over use of 'boy' 'guy' 'kid' and (shudder) 'member' got on my nerves.
Everybody cries all the damn time! And the to-ing and fro-ing...I got whiplash trying to keep up.
Having said all that, I couldn't put it down...
After the first two books I was desperate for answers!
I just adore Jack.
There's a hell of a lot going on in this book and it held my interest to the very end.
I couldn't wait to get the answers to all my questions, Jack and Garrett, Gideon and Daniel, Bailey and Lucas, the twins...
Talking of the end...what the ever loving fuck?!?!
You can't end a book with that!!! You just cannot DO that!
You really feel you are going to get all the answers and then BOOM you're thrown for a complete loop!
Now please excuse me while I go curl up into the foetal position and cry...

So so good
The thing I love most about this author and all the other work that she's done is how well she blends all of her characters
Even though there are a lot of guys and there are numerous story lines going on she still manages to engage the reader. Each character has a backstory and personality and the way she writes about them makes you care for each and everyone
Even the characters that play a lesser role I still feel as if I've gotten to know them and I really love that about this author
So descriptive and detailed
Jack and Garret are wonderful together although I wanted to smack them so many times
Just communicate with each other
And I'm very very intrigued with Daniel David and Gideon

May 2, 2015I have been waiting for this book for what feels like forever, after how book 2 finished i needed answers so when i found this book had been released i dived right in. so now i have finished and writing this review do i have the questions answered errrrr that would be a big fat f**k NOOOO. A.M Snead is absolutely killing me with these books but i absolutely love,them and all the boys. It was good to see Jach and Garrett sort out their problems but so many things happened in this book bringing more questions and intrigue into question.

Riveting!!!
A.M. Snead has done it to me again. This entire first volume of Boys of Porn is simply amazing. This last book Jack of All Trades was heart stopping. In this book our MC's Garrett and Jack struggle with their feelings for each other and their upcoming scene. The painful memory of what occurred during the promo shoot has both boys second guessing whether they can go through with the intense scene that Gideon has planned. But there are things happening around Garrett and Jack that unbeknownst to them are helping to keep them apart. As I read this last book my heart was constantly in my throat. Words from a scene, Austin-"It's hard to be brave", he trembled, "when your whole heart is at stake". Lance- "But when it's for real..." "it should be worth the risk". Everyone knew they were no longer acting. Their words had an underlying meaning to both of their situations and my heart was breaking and I was crying. Damn it to hell A.m! This author brings on the heart ache big time.
As the story continues to rip me to shreds, I couldn't put it down, couldn't stop reading it. The side characters and their drama is so captivating you just don't want the book to end. Then as you think okay I can see where this is going, BAM the story takes an unexpected twist and now my mind is struggling and I'm screaming at my device.. "No, no wait, what the hell just happened"?????? but I have to know why she just threw us a curve ball so I keep reading. I loved the way this book ended, not with a cliffhanger but the author opened the door for the next volume in this series. I'm telling you the Boys of Porn is a must read. You will fall in love with these boys who come together as a family who protect their own.

Jack Of All Trades is book three, and completes the Jack trilogy, of the Boys Of Porn series.
The series tells the story of porn stars and their boss Gideon. It tells of their day to day lives in the porn business and also the relationships they forge when the cameras are off.
While this series is about the adult entertainment business, A.M. Snead strives and succeeds in showing the loving, caring, kind and sweet side of what a lot of people consider to be a trashy and disgusting business.
Seeing the caring relationship Gideon has with all of his boys and that his boys have with each other dispels these preconceived notions.
In the first two books of this series Jack and Garrett fell in love but because of a huge misunderstanding which they both stubbornly refused to sort out, remain unhappily separated.
It also follows on with "The Man" and his terrible threats against Mickey, Marcus and Scotty and the harmony in their home but not all is as it appears. The ending sees Jack and Garrett get to their HEA FINALLY as well as lays down a lot of ground work for the next book in the series. While it does throw you for a loop it is completely necessary and just makes you want to read more and more! As always is the case with A.M's books, the sex scenes are smoking hot, but so full of love and are sweet and tender at the same time.
If you haven't read the first two books in the series then you need to before reading this instalment.
As with all of A.M Snead's work this is a beautiful and well written story and again as with all of her work I absolutely loved it and recommend it to all open minded lovers of M/M romance.

So..I really liked the first one...the second one was good but too long and not much going on - a little repetitious ...I would have loved to have seen more of the relationships between the boys...This one was very good and we get a better understanding of some of the boys but probably could have been combined with the second one...I'm a little ticked off because I didn't know there was going to be another one and I was left hanging!! ACK!! Oh well...I will "patiently" wait for the next one...These are hot books but there is a good story along with some really hot schmex...I'm glad Jack and Garrett got their HEA and I didn't have to wait until the end of the book to get it!!

This is a soap opera, in a home for a porn stars. Almost all of the elements are included: jealousy, misunderstandings, lovers at odds, unrequited love, an evil villain (maybe?). The only difference is no one gets pregnant! Pure, addictive drama and angst. It's a trope that's been used before with a "family" of porn performers and the benevolent owner/de facto parent. It's done well here in a specific style. A little or sometimes a lot, OTT. It's mostly fun as long as you don't take it too seriously.

I was under the impression that this was the end of this series BUT apparently NOT!! God I hate cliff hangers or at least unfinished business such as this book. :-( I love all these young men in the book but at the same time it was frustrating too!!!!! No one communicated well and I just wanted to beat Scotty and Mickey myself at the end!!

This entire series has been AMAZING. Seriously ~HOT~ I highly recommend to anyone who's a fan of the m/m genre.
