Ain't Nothing Like A Chi-Town Thug
Antionette is a young beautiful college student that most would consider to be a "good girl". Due to her low self esteem she believes that she will never find a man that she can call her own. It isn't until she meets the charming Aaron Givens that she sees her true beauty.
Aaron is handsome, smart, and wealthy. He has all of the qualities that Antionette wants in a man. There's only two issues to that. He has all the qualities that every other female around the way wants as well and he's heavy in the streets.
Antionette has to figure out if she has what it takes to be a thugs leading lady or will she throw in the towel when things become unbearable. Find out what happens when a good girl and a bad boy's world become one. Love, lies, secrets, and betrayal are straight ahead.

Loved It
Another great read by Kevina!!!! I could not put this down. It had a few errors but nothing major. Great storyline! It held my attention from beginning to end. That ending tho........
I flatlined.... Can't wait to see what happens in part 2. Great Job Kevina!!!!

1st read by Kevina Hopkins. I thought this was a good read. Antoinette & Aaron's relationship took a while but did eventually blossom into a loving one. I liked the fact Aaron was straightforward with his past girlfriends, letting them know Antoinette was his 1 & only. Good drama with an ending that has me wanting to read part 2.

Loved it
This book was really good I enjoyed it all the way through. I was so team Aaron and Nette he showed her such respect when it came to his past women. Nettle is a true rider. I really hope part two comes soon and I hope everything works out for them. Good job Kevina.

This book was really good. This booked had me hooked from the first page. I love Antoinnette and Aaron relationship. I can't wait for part 2 because that ending almost made me throw my kindle.

Aaron and Antoinette yes. A must read, Aaron meets Antoinette at his sister party thrown in his house. Antoinette a little bit on the big side,isn't sure he likes her because of her size but Aaron shows her different. Aaron is a different kind of thug,and he doesn't disrespect her at all but his ex and old flings can't seem to let go. Antoinette siblings are just selfish to stab her In the back all for the mighty dollar. Antoinette handles every situation with ease but now drama is happening in their relationship and Aaron gets ....Can't wait for book 2

BLAST FROM THE PAST I FALL IN LOVE ANTOINETTE CHARACTER ...Last year the strength and confidence she grow into with the love of Aaron had me all in from the first chapter The STORYLINE grabbed you and kept you captured as you read about her passive and unsure nature made you root for her and her thug.....NOW I glad this is a book cause that baby momma and Brittany had to ready to jump in and put my paws on them thots ....THIS RE READ WAS AWESOMELY REFRESHING AND BUT IM ROOTING ON ANTOINETTE TO PULL MY AARON THRU LOVE DOES THAT OUT FREAKING STANDING

Enjoyed reading this book because Aaron & Antoinette seems like a good couple. Seems as if there is trouble about to come because her brother is made becAuse he's not getting any money. Family should be first & for him to hang with a guy who had a baby by one sister while sleeping with the other one is so wrong. If he don't care about his sister's he definitely don't care about him. I just hope that Aaron is okay as well as Antoinette. They deserve happiness so hopefully Aaron pulls through being shot. There are several people who could have shot him wondering which one had the guts.

Good read
This was a nice read I love how Aaron wasn't a dog dude like most dude that's out in the streets hitting everything. Chicks be doin sum crazy ish wen they get cut off. Man I hope the ending don't end like that can't wait to see what's Goin happen next

Chi-town Thug
I loved this book cause the main character wasn't a skinny model type chic. Antoinette had been betrayed by 3 people she loved her ex boyfriend, her brother and her sister. Aaron loved her for her. Hope he's okay

Love lost in Chi-town
I liked the love story. I was surprised that one of the main characters died. That was unique and sad, usually they get injured critically,but, pull through. I felt sad for Nette being left behind.

Typical Thug Meets Girl
There was no "meat" to the story line. This seemed to be more of an introduction. No one in particular stands out or draws me into the story. I hated the angry black woman stereotype that is so prevalent within.

Cliffhanger Beware
Wow I really enjoyed this book. It was right on time last 3 I've read sucked. Thank God part 2 is available I am still crying. It is always good to find a great love story.

It was an alright book. But it wasn't what I expected. Everybody wants to write a "thug" book, some some of the characters aren't thugs.
